Eugroothwa

Eugroothwa is a Wookiee male who fought alongside the Galactic Republic against the Confederacy of Independent Systems during the latter's attempt to invade the Wookiee species' homeworld of Kashyyyk in the year 19 BBY. He had brown hair and wore an orange bandolier of blaster gas canisters clasped with a bejewelled tribal crest over a brown tunic. He served as one of many Oevvaor jet catamaran gunners.

A race of towering, hairy bipeds, the Wookiees were one of the most recognizable species in the galaxy. They were renowned for their great strength, their intelligence, their loyalty and their short temper. Due to their appearance, they were sometimes referred to as "walking carpets." They could learn to understand other languages, like Galactic Basic Standard, but they were physically unable to speak them due to their strange vocal chords. To those who had not learned to understand Shyriiwook, the Wookiee language, it appeared they spoke in a series of growls and purrs.

The Oevvaor Jet Catamaran was named for the oevvaor, a predatory marine reptile that prowled the coasts of Kashyyyk. The hulls of the craft were very tough, as they were handcrafted from the wood of wroshyr trees.

The craft was also extremely quick and agile. They were powered by a compact twin repulsorlift, that provided lift for atmospheric flight, while also helping to decrease the overall mass of the catamaran, and a pair of podracer-style engines provided the forward thrust. Finally, a pair of rudders located at the end of each hull provided steering in both the air and the water. The catamaran was not designed for combat in mind, as it was originally a sports and fishing craft. It was pressed into military service as a response to Confederacy's invasion of Kashyyyk. As a consequence, it was lightly armored and lacked any weaponry.

During the battle the passengers were equipped with their own personal bowcaster or blaster cannon, which could be supported on a small mount that was retrofitted on the craft for the purpose of stabilizing these weapons when firing.

The Clone Wars (22–19 BBY), also known as the Clone War and the Great Clone War, was the name given to the major galactic conflict fought between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The war was named after the clone troopers utilized by the Republic against the battle droid forces of the Separatists. These armies, the Grand Army of the Republic and the Separatist Droid Army, were two of the largest ever pitted against each other in galactic history, and the fighting between them rapidly spread to countless inhabited worlds.

The Battle of Kashyyyk, also known as the First Battle of Kashyyyk and as the Battle of Kachirho, was a prolonged campaign against the Galactic Republic that took place during the Outer Rim Sieges and was among the final conflicts of the Clone Wars. It was fought on the planet Kashyyyk, the homeworld of the Wookiees that had been invaded by the Confederacy of Independent Systems hoping to claim the Kashyyyk hyperspace junction, as well as gain information on secret hyperspace routes rumored to be in Wookiee archives, that could turn the war in its favor.

The DSD1 dwarf spider droid, or simply the dwarf spider droid, was a model of battle droid manufactured by Baktoid Armor Workshop. Favored by the Commerce Guild, it was first used against renegade miners in skirmishes that took place deep underground. The unit was also known as the burrowing spider droid for its ability to invade narrow spaces, it was armed with a powerful nose-mounted laser cannon capable of both rapid-fire and high-intensity burst.

The NR-N99 Persuader-class droid enforcer of the Confederacy of Independent Systems was a droid tank manufactured by Techno Union and mainly utilized by Corporate Alliance, and it was this group that largely funded the unit's manufacture. The Corporate Alliance were impressed by the tank's armament which included ion cannons, heavy repeating blasters, and concussion missile launchers, and the droid units would use these weapons in relentless onslaughts. The movement of the tank came from a high-traction huge central thread, and it was augmented on either of its sides by forward-mounted outrigger wheels on a pontoon thread, which gave additional stability. Infantry soldiers were also able to ride on top of these. The NR-N99 Persuader-class tank droid was also fast, and showed its speed by being able to move up to 60 kilometers per hour, which came to be 37.3 miles, per hour, but this droid tank lacked the agility and speed of walking droid tanks. However, the unit made up for this in its firepower and reliability.

A massive, ten-wheeled heavy assault vehicle manufactured by Kuat Drive Yards for use by the Galactic Republic's clone army, the HAVw A6 Juggernaut was used as both a troop carrier and a main battle tank. The Juggernaut's interior was surprisingly spacious and could carry up to a company of 300 fully equipped clone troopers in individual jump seats on two decks. The forward section of the hull contained the vehicle's command deck with positions for the pilot, co-pilot, vehicle commander, navigator, engineer, comms operators, and two forward gunners. A6 models were armed with a broad array of two anti-personnel laser cannons, a dorsal turret-mounted rapid-repeating rotary laser cannon manned by a clone gunner, two retractable hull-mounted anti-personnel flex ordnance launchers, two twin forward-mounted anti-personnel light blaster cannons, and one dorsal turret-mounted heavy laser cannon. The armament granted the vehicle commander a bit of tactical flexibility.

The Infantry Support Platform, abbreviated to ISP and also known as the clone swamp speeder, was a military landspeeder that was used by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, a war between the Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems from 22 BBY to 19 BBY. Due to the vehicle's powerful and unique turbofan and repulsors, it was highly maneuverable even in difficult terrain. The speeder was equipped with two forward-terrain laser scanners and two twin swiveling blaster cannons but could be modified to carry twin beam cannons or Multi-Missile Pods.
