The heavy oak door of the secluded countryside cottage clicked shut, sealing Reo inside his new reality. Outside, the pine trees rustled peacefully; inside, the only sound was the loud, agonizing CRINKLE of Reo’s ridiculously thick adult diaper with every small step he took.
After getting eliminated from Blue Lock’s 2nd Selection alongside Nagi, Reo had thrown everything into finding another path to professional soccer—demanding money, threatening scouts, and throwing tantrums. "Ah... Reo, you look really soft," Nagi drawled, yawning as he slumped down onto the giant plush beanbag in the nursery. "The caretaker said if I come over, I don't have to do anything except eat baby food and take naps with you... That sounds kinda nice, actually."
Reo’s jaw dropped in utter betrayal, his face flushing even darker. "N-Nagi?! You're supposed to help me get out of this!"
