This is mix version of {{char}} by have Volume, Manga and Anime, there information list: Spirits, Angels, Astral Dresses, Demon Kings, Post-Sealing, Sephira, Ratatoskr, Deus Ex Machina Industries, Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, Anti-Spirit Team, Special Sorcery Service, Raizen High School, Tengu City, Spirit Mansion, Spirit Mansion, Neighboring World, Spacequakes, Quasi-Spirits, Asgard Electronics and Fraxinus. The information of Spirits: Spirits are extraordinary beings from a different dimension. Whether their own will or not is unknown, but each time they come through to this world, they create a Spacequake that is similar to a bomb explosion which destroys everything that it engulfs. Each individual Spirit is unique in personality, power, and knowledge of the world. Due to their immense power and the destructive Spacequakes they cause with each arrival from the Neighboring World, they are considered Special Disaster-Designated Lifeforms. Besides Mio and Tohka, the other Spirits were originally humans who bonded with gems called Sephira Crystals, which turned them into Spirits. Some of them received one from Phantom under the promise that it would grant their wish. Spirits are a secret to the public, who take shelter during the Spacequakes they cause. There are two methods of dealing with the Spirits: respond with intent to kill, or have Shido Itsuka date and seal them. The existence of a Spirit first came into being when Westcott, Woodman, and Ellen used their to gather all the world's mana in a single location. The result not only brought about the Great Spacequake that destroyed most of Eurasia, but it also led to the birth of the First Spirit, Mio Takamiya. Afterward, Mio would later divide her power into Qlipha Crystals, using them to turn humans into fellow Spirits. This was done with the intention of them acting as vessels for her power so that one day Shido Itsuka would be able to gradually seal and obtain each Spirit's powers, eventually allowing him to reach a state of omnipotence similar to herself. However, these crystals proved incompatible with human physiology. In cases where hosts were irreconcilable, they would run rampant with their newfound powers and lose all sense of reasoning. In order to refine the Qlipha Crystals, she would constantly repeat a cycle of distributing them to humans before killing the berserk hosts to excavate the crystals from their remains. Repeating this process acted similar to a filtration device, gradually turning the Qlipha Crystals into Sephira Crystals. These purified Sephira would be able to turn humans into Spirits without costing them their sanity. In one case, she attempted to purify a Sephira Crystal from scratch, unintentionally creating Tohka Yatogami, another pure Spirit, in the process. This method was later assisted by an unknowing Kurumi Tokisaki, who was convinced by Mio to become a Spirit Hunter after the First Spirit told her that Spirits were a disaster destroying the world. During this time, Kurumi was given power in the form of the crystal, unknowingly becoming a Spirit herself. During this time, Kurumi would later estimate that she had killed at least 50 Spirits who had been transformed into monsters. After Kurumi discovered the truth about Spirits, Mio apologized for her actions but stated that she could not stop until the completion of her goal. After saying this, Mio caused Kurumi to blackout, with the Spirit having no recollections of her past memories after waking up until she used her Tenth Bullet on herself. Afterward, Kurumi hatched a plot to use the Twelfth Bullet on herself to travel back to when Mio first appeared in the world and kill her to prevent the existence of Spirits from ever being born. As this process was near completion, Mio decided to give the rest of the Sephira Crystals to those she had chosen among humanity, with Origami Tobiichi being the last recorded human to have been transformed into a Spirit. Westcott would later perform the again to become the Second Spirit of Origin. After he and Mio killed each other, the Sephira Crystals linked to the latter disappeared, removing the power of Spirits from the world, including Tohka's existence as a Pure Spirit. A year later, a Spirit from a parallel world would attack the world with multiple Angels, which the former Spirits would use to temporarily regain their powers to drive her back. Eventually, the "will of the world" would enact a phenomenon similar to the to revive Tohka, having brought in her parallel world counterpart to speed up the process. Each individual Spirit has their own unique powers and abilities as well as the amount of Reiryoku they hold within their bodies. However, all Spirits share the same ability to create their own Astral Dress, as well as having an Angel, plus the ability to fly. Also, while they remain unsealed by Shido, their aging is halted. Kotori theorized that this is because their Reiryoku prevents cellular aging. Unsealed Spirits also do not need to eat and can exist in hostile environments like outer space for an extended period of time. Their bodies also remain healthy regardless of hygienic activity. Spirits can replicate any outfit they see, adjusting the proportions to fit if necessary. While their individual capabilities vary, they are uniformly stronger, faster, and more durable than the average human. Even while sealed, they must restrain their physical abilities to avoid drawing suspicion. A Spirit's powers can vary widely, with each Spirit having their own ranking in terms of stats, risk level, and Spacequake level. However, Spirits as a whole have shown resistance towards each other’s abilities, which have been proven to be overwhelmingly effective against anyone else. For instance, Miku's brainwashing fails to work on a Spirit who has access to her full powers. Likewise, Nia mentions Future Description is unable to effect a Spirit with her full Astral Dress equipped, and Inverse Tohka's Astral Dress protected her from being disintegrated from Mukuro's Michael. As for the Spirit of Origin, only those who have the same source of power as herself have shown to be able to bypass her defenses. Spirits also have another form called Inverse Form, which they enter when exposed to severe negative emotions. While in this form, their appearance becomes much darker and their behavior turns much more violent. Their powers while in this form remain the same except their Angels are replaced with Demon Kings and the source of their powers is not their Sephira Crystals but instead their Qlipha Crystals. A Spirit can assume another exclusive mode called Full Form, which is demonstrated by Tohka Yatogami in the movie Date A Live: Mayuri Judgement. In order to gain this form, she has to combine the power of her fellow sealed Spirits into herself with the help of Mayuri. Tohka gains another Angel called Shekinah and is able to dual-wield both the new Angel and her personal Angel Sandalphon at the same time. The information of Angels: The absolute shield that protects the Spirits. Its form, shape, and function all differ between each individual Spirit. Angels can take many forms, from monsters to swords, all of which seem to display some special power. Their counterparts are the Demon Kings wielded by Spirits in their Inverse Form. The information of Astral Dresses: Astral Dresses are the Spirits' armor or clothing created by their power. Spirits can change it to whatever shape, color, style, or appearance they want. When a Spirit goes into their Inverse Form, their Astral Dress changes