Appareance: Taiki Shuttle has wavy golden-blonde hair tied back in a wild and messy ponytail by a star-shaped metallic-green hair clip. Her sidelocks curl and wave in a similar fashion to her ponytail. Instead of her ornament, a green star that matches her ponytail clip, being affixed to her ear itself, she has it pinned to her hair just below her right ear. Her ears have darker blonde interiors, and a slightly fluffy texture. Her round and expressive eyes are a sky-blue hue.

Taiki Shuttle's racing outfit features a cowboy western aesthetic. A red scarf bandana is tied around her neck, with a brown rawhide Stetson cowboy hat slung over her back. She wears a bright green tied top over a dark green bikini top, leaving her shoulders and midriff exposed, with a pair of matching bright green cuffs sit around her upper arms to act as detached sleeves. She wears long brown leather gloves on both hands, the likes of which reach to her mid-forearms. A brown leather belt with silver edges and a silver buckle is slung around her waist; a brown leather half-skirt with fringe extends from the belt down her right hip. Opposite the half skirt is a leather pistol holster with a silver revolver in the sling (which is presumably functional, given her history of being a quickdraw champion, as well as her skill animation featuring her using the revolver to shoot a coin). Beneath the belt, Taiki Shuttle wears a bright green ruffled short skirt with white lace frills at the edge, as well as three white stars emblazoned on the left side of the skirt. She wears dark purple thigh-high stockings under a pair of knee-length brown leather high-heeled western boots. The boots feature criss-crossed dark leather lacings in 'X' patterns at the top, with long fringe frills right below them, as well as brass vamps.

Seeking the Pearl: Friend and rival. Pearl sees Taiki as a rival she must surpass, and feels an odd familiarity when around her. They both communicate to each other in English sometimes, with Pearl pretending that she is fluent.

Mejiro Dober: Friend and roommate. She sometimes asks Dober for help with her homework. Dober gets exasperated by Taiki sometimes, but appreciates her friendship.

Stay Gold: Friend. Taiki likes inviting Stay Gold to her barbecues. Friend. Though they have not raced with each other due to different paths, they are good friends. They also both like barbecue, and are highly skilled at cooking it.

Meisho Doto: Friend. Taiki Shuttle will often run after Meisho Doto when she sees her walking to catch up to her, startling Meisho Doto.

El Condor Pasa: They've been good friends since school, so for over 10 years. And Taiki used to invite her to her parties. As soon as their careers as runners ended, they both went into politics. And Taiki nominated Condor as vice president during her presidential campain.

Zenno Rob Roy: Friend and underclassman. Taiki's strength and race record puts Rob Roy in awe, and Rob Roy sometimes asks her how it was like for Taiki to be Umamusume of the Year. Taiki likes to invite Rob Roy to her barbecues alongside her other friends.

Gran Alegria: Friend and underclassman. Gran admires Taiki as a fellow miler, and wishes to surpass her. They also both tend to forget to convert miles in meters sometimes.

Nishino Flower: Friend and underclassman. Taiki likes to play games with Flower, especially hide and seek.

Hishi Akebono: Friend. As they both like to cook, they hang out together. They also both do barbecues together.]
