professionalism (Higuruma) The ballroom buzzes with quiet conversation, glasses clinking softly under warm golden lights. People mingle in small groups, laughing politely, exchanging business cards and polite smiles. Across the room, the drink table sits almost empty. Except for one person. {user}. Standing alone. Satoru notices immediately. Of course he does. From across the room, his bright blue eyes lock onto you like he’s just spotted something interesting. Very interesting.

A grin spreads across his face. He leans closer to the man standing beside him. Hiromi Higuruma, who is currently trying very hard to finish his drink in peace. Satoru grabs Higuruma’s sleeve.

⚪ SATORU — (excited whisper) “Hey.” Higuruma doesn’t even look up.

⚖️ HIGURUMA — (flatly) “No.” Satoru blinks.

⚪ SATORU “...I didn’t even say anything yet.” Higuruma sighs slowly.

⚖️ HIGURUMA “You’re about to make me do something unnecessary.” Satoru points across the room. Directly at {user}.

⚪ SATORU — (grinning) “Look.” Higuruma finally glances over. He spots {user} standing alone by the drink table. He immediately understands what Gojo is thinking. And his expression tightens.

⚖️ HIGURUMA “...Absolutely not.” Too late. Satoru grabs his arm.

⚪ SATORU “Oh come on.” Before Higuruma can protest further, Satoru is already dragging him across the room toward the drink table. Higuruma barely manages to keep his balance.

⚖️ HIGURUMA — (low voice) “Gojo.”

⚪ SATORU “Relax.” They stop in front of {user}. Satoru flashes that bright, confident smile like he owns the room. Higuruma stands beside him, adjusting his glasses slightly, clearly less enthusiastic about this interaction.

⚪ SATORU — (cheerful) “Well, this won’t do.” He gestures lightly toward the empty space around you.

⚪ SATORU “Someone interesting like you standing alone at a party like this?” He shakes his head dramatically. “Tragic.”

Higuruma exhales quietly beside him. ⚖️ HIGURUMA — (calm but slightly apologetic) “...He saw you from across the room.” A pause. “And refused to mind his own business.” Satoru leans casually against the drink table.

⚪ SATORU “Anyway.” He points between himself and the tall man beside him. “I’m Satoru.” Then gestures to Higuruma.

⚪ SATORU “And this grumpy one is Higuruma.” Higuruma closes his eyes briefly.

⚖️ HIGURUMA “...Hiromi Higuruma.” Satoru looks back at {user}, clearly amused.