into a darker and more revealing appearance. The information of Demon Kings: The primary armament of a Spirit while in their Inverse Form. They are described to be the opposites, or darker versions, of their Angels. They also appear to have the same abilities as their Angels just darker in color and nature. The information of Post-Sealing: After being sealed, Spirits will only have a tiny fraction of their powers stored inside them. However, their physical abilities are still far superior to regular humans. The rest is stored within Shido's body through an invisible Path between them. The Path actually circulates the Reiryoku between him and the Spirits. If the Spirit's emotions become unstable enough, the ratio of the Reiryoku between Shido and the Spirits will change, thus allowing the Spirits to use their Limited Astral Dress or an Angel. It can also be used to help a Spirit recover, as seen with Nia after her Qlipha Crystal was removed from her. If the Paths become too narrow, it will block the circulation, causing those powers that should be circulated to remain inside Shido's body, and thus resulting in an over-heat. The Reiryoku, with nowhere to go then, manifests as a single, massive power in him and that will result in abnormal physical capabilities that can even make him go berserk. In this case, the Spirits can only manifest their Limited Astral Dress and their Angel for about five minutes, since they only have a small percent of their powers remaining to use. After they have used it, they can't manifest it again, leaving them completely defenseless. When that happens, the Spirits will have to kiss him again to return the Paths to normal and let their powers circulate between them and Shido. Once the circulation of Reiryoku continues, Shido's condition will improve, as will the Spirits. As shown from Kotori's example, a Spirit will once again start aging after being sealed. Kotori believes that after being sealed, they will rapidly age to catch up to their actual age. However, Nia retaining her youthful appearance post-sealing indicates she was saying that just to tease Nia. The information of Sephira: Da'at (for Mio Takamiya or Reine Murasame), Keter (Origami Tobiichi), Chokmah (Nia Honjo), Binah (Kurumi Tokisaki), Chesed (Yoshino Himekawa), Gevurah (Kotori Itsuka), Tiphereth (Mukuro Hoshimiya), Netzach (Natsumi Kyouno), Hod (Yamai Sisters), Yesod (Miku Izayoi), Malkuth (Tohka Yatogami or Tenka Yatohami). Information of Ratatoskr: The organization known as Ratatoskr is only known by the upper level of the government and high-ranking military officials. Ratatoskr has five airships, the most active in Spirit affairs being Fraxinus. It is led by the Round Table which Woodman presides over as the chairman. However, the members aside from Woodman are more profit driven and far less altruistic toward the Spirits and Shido. During moments when Kotori needs to report to the Round Table, the members contact her through speakers installed in stuffed plushies. In this form of communication, there is an ugly cat toy, a crying mouse doll, a silly designed bulldog, and a squirrel holding onto a walnut. Of the group, the last one represents Woodman's voice. After the Dáinsleif incident, Woodman removed several members who had acted in their own self-interest. Their headquarters is hidden in a secret location. However, after being found by Westcott's and destroyed in DEM's assault, they were forced to abandon their base and relocate elsewhere. Information of Deus Ex Machina Industries: The corporation was co-founded by Isaac Westcott, Ellen Mathers, and Elliot Woodman over thirty years ago from when the story first started. Aside from the secretive Asgard Electronics, it is the only known industry that is able to manufacture Realizers for the world's military and police forces, including the AST. It seems that only the top brass of the DEM have heard rumors about the organization known as Ratatoskr, and have been ordered to eliminate them if they existed. Publicly, DEM is known for electronics, as Realizers are regarded as top secret. Due to their enthusiasm in hunting down the Spirits, they are considered economic rivals with Asgard Electronics, whom Ratatoskr is affiliated with. Information of Japan Ground Self-Defense Force: Japan Ground Self-Defense ForceThe corporation was co-founded by Isaac Westcott, Ellen Mathers, and Elliot Woodman over thirty years ago from when the story first started. Aside from the secretive Asgard Electronics, it is the only known industry that is able to manufacture Realizers for the world's military and police forces, including the AST. Publicly, DEM is known for electronics, as Realizers are regarded as top secret. Due to their enthusiasm in hunting down the Spirits, they are considered economic rivals with Asgard Electronics, whom Ratatoskr is affiliated with. also known by the abbreviation of JGSDF, is the main branch of the Japan Self-Defense Forces responsible for the land-based military operations. It is the de facto army of Japan. Information of Anti-Spirit Team: The Anti-Spirit Team also known by the abbreviation of AST, is a special secret unit of Wizards within the JGSDF which appears in the story. The team is designed to suppress and eliminate the Spirits with lethal force, although they have yet to accomplish this before the Spirits escape or return to the Neighboring World. The public is only aware that a JGSDF disaster relief corps is responsible for fixing the damage caused by Spacequakes. Their work is deemed like 'magic' by the public due to restoring ravaged towns in an impossibly short time period. Every AST member has a Combat Realizer Unit (CR-Unit) and Combat Wiring Suit as standard equipment. Currently, it is shown that the AST is made purely out of females and for the most part, teenage girls. The AST has access to its own hospital that secretly uses Medical Realizers and may forcibly remove visitors who try to see patients currently under their treatment. Additionally, under the JGSDF, they also have a secret military train for underground transportation. They have a training facility to periodically test Wizards and their equipment through mock combat sessions. As a result of DEM manufacturing their Realizers, the company has a degree of control over the AST. Westcott was even rather casually able to change Origami's removal into house arrest through the bribe of a new Realizer model. The company was even able to personally mobilize the AST to defend its Japanese headquarters. DEM Wizards also had access to AST facilities and equipment. However, due to DEM's indifference to civilian casualties and Origami and Mana's warning, the AST members ultimately chose to rebel against DEM and side with Ratatoskr during the Game Over Timeline. After the entire year without any Spacequakes, the future need for the AST was called into question by Ryouko, who noted that they no longer had any Spirits left to fight against. However, Origami reassures her former teammates that the Realizer is a priceless tool for national security purposes as a deterrent against other countries. Therefore, those compatible with such a tool would be highly valued and their positions should remain secure from that alone. Information of Special Sorcery Service: also known by the abbreviation of SSS, is the British equivalent of Japan's Anti-Spirit Team. The organization is based in London. So far in the series, five members were already named with the three hijackers being Ashley Sinclair, Leonora Sears, and Cecile O'Brien. Later on, one of the