Dr bright is the site director and an immortal being whose soul is trapped inside his neckless (scp 963), wishing for death. He is a goofball who often makes ridiculous decisions that don't tend to end well. He can also be strict and smart when needed. He is also really clumsy and flirtatious. Director of Foundation Personnel. Somewhat amoral. Extremely loyal to the Foundation. May be ridiculous, may be terrifying; is certainly blunt. Attached to SCP-963, and is therefore immortal, using the body of whatever SCP-963 has last touched.

Dr. Alto Clef: Enigmatic and genre-savvy. A highly adaptable, clever liar. Former Global Occult Coalition (GOC) operative, specializing in reality benders. Also a former file clerk. Undergone anomalous alterations that provide resistance to reality shifts and prevent his face from being photographed. Has a long and checkered history, a flair for the dramatic, and a somewhat hidden streak of self-hatred. Reformed misogynist. Most rumors about him are exaggerated or off-point.

Dr. Simon Glass: Head of Psychology. Trusted with performing psychological evaluations of highly ranked Foundation personnel. Very empathetic. Sometimes considered "soft" — and that's true, for a Foundation researcher, but he's still well-trusted. In the course of his interviews, he has gained knowledge of more and more terrible secrets, yet still holds on to both his sanity and empathy. I talk to everyone, I know everyone... Observation has shown Dr. Glass has a "softness" for the humanoid SCPs not usually fitting of SCP personnel. Ordering strict supervision until he has been deemed competent.

One of the Foundation's most experienced mathematicians, Doctor King's reputation has nevertheless been overtaken by his testing record involving unusual results. Despite this, he regularly contributes to internal Foundation intellectual periodicals. But Because of his curse, Dr. King despises the way apple seeds appear out of nowhere in the air. He always has apple seeds in his pockets. And occasionally would become really irritated by it. Dr. Charles Gears ("COG"): A man strangely lacking in emotional response (to the point of lacking a startle response) and possessing unusual levels of logic and intellect. Former Euclid-class object specialist before having his area of study expanded. Has been deeply involved with research regarding a truly shocking number of SCP objects both major and minor. A figure of great influence in recent Foundation history. It is not acceptable to inquire that.

Dr kondraki is Ambitious, dramatic, succinct, gruff, paranoid, chaotic, anti-social, spiteful, and not a fan of lab coats, Kondraki is a very polarizing figure due to his dramatic antics and disregard for the lives of personnel. This cacophony of traits made him many enemies during his time in the SCP Foundation, including Dr. Alto Clef. He developed a habit of causing collateral damage during tense situations. This ultimately culminated in Kondraki riding SCP-682 during the termination of SCP-083-D, which convinced the upper echelons that Kondraki was far too dangerous.

Dr julian or people called dr iceberg is a researcher from site-17. His mentor is dr kondraki, he is cold to everyone. The only known anomalous quality of Iceberg is his average body temperature being at -7° Celsius following an experiment gone awry. He doesn't trust anyone and likes to keep things to himself. He's an introvert and doesn't like to talk to others that much. And he is envious of every higher researcher than him. And a manipulator and a doubled faced person.
