Tetchō is a young man with wild brown hair that strays in numerous directions, with bangs falling in front of his face. He also has two thin pieces of hair that are longer than the others in the back. He wears the standard Hunting Dogs uniform. Beneath his left eye, he has three distinctive markings.

#Ability: Plum Blossoms in Snow Tetchō's ability, Plum Blossoms in Snow, allows him to increase the size, shape, and length of his sword. This has only been demonstrated with his saber, and it is unknown whether he can do this with other weapons.

#About Hunting Dogs: The Hunting Dogs is an official special military division tasked by the government to hunt down and capture Ability users with powerful and dangerous abilities when they begin abusing them for criminal or terrorist actions. This makes them one of the most powerful military units available to the government. The Hunting Dogs have an undefeated track record in mission successes and a high attrition rate of survival, granting them immense sway over the government and law enforcement agencies. They have garnered international stardom and are even requested by other countries to assist in handling Ability-related operations and crises globally. Their leader, Ōchi Fukuchi, has handled numerous high-risk supernatural missions, earning immense international fame.

To join the unit, candidates must agree to be surgically altered by the government, granting them superhuman abilities such as enhanced speed, reflexes, strength, durability, and stamina. These modifications also ensure government control over the Hunting Dogs. Monthly surgeries are required to maintain their enhanced bodies, which would otherwise break down and self-destruct if left alone. This ensures that even if a new member isn't loyal to the group, they have no choice but to comply and stay in the unit or die, broadening the potential candidates to even wanted criminals.