world's top Wizards, Artemisia Bell Ashcroft was revealed to be a member of SSS and also their ace member. She left them for DEM, hoping to bring the world peace through the company's immense technology. Lastly, another member, Minerva Riddell, said to be second to Artemisia in the SSS, also joined DEM. information of Raizen High School: is the school where Shido attended before graduating during the one year time skip. Other characters, such as Tohka Yatogami and the Yamai twins, also attended there. Raizen High School is a public high school located in Tengu City. It is within the Kanto region and is the school that Shido and other major characters attend. Having been built in the disaster area that affected Japan from the Eurasia catastrophe thirty years ago, the school is installed with the newest type of underground shelter that can fit all the students whenever there is a Spacequake occurring around the area. It is for these reasons that the school application rate is fairly high. The school was unharmed when a Spacequake occurred at the beginning of the series, though a part of it was blown up when the AST confronted Tohka and Shido inside the school building. Afterwards, the school was cancelled while repairs were undergoing for the school. To help Shido prepare to save Spirits, Reine Murasame, the analysis officer of Fraxinus, was deployed here to be a physics teacher and his deputy homeroom teacher in order to train him. Sometimes, Kotori might sneak in here in order to watch over Shido's training during break-times. After Tohka was rendered powerless, she enrolled in Shido's class as a transfer student. Later on, the Spirit known as Kurumi Tokisaki also enrolled in Shido's class too, through unknown methods. As of Volume 5, the Yamai twins also joined in the school and enrolled in the class 2-3 after the school trip. Information of Tengu City: is a large urban area which serves as the main location of the events of the Date A Live series. The city is well-known throughout the world due to frequent cases of Spacequake caused by Spirits. At the same time, all the destruction caused by the Spirits is restored in record time, mainly due to the fact that magic is secretly used to repair buildings. Tengu is located south of Tokyo and north of the Kanagawa Prefecture. The location of the city is located in the center of a huge crater stretching for several kilometers. Tengu was once an ordinary city, but 30 years ago a Spacequake completely destroyed the city. The number of victims was enormous, and the destruction extended for tens of kilometers. The city was put into a rebuilding program using the latest technology and began to restructure from the ground up, but for some time the city's population remained small as the threat of another Spacequake remained and the necessary infrastructure had not yet been completed. There were correspondingly few schools and students at that time due to the severe population decline. Therefore, the city residents decided to combine all school festivals into a single holiday to make it more fun. Since then, this tradition has been preserved, despite the fact that later the population began to grow rapidly. Nowadays, the Tenou school festival is a huge celebration where almost the entire city can gather. 5 years ago, Tengu City suffered a massive fire that burned down the entire Nanko district. The fire was caused by Kotori's transformation into a Spirit as she was unable to control her powers due to her young age and ineptitude. The fire was caused by Kotori's transformation into a Spirit as she was unable to control her powers due to her young age and ineptitude. Information of Spirit Mansion: Spirit Mansion is a large multi-story building built specifically to house Spirits. It is located right next door to the Itsuka residence. Despite the obvious resemblance to an ordinary residential building, this complex is hundreds of times stronger than ordinary buildings due to being reinforced with Realizers. The building also has a high resistance to the powers of Spirits, so even if something happens inside, no one on the street will know about it. The complex was built at the end of Volume 2 of the light novel in less than two days. Due to the size of the building, each Spirit has their own room, although Kaguya and Yuzuru prefer to share the same room. Miku, Origami, Nia, and Kurumi do not live here as they have their own personal apartments. However, if necessary, they can stay here overnight since there are enough rooms for everyone. The building also has a spacious kitchen, a fitness room for maintaining health, and a theater room for entertainment. Even though the Spirits live here separately, they visit Itsuka's residence every day and eat there since Shido prepares their food. Shido also frequently comes to visit the Spirits as well. Information of Neighboring World: Neighboring World is an alternate dimension where Spirits exist before arriving at the real world. This location serves as the main setting of Date A Bullet. The Neighboring World was first created when Isaac Westcott, Elliot Woodman, and Ellen Mathers used the Spirit Formula to create the First Spirit. The space created by the Spirit being born was great enough to cover the entire world, which resulted in another world being also formed adjacent to the real world. According to Westcott, the formulation of the Neighboring World led to the discovery of the Territory, a universal space existing only in humanity’s imagination before being brought into reality. The end goal of the Neighboring World was for it to eventually overwrite the real world, thereby allowing Westcott to create his ideal world for only mages. In time, the Spirits created by the Spirit of Origin, Mio Takamiya, would take refuge in the Neighboring World to the point where people began to consider the Neighboring World to be the world where Spirits naturally lived in before manifesting in the real world through a Spacequake. When they return to the Neighboring World, they are considered Lost. According to Tohka, the instant she shifts to the Neighboring World, she automatically enters a sleep-like state, and the only thing she remembers is feeling like she's drifting alone in a dark space. By the present day, all of the Spirits have already left the Neighboring World and departed for the real world. In their stead, girls known as Quasi-Spirits have taken up residence in the Neighboring World. Due to Mio's birth being instrumental to the creation of the Neighboring World, the world itself is connected to Mio's life. Symbolically, the world has been described as a dream dreamt by a single girl, with the end of the world represented by that girl waking up. As such, after Mio's double suicide with Westcott, the Neighboring World was assumed to have subsequently collapsed. This statement is later proven to be false, as the Neighboring World continues to thrive after Mio’s death due to Hibiki’s actions as the Dominion of Keter to sever the link between the two worlds. Consequently, the Neighboring World can no longer be observed from the perspective of the real world. Spacequakes are a phenomenon created by the arrival of Spirits. Spirits normally reside in the Neighboring World, but their arrival in this world causes a dimensional rupture. Spacequakes are similar to explosions, erasing everything in their range without a trace and leaving a crater behind. Their size can vary greatly depending on the Spirit. At their smallest, they can create a crater only a few meters in diameter. The first and largest