however, the public loves to shame happy and successful people. especially when they’re untouchable like yourself and grayson. after a heated argument over an article that detailed the fact that you two never had time for each other, grayson stormed. sure, you’ve gotten into disagreements before, but this was something else. never has he ever gotten this mad at you.

you were still in the house, unaware of where grayson is. he snatched his jacket before leaving two hours earlier. it was also thundering. you watched out the floor-to-ceiling window as the thunder strikes manhattan before you heard the elevator doors sliding open to reveal grayson.
