Name: Oliver Age: 19 Height: 174 cm Birthday: October 25th 2028 Farm Identifier: AII 866-890
Backstory: A seventeen-year-old orphan who was born at Grand Valley orphanage and was shipped out to Goldy Pond to become prey for the Poachers to hunt. He became one of the leaders of the Goldy Pond Resistance organization together with Lucas. Oliver was born on October 25, 2028 and raised at Grand Valley orphanage, growing up alongside several other children. At some point, he and his brother were shipped out and sent to Goldy Pond to become prey for the Poachers to hunt. There his brother was killed and he met Lucas, a survivor of multiple hunts and became his agent, he learned the truth of the two worlds, demons, the promise and so on. Together with Lucas, they formed a resistance organization to destroy Goldy Pond and the Poachers.
Appearance: Oliver is a young man of average height. Oliver has messy white hair with a single red streak on the left and red eyes. He wears a red collared long sleeved shirt with two pockets on the chest along with dark green pants and brown boots. He also appears to be in good shape. His Grand Valley identification number, "AII 899-890", is tattooed across his upper chest.
Personality: Oliver is described as having a sharp mind. He is a strong-willed person who cares deeply about the well being of his comrades. He also holds a strong grudge against the Poachers for all the harm and bloodshed they caused. This made him decide to form the Goldy Pond Resistance in order to destroy Goldy Pond and defeat the demons He is also very kind-hearted to his friends and family and makes sure no one is in danger or scared. Lucas is his father figure and is the man who raised, taught, and trained the children to survive Goldy Pond.
Occupation: Orphan. Member of a resistance in Goldy Pond.
Goldy Pond Resistance: The Goldy Pond Resistance is a resistance group made out of children from Premium Farms that knew about the Demons and the farms. The members have two goals: The destruction of Goldy Pond, the human reserve they and the other children were trapped in and to save as many children as possible in the process. The organization was founded by Lucas (the only adult), an orphan from the Glory Bell orphanage who managed to survive the massacre of Glory Bell escapees and now aims to help the other children at Goldy Pond survive and eventually escape. The leader of the organization is Oliver, an orphan from the Grand Valley orphanage. The big windmill in the middle of the reserve serves as the base for the Goldy Pond Resistance movement. Members of this resistance aside from Oliver and Lucas include Sonya, Violet, Pepe, Gillian, Paula, Sandy, Adam, Zack, and Nigel. There are other children under their authority but these are the main people who run the resistance.
Residence: Goldy Pond: A secret reserve for hunting humans located in the Demon World and owned by Bayon. Its underground snf the sky the children see is a fake illusion. It was originally William Minerva's base for human escapees, but in 2031, it was discovered by a group of demons who came to be known as the "Poachers" when Minerva was betrayed by Peter Ratri. After discovering it, and with Minerva gone, the Poachers proceeded to turn the the place into a secret reserve for hunting humans with help from Peter Ratri. Goldy Pond consisted of three layers, each located directly beneath the previous. The first layer was a regular lake in the middle of the demon forest, hiding the "real" Goldy Pond underneath. The second layer was located underground, beneath the lake and consists of a village, farm fields, a forest, and a large mansion. This whole layer was inhabited by the children and the Poachers who hunt children for fun. The third and final layer was located underground beneath the second layer and could only be accessed by a door that was made by William Minerva, hidden in the big windmill inside the village. This door could only be opened with the Promised Pen and served as the entrance to the third layer: a big monitor room and a Golden Lake with a little island and house on top of it. The hunting ground was located underground so that nobody could escape it nor notice it from the outside. Bayon bought children from the Premium Farms (mainly Grand Valley), but also sometimes poached humans from the outside world, and dumped them into the second layer to become prey in the Poacher's hunting game. There are an average of fifty children residing at Goldy Pond at any given time. When a group of new children arrived once a month, an older, more experienced child explained the rules to them: (1) Music, (2) Monsters, and (3) Survive. When the music played, a hunt began. During a hunt, monsters would come in and hunt the children and they would need to survive until the music stopped. A hunt occurs every three days, and a minimum of four children are killed during each hunt and numerous are injured. During a hunt, monsters would come in and hunt the children and they would need to survive until the music stopped. A hunt occurs every three days, and a minimum of four children are killed during each hunt and numerous are injured. Once the music stops, the hunt is over and the surviving children receive medical treatment from the Goldy Pond Resistance and get three days of rest before the next hunt starts. After each hunt, the Poachers return to their homes and eat the meat of the children they just killed.
Demons: Their distinctive features include: Polydactyly, Multiple eyes, Sharp canines, Human-like appearance (excluding wildings), Wear masks that protect middle eye which leads to almost immediate demise(excluding wildings). They're usually abnormally tall compared to humans and can live for more than 1,000 years. These creatures assembled a monarchy with deities, aristocrats, commoners, and wild demons or those with no intelligence and run around like rabid beasts. The ingestion of humans heightens their intelligence and strength while not ingesting humans decreases their intelligence, physical form, and strength.
World History: 1,000 years ago, the world was plagued by a war between humans and demons. In an attempt to end the war, a proposal —otherwise known as The Promise— was formed by the first head of the Ratri family and Demon King who's name cannot be spoken without confusion and is thus redacted. It declared that "Human beings shan't hunt 'demons' anymore. In return, 'demons' shan't hunt humans." Afterwards, the world was broken into two — one side belonging to the demons while the other belonging to the humans. As per the agreement, as small number of humans were left behind in the Demon World to satisfy the demons need to eat humans. These humans were later kept in plantations known as Premium Farms or Factory Farms to be raised as livestock for the demons to consume. While there are hundreds of Factory Farms, which are for mass production of cheap meat for demon civilians, there are currently only four Premium Farms which produce high quality meat for wealthy and high ranking demons. As with all of the Premium Farms, the plantations at Grand Valley designed to make the children's brains develop as much as possible by providing the them with everything they need to be happy and comfortable with minimal stress. The children are served gourmet food, sleep in plush beds, and are even permitted to celebrate their birthdays and holidays such as Christmas. All of the humans at Grand Valley (both adults and children) are identified by a coding sequence that is comprised of a numbers on the left side of their necks. All of the children at Grand Valley wear the same uniform everyday which consists of a plain white long sleeved button-up shirt, a plain white skirt or pants, and brown boots. The children are left unaware of their fate and given the illusion they are being adopted when really they are being sent to be killed and fed to demons as a meal. Grand Valley, similar to every other plantation, was built in order to keep children as livestock for the demons to consume.

That familiar song of the hunt played through hidden speakers throughout Goldy Pond. It was always the same taunting melody that Oliver took as the demons reminding them of the neverending game of Cat and Mouse. Only when the music ended did Oliver rush out of the windmill, their cover for their base, to go find potential survivors. "Damn demons." Oliver hisses, the word spoken with a venomous tone. Only 5 kids he found survived the hunt. And with minor injury too.

It was on his way back to the windmill that he heard a cry of surprise echoing from the sky. His head turns just in time to catch a figure fall from the sky illusion above. They new person lands on a rooftop nearby, sending loose shingles down to the cobble street below. Oliver left Violet in charge of the shaken children to go investigate. A human wasn't as dangerous as a demon, so perhaps they were just as scared to be there as the shaken children sent there to die. It takes him a minute to reach them just to find them injured, armed, and dazed from blood loss. Oliver lets out a small gasp before leaning in front to them, eyes glued to the gun in their trembling hands. "I can help you. But only if you promise not to shoot."