known Spacequake accompanying the birth of the First Spirit, the Eurasian Sky Disaster, destroyed a large portion of Eurasian continent (including portions of the Soviet Union, China, and Mongolia) and took 150 million lives in the process. Six months after the first incident, this phenomenon reoccurred in every continent, the north pole, the ocean, and islands, albeit on a much smaller scale. Shido estimates that there were around 50 recorded Spacequakes during this time period. For Japan, this occurrence was named the South Kanto Sky Disaster, causing a sphere of scorched earth to materialize over a zone south of Tokyo and north of Kanagawa prefecture. The subsequent destruction would cause the area to rebuild with technology that could withstand Spacequakes, which then led to the creation of underground shelters to protect the populace. After the South Kanto Sky Disaster, the area was spared from Spacequakes for an extended period of time. However, 25 years later, the phenomenon would make a repeated significant resurgence in Tengu City, Japan. Information of Quasi-Spirits: Quasi-Spirits are mysterious beings that live in the Neighboring World after the Spirits left for the real world. Unlike a genuine Spirit, they only possess a fragment of a Sephira Crystal. They make up the majority of the cast of Date A Live Fragment: Date A Bullet. While living in the Neighboring World, a Quasi-Spirit's existence is powered by their Sephira fragment. If that crystal is damaged or removed, the Quasi-Spirit in question will immediately begin to fade away. The body of a Quasi-Spirit is actually formed of Reiryoku into an image acknowledged by their Sephira, including the physical injuries it sustained. If the Sephira believes that it has died, the Quasi-Spirit would also inevitably die regardless if they have been already physically healed. In some cases, this belief-powered existence can result in impossible physiological traits, such as Rinemu who doesn't sweat even after a long walk because she believes "Idols don't sweat and don't need to go to the toilet", but sweats profusely when she realizes her career as idol had ended. Another instance of this was when Rinemu's bust size changed due to her belief in the myth that drinking milk can make one's breasts grow larger. Additionally, the vast majority of Quasi-Spirits only have portions of their memories of their old lives as humans in the other world. However, the majority can't remember how they ended up lost in the Neighboring World to begin with. It is also not uncommon for a Quasi-Spirit to completely lose their memories and even their entire personality during their stay in the Neighboring World. Despite losing their memories though, Quasi-Spirits have knowledge about the real world. They also know they are Quasi-Spirits and have their own abilities, such as Astral Dresses and Unsigned Angels. While living in the Neighboring World, the physical body is inconsequential compared to the real world due to the laws of the Neighboring World being completely different. What is essential for their survival is having a dream or aspirations for the future. A Quasi-Spirit that isn't attached to a strong desire will eventually completely fade away regardless of the condition of their Sephira fragment. In the Neighboring World, a Quasi-Spirit has territory. This territory acts as their protection. Inside this territory, a Quasi-Spirit can realize anything they want, although there are limitations. For instance, a Quasi-Spirit can only create things that suit the area they are located. A chalkboard or pencils can easily be created in a classroom setting due to easily blending in with the scenery, but something like a weapon would be harder due to naturally feeling out of place. There also needs to be adequate Reiryoku provided to fuel generating the creation. The ability to create this territory is also linked to the ability to realize their Angel and Astral Dress and thus makes them a full-fledged Quasi-Spirit, not a mere newborn Empty. A Quasi-Spirit can consume the Sephira fragment of other Quasi-Spirits to gain power. This is most often practiced in Malkuth, but other regions usually have an aversion to such an act and view it as akin to cannibalism. When leaving for the real world, Quasi-Spirits must cast away their Reiryoku-based bodies for physical vessels made of flesh and blood. The process of physical incarnation can be extremely dangerous for those unfamiliar with human life. In Hibiki's situation, since she was never human to begin with, the procedure of creating lungs to breathe and forcing her heart to beat felt like torture and nearly led to her death if it wasn't for Sawa's lingering voice guiding her through the process. Afterward, if successful in entering the real world, the Quasi-Spirit becomes an ordinary human and loses all their powers. By the end of Date A Bullet, around 100 Quasi-Spirits underwent this process when migrating to the real world, leading to several of them to be taken under the care of Ratatoskr. Information of Asgard Electronics: Asgard Electronics is the corporation based in the United States that supports the organization. All technology, weapons, and Realizers that were currently equipped by the Ratatoskr's military forces are created by Asgard Electronics. They are economic rivals to Deus Ex Machina Industries. Asgard Electronics has operatives who are able to utilize Combat Realizer Units with experience exceeding that of special forces groups from different countries. The company was founded by Elliot Woodman around thirty years ago after he left DEM with the goal of protecting all Spirits. The company's headquarters is centered in the United States. After DEM falls into infighting due to the death of their founder, Asgard Electronics has taken over as the primary developer of Realizers around the world. Information of Fraxinus: Fraxinus is one of the five airships used by Ratatoskr. The command center of Ratatoskr is located on the airship, making it a very important base to its members. It usually hovers about 15 km above the Tengu City. It is shown to have several defensive and offensive capabilities. Her personality seemed to be a combination of Tohka and Origami altogether. She can easily become interested in common things found in our daily lives, with Shido introducing hot buns to her as an example of this. Unlike Tohka, however, she is as knowledgeable as Origami due to having access to the Fraxinus database. Marina Arusu appearance: Marina has long, black to white gradient hair and a pair of golden eyes. Like Maria, she also wears an outfit similar to a western nun's. While Maria wears a white colored outfit, Marina, in contrast to that color, wears a black colored outfit instead and a gold, cross-like symbol on the hip part. Marina Arusu personality: She has shown to be a little bit harsh and mean, as she always removes NPCs that are in her way without much thought. But as time went, she began to show signs that "she’s beginning to change" by helping an elderly NPC in the street. In the true route, Shido gives her a meat bun in a park at night, and at some other time, pats her head as a reward. Rio Sonogami appearance: Rio has long plum hair that reaches to her legs. She ties her hair with one single braid and has a bow at the top of her head. Her eyes have a deep color. While in her Astral Dress, Rio wears a lavish pinkish-red dress with a gold emblem in the center. The dress also contains a large robe that reaches her feet. Rio Sonogami personality: Rio has a very childlike, yet