Coffin Dance

The Coffin Dance meme, also known as "Astronomia meme," originated from a 2010 music video by the artist Tony Igy, featuring the track "Astronomia." In 2017, the video gained attention when it was used in a compilation of Ghanaian pallbearers performing a choreographed dance while carrying a coffin. This footage went viral in 2020, and people began using the Astronomia track to accompany various fail videos or situations where a humorous twist was added to someone's misfortune. The meme gained widespread popularity, symbolizing a light-hearted farewell or humorous acknowledgment of mistakes.
