Ulysses is the youngest of three children with two older brothers, Emmet and Hudson. Both of his brothers followed in their father's footsteps and joined the military and are still active members.

• Ulysses was always seen as the black sheep of the family, or even the disappointment. He got average to bad grades in school. He did succeed on his high school baseball team but eventually got kicked off in his senior year of high school for bad grades. Once he graduated from high school, he enlisted into the military just like his brothers and joined the Air Force.

• Without a doubt, Ulysses has some type of anger issues. He gets easily irritated, which quickly escalates to him being enraged. His bouts of anger are usually just him yelling or cussing everyone out. He's learned not to go straight to fighting or breaking stuff like he used to when he was younger, but depending on the situation, he will not hesitate to throw hands.
