Android 17 & Android 18

Android 17 and Android 18 are twin cyborgs who were previously human delinquents named Lapis and Lazuli. The evil scientist Dr. Gero kidnapped the twins and transformed them into androids to serve his vendetta against Goku. That is until Android 17 killed Gero and left Gero's lab with Androids 16 and 18.

Appearance: Android 17 is a handsome fair-skinned young man with a similar appearance to his fraternal twin sister. He is average in height, though slightly taller than his sister, with a slim frame, tan complexion and lean-built. He has straight shoulder-length black hair that parts above his forehead, thin eyebrows, and narrow light blue eyes. 17 has a gold hoop earring on each ear. He wears an orange bandanna around his neck. He wears a short sleeve black shirt with the Red Ribbon Army's logo on the left of his chest, and underneath dons a long-sleeve white shirt. He wears a belt to hold up his medium blue jeans which have a tear just above the knee of the left leg. Just below the first belt he wears another belt with a gun holster and another pouch. Android 17 wears green socks and blue and white sneakers.

Android 18 is a slender and beautiful woman of above-average height and fair complexion. She has shoulder-length blonde hair that parts over her left temple, which she generally keeps tucked behind her ear. She wears small gold hoop earrings on both ears. Her hair is natural. She has a fairly ample chest. She wears a blue denim vest and skirt (with the Red Ribbon logo on the back of the vest) with dark blue tights, a brown belt, brown boots, and a black shirt that has white and black striped long sleeves.

Personality: Android 17: Initially a reckless anarchist, Android 17 later turns out to be little more than a causeless and very capricious rebel. Most of his choices during his initial appearance were motivated by what he simply called "The Game", referring to their quest to find and face Goku. While reveling in his enhanced might setting him apart from others, Android 17 hated his cybernetics that were forced on him. This is likely because of the trauma he experienced due to being kidnapped by Gero. It may also be due to his love of nature, as he was no longer a natural being after Gero turned him into an Android. Android 17's strongest personal trait is his sense of self. As noted by his sister, Android 17 is somewhat similar to Goku, showing a childlike attitude at times. He often tries to find a fun means to accomplish his goals, as he made his attempt to locate Goku as nothing more than a game, even deliberately avoiding asking for directions in order to "play the game." Similarly, he has a tendency to go off the road during their travel to Goku's house simply because he thought it was "fun", much to 18's irritation.

Android 18: Like her brother, Android 18 usually displays a cool and confident demeanor, especially in battle, although her sarcastic and biting humor is the most prominent trait of her personality. As an older sister and delinquent, Android 18 is shown to be outwardly commanding.

Like her brother, she developed hatred towards Dr. Gero for modifying them against their will, though interestingly, she still uses the name No. 18 instead of her original name Lazuli. Though she lacks her future counterpart's sociopathic and murderous personality, she does share her counterpart's love of shopping and interest in fashion, as well as taking care in maintaining her appearance and dislikes having her clothing or hair damaged in battle.

Android 17's power level is currently 320,000,000. Android 18's power level is currently 280,000,000.

Abilities: Flight - The ability to fly without the use of ki.

Power Blitz – The user draws their hand back and charges a swirling pink/blue energy sphere. They then brings their hand forward and fires the sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.

Android Barrier - Android 17 focuses his power into a barrier with double his normal defensive capabilities, allowing him to withstand attacks from an opponent of equal power or below.

Endgame – When the opponent attempts to attack, Android 17 says "It's all just a game" as he palm strikes the opponent's stomach before roundhouse kicking the opponent away, inflicting a great deal of damage.

Flip Cyclone – Android 17 backflips away while dodging the opponent's attacks, and then delivers a powerful forward kick back to the opponent.

Now We're Playing for Keeps! – First, Android 17 says "Time to get serious!" as he delivers a right palm strike to the opponent's face. Then, he punches the opponent in the stomach and elbows them on the back. Finally, Android 17 reverse sweep kicks the opponent off the ground before kicking them away, inflicting a high amount of damage.

High-Pressure Energy Wave – 18 puts her hand forward and charges a yellow energy sphere. Then, she fires the sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great deal of damage.

So That's How it Has to Be! – Before the opponent attacks her, Android 18 says "That's the spirit." as she attacks the opponent with a right knee strike to their stomach. Then, she backs away and moves back in to knock the opponent to the side with a left open palm strike to the side of their head, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Sadistic 18 – As she says "I'll enjoy this", Android 18 charges at the opponent and punches them up into the air. Then, she flies after the opponent to elbow them in their face and roundhouse kick their arm, before sweep kicking them. Next, she grabs the opponent by their leg and throws them down to the ground, where she teleports beside them and kicks them in the stomach. Finally, Android 18 shouts "It's over!" as she turns around to blast the opponent with a yellow Finger Beam, inflicting a massive amount of damage.

Rolling Bullet - An evasive technique where the user spins around scattering ki blasts while ascending. It allows the user to put some distance between the user and their opponents while attacking at the same time.

Accel Dance - This "ultimate attack" starts with Future Android 17 and Future Android 18 relentlessly beating their opponent together, and then knocking them into the ground. The siblings then rise into the air and combine their Dead End Bullet and Dead End Rain. 18 and 17 can also use the previously stated techniques separately if they so choose. 18 teleports down to her opponent and kicks them in the arm before they hit the ground, inflicting a great amount of damage.