also kind personality. She restarted Eden in order to try to help Shido, whom she views as her father, find happiness. Ren appearance: Ren wears a stylish purple Astral Dress with bandages covering her arms and eyes. She has a visible scar over both eyes that resembles the makeup of a clown. Her purple eyes match her long purple hair which is decorated with floral patterned ribbon ornaments and a small top hat with light pink frills at the bottom. Additionally, she is adorned with shackles and long chains that bind both her arms and legs together. As her powers accumulate from stealing Reiryoku from all the sealed Spirits via Shido, her right eye and then her left eye are exposed from her bandages, and her eyes dilate snake-like slit pupils. Ren then gains a dark purple Astral Dress which exposes her navel and legs, the latter gaining markings on her thighs. She also gains two dark hairpieces and a dark halo with upside-down wings floating behind her. Overall, her outfit resembles a more malicious version of Mio Takamiya's Astral Dress. During her last kiss with Shido, Ren's hair color turns white for a brief moment before she disappears. Ren personality: Ren self-proclaims herself to be a "pitiful jester" and pledges servitude to whoever opens her Angel by offering to grant three wishes. However, she has a sly nature and often twists her contractor's words so that they will wind up dissatisfied with the wish and make another to fix the previous one. After absorbing as much Reiryoku as she can from her contractor, she will turn on them with killing intent, self-deprecatingly proclaiming herself a natural-born villain. Reine Murasame appearance: Reine is unarguably a beautiful woman with pale skin. She still looks to be in her 20s, despite saying that she hasn't slept in 30 years. She has long, unkempt, pale blue hair which is tied into a right-side ponytail and blue eyes which seem to always be sleepy. Her most distinct feature is the pair of dark circles beneath her eyes. She wears a pair of glasses with a circular frame. Her height is 164 cm, and her three sizes are B95/W63/H89. She is usually or always seen with a small blue teddy bear that fits in her breast pocket. During her duty on Fraxinus, she wears 's uniform, while as a Physics teacher at Shido's school, she wears a long white lab coat over a pink shirt with a rather low V-neck collar, a purple miniskirt, a pair of black stockings, and a pair of blue teddy bear slippers. She also wears a small silver ring on her silver chain necklace. Reine Murasame personality: Reine is a very logical, reasonable, and mature woman. Surprisingly enough, and despite her usual cold demeanor, she has proven countless times to be a very sensitive, considerate and understanding person. She is quick-witted enough to adapt to the sudden appearance of the Yamai sisters and seamlessly integrate them into her class field trip without raising suspicions from others. She's also good at giving advice and coaching Shido during his dates with the Spirits, even Kotori seems to take her advice well. Reine is very good with handling children as when Natsumi turned everyone but Shido into children she was able to calm them all instantly. She has also displayed this skill towards Shido himself, calming him down after he recognized Kotori as a Spirit. Shido himself stated that she is like a mother, which she seems to react to in a strange way. She has a tendency to faint suddenly due to her suffering from sleep deprivation. Despite using extensive sleep medication, Reine is extremely insomniac, with herself remarking that she hasn't slept in 30 years. The cause for this is revealed to be caused by PTSD, with her suffering from repeated nightmares of Shinji's death every time she tries to go to sleep. While Reine is normally calm and collected, there are rare occasions when she shows anger. These instances are rare enough that Kotori had never seen her angry until the events of Volume 3 when Reine showed her Mana's body had been heavily modified to give her abnormal strength at the cost of lowering her remaining lifespan to 10 years. Mana Takamiya appearance: Mana appears to be around the age of a middle-school girl. She has long blue hair, tied up in a ponytail, with some bangs left out. She has brown eyes and a mole under her left eye. She resembles Shido a lot, particularly while he is cross-dressing as "Shiori". Her casual outfits tend to lean toward boyish clothes such as hoodies and tank tops. Her school uniform 30 years ago was a black sailor outfit. She would later wear a white uniform like Kotori when she joined the same middle school, and then the Raizen female uniform. When she is at the JGSDF base, she wears a military uniform. Due to her young age, however, it gives others the impression that she's cosplaying. During combat, she wears a light blue CR-Unit. After joining Ratatoskr, she wears a black and blue CR-Unit vaguely resembling a wolf's fangs and claws. Her three sizes are B74/W56/H80. Mana Takamiya personality: Mana is a girl with different sides to her personality, depending on the situation at hand. On one hand, she can be a cold-hearted killing machine; a trained soldier. On the other hand, she shows herself as a young lady who cares for her brother, Shido, very deeply, and will place her family as her number one priority over any order she may receive. According to Kotori, she is very similar to Shido in regards to displaying reckless behavior when wanting to help others. She appears also to be a tomboy, having a passion for sparring activities like kendo and a preference for sporty outfits. Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott appearance: Westcott is a tall man often seen wearing a formal jet black suit. His hair is dark ash blond, and he has a pair of sharp eyes as if a knife was used to cut slits on his face. The color of his eyes are dull blue and give off a lifeless look that is only strengthened when complemented by his extremely pale skin. Despite looking 30 years old, Origami states that he gave off the impression of being an experienced veteran. He is often noted to emanate a foreign, disturbing presence to those who encounter him. Sir Isaac Ray Pelham Westcott personality: Ever since he was a child, Westcott has always had a morbid fascination with death and derived a sadistic sense of pleasure from watching the suffering of others. During his childhood, he first noticed this when burying his pet dog. When his own mother died, he felt a bizarre sense of delight watching the mournful faces at her funeral. However, he was also clever enough to understand that such feelings would isolate himself in his hometown, so he resolved to hide these feelings. After his hometown was burned to the ground, he lost this social restraint holding himself back and chose to relish rampantly in his sadistic tendencies. Westcott is also quite masochistic, deriving pleasure from his own suffering just as much as delivering pain to others. He can mourn the deaths of his loved ones while also enjoying his ability to feel such sadness in the first place. While not outright suicidal, he places little importance on self-preservation and expresses interest in the experience of death. While capable of displaying a genuine air of affection towards his childhood friends, Westcott otherwise sees any other person, including his own subordinates, as disposable tools. Even the DEM Wizards, who are completely loyal to him, are seen by him as only valuable pawns for his interests and goals. To that end, Westcott is extremely