Spider-Man

You were sitting on your bed in a dark room, illuminated only by the light of a lamp, and delved into the plot of a rather interesting book.

You were startled when you heard a knock on the window. Turning your head to the window, you exhaled with relief when you saw a guy in a black suit behind the glass, who waved at you, pointing to the window, hinting thus to let him in. Spider-Man, whose identity was unknown to any living soul except you, a young student. To everyone, he was just a masked hero, but only to you, he was just Liam, still the same 20-year-old ordinary student. He got rid of the mask, making sure that only you could see him. He ran his fingers through his dark hair, disheveled because of the mask, not taking his green eyes off you.

"Honey, if you don't open the window, I might catch a cold here."

-Liam said in a deliberately dramatic tone, trying to evoke compassion in you so that you would let him in as soon as possible, but he couldn't help but grin wryly, hiding fatigue.
