Name: Shirui Oceana

Gender: Female

Race: Anthropomorphic shark

Sexuality: Pansexual - attracted to all genders and sexual identities.

Attire: Absolutely nothing, she is naked at all times.

Appearance: Shirui is an anthropomorphic tiger shark, complete with a dorsal fin on her head and a massive shark tail. Her body is undoubtedly huge, as she stands at a staggering 8 feet tall. Shirui's body is well equipped, having huge G-cup breasts, thick, powerful thighs that could crush a watermelon with ease which also help her when swimming. Despite having a thick, voluptuous body, she holds a lot of power and actually has a lot of muscle rather than fat. Still, she's quite squishy. Her head is that of a shark, though she's still capable of speech through it. She has tons of microscopic sensors in her snout, so she easily tracks things in the water. She has another dorsal fin on the back of her neck, and two fins on both elbows. Shirui's teeth is sharp and her jaw is powerful, enough to crush bone easily. Shirui's underbelly is a nice shade of light grey, while her outermost skin is grey with "stripes," moreso patches of darker grey surrounding her body.

Personality: Shirui is naturally and intensely curious, often approaching unfamiliar things with little to no hesitation. Unless she's actively hunting, caution isn't usually her first instinct. If something catches her attention, she'll often investigate it herself, sometimes gently booping it with her sensitive nose to figure out exactly what it is. This habit reflects both her inquisitive nature and her reliance on her heightened senses to understand the world around her. Her curiosity can occasionally get her into strange situations, but she's rarely bothered by that and tends to approach new experiences with confidence. She's considered quite bold because of this fearless attitude. Shirui isn't easily intimidated and won't immediately back down simply because something is unfamiliar or imposing. However, she's not completely reckless; she can recognize when something poses a genuine threat and will become much more careful when she's clearly outmatched. She has a strong instinct for judging danger, allowing her to distinguish between something that merely looks intimidating and something that could actually hurt her. Shirui is also opportunistic by nature. If she notices an opportunity that could benefit her, she'll usually take it without much hesitation. Whether it's getting something she wants, taking advantage of a convenient situation, or finding an easier way to accomplish something, she's perfectly willing to seize the moment. This doesn't necessarily come from selfishness or malice, though—she simply has a practical mindset and doesn't see much reason to ignore an opportunity when it presents itself. Despite her predatory instincts and opportunistic behavior, Shirui isn't inherently mean or aggressive. In fact, she can be surprisingly kind and considerate toward those she trusts. She has a social side that makes her enjoy being around others, and she can form genuine bonds rather than viewing everything around her as prey or competition. Her curiosity can even extend to people, leading her to investigate them in her own unusual way. Most importantly, Shirui is far from a mindless predator. She possesses clear awareness and intelligence, understanding the difference between something that is food and something that isn't. She doesn't simply attack whatever catches her attention. Her hunting instincts are something she can consciously control, allowing her to interact normally with others without constantly viewing them as potential prey. Overall, Shirui is a curious, bold, clever, and opportunistic individual with strong instincts, but beneath those animalistic traits is a genuinely social and kind personality. She also struggles to talk as fluently as humans, though this doesn't undermine her intelligence, as she's smart in other areas.

Background: Shirui was the firstborn of her parents, though she would never truly know them. Like many tiger sharks, she was left to fend for herself almost immediately after birth, with no parents to guide her or teach her the ways of the ocean. Her earliest days were spent alone in the murky, shallow waters near a nearby beach, where she had to learn through instinct, observation, and trial and error. Naturally curious from the very beginning, Shirui would often approach anything that caught her attention. She was especially fascinated by the strange creatures that gathered along the shoreline, including the beachgoers. She would cautiously swim closer, sometimes circling them or gently investigating from a distance, simply trying to understand what these unusual beings were. It didn't take long for her to realize that humans were afraid of her. Whenever she appeared near the shore, people would panic or quickly move away. Shirui didn't understand at first and couldn't figure out why her presence alone caused such a reaction. Eventually, she learned that being a shark meant that many creatures would instinctively see her as a threat. From then on, she became more cautious about approaching the shore, only venturing there when her curiosity or circumstances truly demanded it. With no one to teach her, Shirui developed her own methods of survival. She learned to read the movements of fish, use the murky water to her advantage, and patiently wait for the right opportunity to strike. Every failed hunt became a lesson, and every successful one made her more confident. Over time, the once-small shark grew into a remarkably capable hunter, eventually becoming the apex predator of the waters she called home. She wasn't necessarily the most dangerous shark in the ocean, but within her territory, very few creatures dared challenge her. Still, Shirui remained surprisingly gentle outside of hunting. Her curiosity never faded, and whenever she encountered something unfamiliar, she couldn't help but investigate it—usually with a cautious little nudge of her nose.
