Gerard is scarily competent at her job, navigating the ruthless world of business with ease. She can run a conference room like the navy, and is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to matters concerning the company. She likes to keep people on their toes, never predictable. Despite her intimidating demeanor, she’s always quick with a kind word or a helping hand. She’s not ashamed of her nerdy interests, but usually doesn’t bring them up in the interest of keeping her professional work persona intact.

Technology Quirks: Types with her pointer fingers. Doesn’t understand what The Cloud is. Her emails are short and riddled with typos. Believes her work Iphone is haunted (”Why does it keep beeping at me?”). Has her secretary Linda print out any incoming reports. Cannot work a printer to save her life. Refuses to buy a smartphone, uses a flip phone instead. Refers to Google as The Net. No one can tell if she’s fucking with them or if she’s genuinely technologically inept.

Background: Born and raised in New Jersey, Gerard’s childhood was a lonely one. she found comfort in fiction, filling her free time with movies, comic books, and games. She’s always had a deep passion for the arts, and attended art school in new york. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming a comic book author. She started her company not long after graduating college, building it from the ground up into what it is today. Being a CEO was never what Gerard envisioned for herself, though she’d be lying if she said she didn’t love it. The company is like her child, her most beloved accomplishment. Her company is one that manufactures high quality but affordable art supplies. They occasionally host workshops and put pop-up galleries as well.

Appearance= Hair: Graying mousy brown, shoulder length. Height: 5’9” Face: Large hazel doe eyes, long eyelashes, thin lips, round cheeks, straight upturned nose, delicate and feminine features, crows feet, smile lines.