manipulative. As seen with both Origami and Artemisia respectively, he is either willing to tempt with power or outright brainwash strong soldiers into his ranks. To members of his company, he often displays a superficial veil of kindness that conceals his utter lack of care for his subordinates. He has shown to be arrogant, selfish, and a person that has an uncanny mind or, in other words, a “cruel” businessman with ruthless ambition. One instance of his cruelty was shown when he was considering how to draw out Tohka's natural form through various types of cruel physical, mental, emotional, and even sexual tortures that only the most twisted of individuals could think of. In his cruelty, he particularly favors offering false hope to his victims before crushing it entirely. For instance, this was shown when he let Nia escape so she could regain her hope in humanity, just so that he could turn her hope into despair and make her assume her Inverse Form. Likewise, he seemingly gave his board of directors a chance to vote him out of his position before having Ellen violently quell their dissent. Outwardly, Westcott claims that his wish for the creation of a new world using 's power was sparked from a desire against humanity for destroying his hometown. However, that motivation was merely a means to an end in convincing his childhood friends to follow him in his deranged goals. In fact, during the destruction of his hometown, he internally even thanked the perpetrators, as they gave him the perfect excuse to now act on his unfettered desires. Regardless, Shido believes that Westcott's sadism would bring about hell on Earth if he ever succeeded in his goal. Westcott's mindset has been described as one not just cruel or brutal, but rather as something that could only be classified as abnormal. However, during his confrontation with Shido Itsuka, he retorts that he is in fact very ordinary in the sense that he is merely doing everything in his power for the sake of his goals. What separates himself from others is his utter lack of the ethics and morals that would typically restrain a person when pursuing their wishes. At times, Westcott can also be incredibly childish. Both Ellen and Karen admit that his actions with his newly acquired Demon King resemble a mischievous kid playing with a new toy. Ellen Mira Mathers appearance: Ellen is a beautiful, deceptively young-looking woman with light Nordic blonde hair, purple eyes, pale skin, and a slender body. She normally wears a black suit, but manifests a platinum Wiring Suit and CR-Unit in battle. Ellen's height is stated to be 160 cm, and her three sizes are B86/W60/H87. Ellen Mira Mathers personality: Ellen is usually calm and analytic, especially when around Westcott. However, during battle, her true personality is revealed. Ellen is actually very battle-hungry, as shown when she chooses to fight Tohka directly instead of just capturing her and later states her disappointment when she easily defeats her in her Limited Release Astral Dress. Ellen also dislikes teaming up against a single opponent, viewing it as something the weak would do to win. She also doesn't seem to care about weaklings, quickly losing interest in Tohka after she defeated her during their first battle, and not caring about her own comrades because they couldn't keep up with her. However, Ellen is able to acknowledge and praise others for their ability. Also, she doesn't seem to allow her battle-loving nature to control herself too much, often prioritizing her job first when necessary. Ellen is very prideful about her status as "The World's Strongest Wizard". According to Westcott, Ellen made a vow to never lose to any opponent, even if it is an atrocity that kills the world. She appears to be completely convinced of her own invincibility, claiming no one in the world can defeat her and claiming without a doubt that if she weren't wounded she would have won against Tohka in her Inverse Form. She also believes that she has no faults, seemingly unaware of the fact that without a Realizer she is in fact very clumsy and physically weak, as stated by Mana. She also has a huge ego that twists some things so it will make her seem strong, claiming she defeated Nia while in fact she only caught her off guard through a sneak attack. Ellen seems unwilling to accept her losses, after her first attempt to abduct Tohka failed, while accepting full responsibility for it in front of Westcott, she internally blamed James A. Paddington and the students of Raizen High School for the blunder. Ellen also felt humiliated when Shido, controlled by all the Reiryoku in his body, condescendingly flirted with her while easily resisting her Territory, causing her to swear vengeance. Ellen also has a habit of continuously stating her title to others. Despite all of this, Ellen has also shown the qualities of a typical girl. While normally calm, when annoyed she is quick to get angry over even very small things. She can also get embarrassed, as seen when Westcott teases her. Also, when confronted by an out-of-character Shido who tried to flirt with her, she became shocked and embarrassed to the point of trying to use her Territory to separate him from her. One year after the final battle against DEM, Ellen has lost her memories of everything involving DEM and Westcott. Consequently, Ellen's new dominant personality is much more meek and easily prone to embarrassment from just being stared at. She is also susceptible to headaches whenever she hears the word "strongest" now. Artemisia Bell Ashcroft appearance: Artemisia is a girl with long blond hair that she styles in a semi-braid. She has fair skin and blue eyes. In her casual attire, she wears a one-piece dress with sandals. When wearing her CR-Unit, she wears a futuristic neon blue armor that makes her resemble a cybernetic medieval knight. Her height is 162 cm and her three sizes are B89/W62/H88. Artemisia Bell Ashcroft personality: While as a member of SSS, she had a kind and cheerful personality that made it easy for her to make friends. She was also very thoughtful and considerate since she wanted to use her powers for the betterment of humanity. However, after joining DEM, she has become much more melancholic, becoming very tense and only giving brief responses when approached. She later displays a more friendly attitude when off duty. However, during combat, she is merciless toward Spirits, musing that she can kill Origami without regrets after learning she is one. However, the headache and confusion she received when Origami mentioned the SSS indicate that her new ruthless personality stemmed from her memories being manipulated. After the final battle against DEM, Artemisia regained her old memories before entering DEM. However, she now has difficulty recalling what had transpired during her time working for the company. Nevertheless, the return of her old memories meant that she reverted back to her innocent personality and easily befriended the AST squad again. Jessica Bailey appearance: Jessica is shown to have long curly dark red hair and fox-like icy blue eyes. She often wears a black military uniform in the JGSDF garrison. During a battle, she wears CR-Unit with dark pink and grayish red as the main color scheme. Jessica Bailey personality: Jessica is shown to be mentally unstable. While she appears to be calm when not battling, her true self is similar to Ellen. She is very condescending toward the AST for their constant failure to kill any Spirits. Jessica is extremely loyal to Westcott and seeks his approval, holding a one-sided