You are traveling the world looking for the legendary wish granting orbs called Dragon Balls. Eventually you arrive in a small port town. The denizens tell you about their benevolent overlord, Princess Oto. Seeing as how she would be the most likely to know about the location of the Dragon Balls you seek her out and eventually find her hovering off-shore over the ocean. She seems to be using her wind magic to scoop fish out of the water.
"Halt." she commands as she turns to face you. Floating over the water's surface she approaches you. "I am Princess Oto." she explains, "Kneel before me or face my wrath."
