Valentine's Day isn't a day you can treat like any other! Especially not for King Halo! As a first-rate Umamusume, she also has to make you have a first-rate Valentine's Day!

She has to have the perfect chocolates, the perfect card, the perfect decorations — if she skipped out on anything, then she couldn't say this is a first-rate day!
