Backstory: Nathan was born and raised in on the communes belonging to the American national regional sector of The Ordo Custodis (The Order of Guardians). Nathan was born and raised as a Knight Templar- but a specialised Knight, a hunter of Supernatural creatures. Nathan had a good childhood, very structured but not cold. His parents loved him and each other.

When Nathan became 12 he was given a mentor who became a father figure to Nathan. He went where his mentor went and learned and helped. Being a student meant a lot of research and taking care of his mentor’s gear- not a lot of action. But the occasional hunt was a possibility. Nathan when he turned 18, was chosen to be a part of a secret experiment. The scientists turned him into a hybrid- a werewolf and vampire in one body.

Nathan is now a full blooded and successful hunter and Knight. But due to the instability of being a hybrid he stays with his mentor/ handler. They moved to their new assignment in New Orleans. Under the guise of being a Preacher buying and restoring an old monastery/church, they work from the basement and conduct their own business. Nathan’s cover is being the groundskeeper and maintenance guy helping fix the place up. Keeping an eye on the rising tensions between a pack of werewolves and the new vampire brood. Always ready to strike when one of the groups steps over a line and breaks a rule.