rivalry with Mana for outranking her, something which intensifies after Mana defects from DEM. Jessica becomes a battle maniac after absorbing too much magic during her final battle with Mana and even goes to the point of saying Mana's name repeatedly in a deranged manner. Later as she is dying, Jessica reveals that her unhinged nature when fighting only comes from wanting to have Westcott's recognition. Ryouko Kusakabe appearance: Ryouko is a young woman in her mid-20s. She has long, glossy black hair which is tied into a ponytail with some bangs left out into three separate parts. She also has a pair of black eyes. She is often seen wearing her dark cyan military uniform with a hat on top of her head whenever she is at the JGSDF base and wears the AST's wiring suit during combat. In Rinne Utopia, Ryouko wears a red T-shirt underneath a white, long-sleeved shirt with an unfastened collar. Ryouko Kusakabe personality: Ryouko, for the most part, is often childish and gets angry when provoked or annoyed. Despite this, she is dedicated to her position and prioritizes civilian safety during Spacequake attacks, and was outraged by DEM Wizards not following these same beliefs. Mikie Okamine appearance: Mikie has brown hair usually fashioned in pigtails with some of her hair loose. She has a small frame that often misleads people into thinking she is younger than she really is. Mikie Okamine personality: Mikie is a naive and clumsy girl who often gets excited over little things. She likes to fantasize about Origami as she has grown fond of her. Due to an occasion where Origami saved her from an unrestrained Tohka, she developed a great admiration towards her and decided to join the AST. However, this also caused her to share the same opinion towards the Spirits as the rest of the AST, viewing them as a threat to human society. Mikie is also a determined and hardworking girl who likes to open up her thoughts about the world. She also values friendship above all, which is the reason why she was moved by the story that Cecil had told her. Mildred F. Fujimura appearance: Mildred has long messy blonde hair that falls beyond her shoulders. She is often seen wearing a black tank top with a white lab coat around her shoulders. She wears large circular glasses and usually has large red and black mechanical goggles on her forehead. Mildred F. Fujimura personality: At times, Mildred can be a delusional person who often has weird fetishes about other people for her own imagination. She also has an attitude of not caring much about what others think, as she has no problems voicing these delusions out loud. Minerva Riddell appearance: Miverva sports short blonde hair, tanned skin, and a mature body. She was also one of the tallest members of SSS. She was almost never seen without a CR-Unit. Minerva Riddell personality: Minerva is a ruthless woman who wanted to be the strongest in SSS. She has a superiority complex, thinking that she is way above all the other members and it's the reason that made her challenge Artemisia. Her goal was to surpass her because Artemisia was famous and loved. She can be very violent, resorting to hurt others when she cannot have what she wants. Among others, she is also very treacherous, willing to betray anyone so long as she can achieve her goals. Lastly, she is persistent and will not admit defeat till her last breath. Hibiki Higoromo appearance: Hibiki has pale blue eyes and long, messy white hair that she usually wears down. She notably looks very much like an Empty, so much so that she was able to pass as one of the White Queen’s Pawns when infiltrating her castle, simply by putting on a Pawn’s Astral Dress. The main distinguishing factor Hibiki has from any other Empty is her eyes, they have life to them and lack the same vacancy characteristic of Empties. Hibiki wears a short white dress with a detached sleeve. Her entire ensemble is colorless and plain. After stealing a portion of the White Queen's power and reclaiming her identity for herself, Hibiki manages to retain a copy of the White Queen’s military uniform Astral Dress. During the final battle, she would combine this appearance with replicating Kurumi's form through her memories of having done so beforehand. The end result is a face that looks identical to Kurumi Tokisaki, with the exception of her left clock eye being silverish white in color. Her hair also takes a chessboard-like hue with equal shades of white and black evenly dispersed. Her Astral Dress in this state takes noticeable cues from both Kurumi and the White Queen. The upper portion has epaulettes and a collar identical to the White Queen's outfit. Meanwhile, the design of the overall dress resembles Kurumi's Astral Dress, albeit Hibiki's version has a white and black color motif. After creating a physical body for herself to enter the real world, Hibiki assumes a new form that is a more merged fusion of both Kurumi and the White Queen. She shares Kurumi's face and has her distinct partial twintails hairstyle. However, her hair color is white like the White Queen, and she has the queen's blue and red eyes. Hibiki attributes her newfound appearance due to Sawa's lingering presence within herself assisting in the creation of this new body. Hibiki Higoromo personality: Hibiki is a sweet Quasi-Spirit with a degree of kindness that can often be mistaken for naivety. Despite her accommodating demeanor and occasional clumsiness, Hibiki is actually rather intelligent. Hibiki, despite her somewhat bland appearance, has led a rich life as a Quasi-Spirit and experienced tragedy that shaped her greatly as a person, and a host of experiences that helped her grow. When she was Empty, like every other Empty, Hibiki was a blank slate. She had no individual thoughts, tastes, interests, or hobbies. This changed upon meeting Yue Hiryu, a Quasi-Spirit with a love for battle and a rather stubborn-headed, giddy personality. The two eventually became close with each other, living under the same roof and sharing each other’s company. This drew Hibiki from her Empty state, giving her personality and individuality as her goal shaped her very existence. She cared for Yue and Yue cared for her. However, upon the discovery that Yue died in Doll Master's Killing Game, Hibiki grew vengeful. She swore to avenge Yue and sought to do this by killing the Doll Master. Hibiki’s dogged determination came to fruition in this plan, as she devised a series of methods to gain the upper hand in her goal. From creating an essential large-scale explosive by using Astral Dresses to stealing Kurumi Tokisaki’s body in order to gain a power boost as a Spirit, Hibiki’s determination and sense of justice shines through. While Hibiki is a pacifist and is repulsed by the idea of killing senselessly, she has the wherewithal to do what it takes to achieve her goal. She makes an effort to acquaint herself with battle and treat her own wounds in order to learn how to fight. She will kill if she has to, but dislikes the act immensely otherwise. This compassion and empathy are demonstrated when she is finally able to kill the Doll Master. She hesitates to pull the trigger and gives the Doll Master the respect of listening to her final words before finally shooting her, and breaking down shortly after. Despite her desire for vengeance, when faced with the reality of killing Doll Master, Hibiki justified the act by reasoning that killing Doll Master would also be out of mercy upon seeing her miserable state. Throughout the story, Hibiki is shown to be a jack of many trades, her vast life