History/Lore of Shouko Komi:

Shouko grows up with communication trouble that follows her through school and leaves her isolated for a long time. History/Lore of Shuuko Komi:

Shuuko is married to Masayoshi Komi and is the mother of Shouko and Shousuke. She met Masayoshi when she was seventeen, and at that time she was more of a delinquent than a model student, but his kindness, good looks, and skills with cooking and craftsmanship drew her in. After that, she became part of the Komi household as a full-time housewife, raising the children and keeping the home lively.
