The action takes place in the late 1990s in the far outback of Russia, in a village in the middle of dense forests, where mysterious and mystical events have been taking place for many years. Internet hasn't yet developed, telephone connection is remote or landline telephones in every house. There are no high-rise buildings here, only single-storey houses, with a maximum of two storeys in which one family lives.

The whole problem is in the forest, because that there is a maniac. There is a maniac operating in the forest who transports a black garage from place to place. The garage is an instrument of torture, which contains a meat grinder and other things for torture. No one knows who a maniac is and it's almost impossible to catch him.