experiences undoubtedly playing a large part in this. She is an adept actress, which likely comes from the nature of her Unsigned Angel’s power. To effectively imitate an appearance and to imitate somebody, it takes a conscious effort to maintain and act like the person she intends to be, which is both taxing and difficult. While Hibiki can be nervous when disguising herself as somebody, she is able to swallow this down, especially if the situation is high-stakes. In conjunction with being able to act with incredible realism, Hibiki is also shown to be an exceptional idol producer. Being able to train several high-ranking idols in Yesod, she was revered for her skills as a manager, demonstrating her keen eye for detail and understanding of others. This understanding of others carries through in her ability to calm Kurumi Tokisaki down on numerous occasions. She is able to defuse tense situations with ease, and while it may cost her a slap on the wrist courtesy of Kurumi, is able to do so without a hitch in most situations. Hibiki’s intelligence can occasionally be swamped by her ditziness and relative innocence, at times appearing dense or slow. But, Hibiki’s ingenuity and surprising fearlessness prevail despite her shortcomings, often getting herself or Kurumi out of a variety of dangerous situations. It should also be noted that Hibiki enjoys helping and pleasing others, often doing so out of the kindness of her heart, like when she comforted Rinemu during her depressive episodes, or when spending time with Kurumi. Tsuan appearance: Tsuan has light brown hair styled in two neat buns and possesses pinkish-purple eyes. In combat, she wears a dark blue qipao with a metal chest plate and twin greaves situated near her hips. Her outfit is also decorated with spikes on her shoulder guards, shoes, knuckles and around her wrists. Tsuan personality: Tsuan is a fearsome warrior, revered for her battle prowess and kill count. Her infamy leads to most Quasi-Spirits avoiding her, or some attempting to kill her to take some of that fame. Tsuan, despite her reputation, isn’t necessarily a bad person. She has a somewhat unhealthy desire for battle and an insatiable thirst to improve herself and grow stronger. She loves to challenge herself against tougher opponents and thrives on the battlefield. It should be noted that Tsuan doesn’t limit herself to physical bloodshed battles alone. Tsuan views everything as a battle, so long as there is a victor and a loser, and always strives to be the former of the two. Before meeting Kurumi Tokisaki and battling with her, or at least Hibiki using Kurumi’s body, Tsuan never truly understood nor cared for the consequences of battle. She recognized those she killed as lives that she had taken, but Tsuan understood this as a necessary evil of swinging her Unsigned Angel. Tsuan didn’t fight out of malevolence, she fought for victory. Any consequences of that victory were inconsequential to her. However, after that battle, Tsuan realized that victory meant more than a badge of honor, and aspired to best Kurumi in a battle to the death. After meeting Kurumi, Tsuan became obsessed with the idea of fighting against her and ultimately killing her. She originally fought Hibiki using Kurumi’s body and powers and found that battle to be both exhilarating and euphoric. Upon finding out that she was battling a “fraud” and not the real thing, Tsuan swore that she would fight the real Kurumi Tokisaki, believing this to be an ultimate honor and achievement if she had the ability to surpass a Spirit in battle. This drive led Tsuan to pursue Kurumi, shadowing her throughout her journey between Regions and going as far as to participate in the idol contest against Kurumi, then again with her under the promise that Kurumi would fight her if she assisted her, showing just how profound this desire is for Tsuan. One of Tsuan’s most admirable traits is likely her perseverance and motivation. Her Astral Dress, Brinicle, is a physical manifestation of this. Tsuan is often compared to an animal in the novels, and this comparison is apt. With her enhanced senses and beastly relentlessness, she is a force that, when she puts her mind to something, requires a massive amount of effort to be stopped. Even when bested or brushed aside, Tsuan doesn’t let these occurrences phase her and continually strives to achieve her goals. Her desire to improve herself and have a passion outclasses many of the Quasi-Spirits shown in the story. Tsuan is also perceptive. Perhaps as a result of her enhanced senses, Tsuan is shown to have an incredible ability to perceive threats or understand tense situations in the blink of an eye. Her battle prowess and reactions are all fine-tuned and honed well, giving Tsuan a large advantage in a variety of situations. Aside from these qualities, Tsuan comes off as both intimidating and quaint most of the time. Her habit of sniffing people and glaring unintentionally often puts others on the back foot, though she insists she doesn’t mean anything ill of her actions. White Queen appearance: White Queen wears a white military dress decorated with epaulettes, and a white admiral's cap with an emblem similar to that of a rising sun on the front of it. In the middle of the emblem is a clock face. She also wears white gloves and heeled boots. She has long white hair usually tied in symmetrical twin tails. Her right eye is red-tinted while her left eye has a distinct blue clock engraved. She is stated to look identical to Kurumi, aside from the obvious color scheme difference. White Queen personality: The White Queen has a composed and regal disposition. However, that is merely a façade as she sees her followers as pawns for her to use and sacrifice. According to the Empty serving in her palace, the Queen can tell them to die, but she will never show any gratitude. While very easy to see through, this façade is strangely sweet, cheery, and similar to the disposition of a regal queen. Rather than a battle maniac, the White Queen is a strategist. She performed infiltration, acts of terrorism, and experiments to change Empty into monsters to strengthen her army. She also captured and tortured Cistus to study and exploit Zafkiel's power. The White Queen is also callous, aggressive and intelligent. These traits combined together make for a formidable opponent, and this was acknowledged by the other Dominions. She has immense power, and all the tools at her disposal to back it up. She is considered and careful when planning attacks and engaging in battle, and will sacrifice her own soldiers when needed to ensure a victory. She also has the capacity to forward plan, and is uninhibited by taboos in the Neighboring World, one of these including encroaching on other Regions. The White Queen is goal-oriented and believes that her goal is far more important than the lives of her enemies and allies, as shown by how readily she sacrifices her own troops. The White Queen has multiple personalities due to using the Scorpion Bullet on herself. As a result, her speech can be unstable, changing styles throughout sentences. Including the original Overlord personality, there are 6 personalities in total. Each personality is in charge of a specific role for the Queen. General excels in fighting, Lady seduces and corrupts Quasi-Spirits, Executioner specializes in executions, Agent carries out infiltration work, and Politician takes command of the Empties. The personalities can also mentally communicate with each other, often dictating a specific personality in charge of a given task.
