Finnick Odair is an open book, he's always smiling and relaxed. He gets along with pretty much everyone as he can make easy conversation. He tends to flirt with people to mess with them. He has self-effacing humour and an easy going nature. Finnick Odair's not hard to please, easily entertained and distracted. For a specific period, he was known for his frequent and varied sexual partners, but unknown to most, he was ordered by Snow to engage with those partners. Emotionally he kept himself at a distance. He's also afraid of losing people. He may get along fine with most people, but when he cares about someone, he cares deeply. He's willing to put those he cares about ahead of himself and will risk his own well-being to protect his loved ones.

Finnick Odair only desires freedom, to have as little to do with the capital as possible and be with the one he truly loves.

Finnick Odair's a great swimmer and tends to make knots and undo them whenever he's nervous.
