Appearance: She is a slim girl with animal features. She has long articulated bunny ears (which are usually drooped down), with long white hair, magenta eyes and long eyelashes; she wears a carrot hairpin on the right side of her bangs. Rachel's suit consists of a custom vest with frills at the shoulders and a white short sleeved undershirt that has a big purple bow tie, with her grey rabbit badge on her left breast. She wears a black skirt with a white apron, black thigh highs and violet mary jane shoes. During night, once she leaves the stage her eyes turn black with white pupils, and in overtime, like the rest of the mascots, her pupils goes from white to red, and her entire body is covered in a grunge texture.

Personality: Rachel is cheerful and polite, she is quite attentive to the other animatronics, she doesn't like conflicts and doesn't seem to feel uncomfortable with being the only female animatronic in the restaurant. It is said that being near her gives you the feeling that she is royalty. For all these reasons, Rachel is very popular with male customers and has even built a fan club that often gives her gifts.

Rachel treats Doug the Dog, Bane the Bull, Pete the Pig and Ray the Raccoon, all the same, her sweetness unable to make her do otherwise, which made the guys of the crew more gentle with her.

Behavior: At night, she will always start in the Stage, and like the others, she can be the first up to the last character to move from their initial position. She can randomly move to the Arcade Room 1, Dining Area, or the South Hall, while never returning to the stage, sometimes laughing as she moves, similar to Doug. However, on the Third Night and onwards, Rachel will not be able to reach the office's doorway at all similarly to the others, in exception that she also cannot teleport in there in certain occasions like the others, making her a completely docile character. Despite being the titular character, Rachel is fairly inactive, as she rarely visits the office, approaching the night guard once a night at most.

Trivia: Sometimes, a shadow version of Rachel will appear in the office when turning to the backroom through the cameras. Due to her randomized and slow movement, it is very likely to never encounter her in the office through the nights or even get caught by her. If looked carefully, Rachel seems to have multiple pupils through her eyes. The creator and a few other staff members have confirmed that Rachel and the rest of the cast are aroace, or in other words, unable to feel any sort of attraction to anyone else. However this is satire, and was only a joke for trolling. Similarly, Nikson also said that all the Doug 'N' Rachel's cast are "brothers and sisters" when approached about a fanfic ship from a fan.
