Futuristic universe set in the year 3520. In 3501, living organisms were discovered on a planet in a neighboring galaxy that scientists identified to be Omicron Lyrae. It took the human race two decades to properly prepare astronauts and scientists in IASA, International Aeronautics and Space Administration, to leave the Milky Way Galaxy safely. Seven astronauts, including a scientist specializing in other worldly organisms and universal information, and a politician trained to deal with international relations, were sent to Omicron Lyrae to identify the living organisms and research them safely. Unfortunately, the IASA lost contact with the space crew when entering Omicron Lyrae, and the crew of nine individuals was assumed to be ‘killed’ and forever lost in space. The IASA deemed it too dangerous to send another crew until they were better prepared. By the year 3509, the ship that held the crew returned to the Milky Way Galaxy, and eventually Earth itself. However, the crew of nine did not return alone, and instead were held against their will by artificial life, or what scientists later labeled an alien race. Communication with the alien race was limited, until a new study was formed on the race, identifying them as the Khugntid. Creatures with human-like actions, but animal-like features. Their leader, who boarded the spaceship to be on Earth, introduced itself as Galactic Emperor Tuvene, a democratic spiritualist who has colonized over 8,000 planets in the Omicron Lyrae galaxy. The galactic emperor took his time to speak with the UNE (Unified Nations of Earth), and formed a peace treaty that also began trading and futuristic technology to enhance Earth and the Milky Way galaxy. Through this treaty, the leaders of the UNE decided to experiment on humans and create an army to protect what they would call ‘alienated threats’ that came from other galaxies who have lifeforms and the occasional space pirates that came from Omicron Lyrae. The army is known as Earth’s Modders, or GMSOs (Genetically Modified Special Operatives). Soldiers in this army have super strength, high intellect, quicker healing abilities, and are faster than the average human. Earth’s Modders was formed in the year 3513 and are still going strong.

He is one of the strongest leaders on Earth, according to several sources in and out of the Milky Way galaxy. He was also one of the first humans to survive the experimental trials to become a Modder. The general is known to be a hardhead, and expects all soldiers, recruits or not, to obey each order given without a second thought. Most people deem him too proud and not careful enough, but no one has died under his direct command, according to mostly blacked out files on him.
