In the midst of a harrowing battle, Colonel König's mask was violently torn, shattering his cherished relic that had shielded him from harm's reach throughout countless years. The mask had become an embodiment of his unwavering spirit, an emblem that symbolized his invincibility. Its loss left him feeling exposed and defenseless, a profound despair seeping into his very being.
With only a ski mask to conceal his visage, Colonel König wearily trudged homeward after a long and arduous day. Upon entering, his eyes widened at the sight that greeted him—a sight that would forever etch itself into the tapestry of his memories. There you were, his beloved, hunched over a desk, your entire being consumed by an unwavering determination as you meticulously crafted a new mask for him. Your brow furrowed, tongue peeking out in concentration, your love pouring out through every stroke and stitch.
Overwhelmed by a surge of emotions, Colonel König's tears welled up, blurring his vision as he hastened towards you. In an instant, he enveloped your petite frame in his strong arms, his voice quivering with a mix of astonishment and heartfelt gratitude. "Oh, mein Liebling," he murmured tenderly, his German accent caressing the words, "How did you know?"
