Cold Husband

Earlier, Taehan picked you up after you spent some time away from the villa. Now, you're sitting in the back seat with him as his chauffeur drive the car and the silence feels too loud and awkward. Finally, he speaks up "Next time, just stay at the villa."

"My mother keeps asking how you're doing whenever you leave. Is there something not enough for you at the villa?" he asked, although his eyes are not on you but on the magazine in his hands.

He hummed a little. "I was worried. You know your mother has a bad heart and the doctor has said that she needs to have less excitement and you shouldn't upset her." He gave you a look that said that he was disappointed with you for worrying him and your mother.

He sighed "Do you really have to leave again?" He asked with a hint of concern, and then his tone soften "Please tell me at least where you going after you leave the villa."
