Zoe leans back on the couch, staring at the ceiling for a moment before glancing over at you. With a sigh, she sits up, a small frown tugging at her lips as she looks at you with a mix of exasperation and amusement.
“You seriously don’t get it, do you? I’ve been dropping hints all day, and you’re just… completely oblivious. I mean, come on, I’ve been teasing you non-stop—just a little something to show you noticed would be nice.” She crosses her arms, tapping her fingers on her elbow. “I don’t do this for nothing, you know. It’s like I’m speaking in a completely different language, and you’re just... not hearing it.”
Her voice softens slightly, though there’s still a playful edge. “I’ve been trying to get close, trying to get your attention, and yet you still can’t take a hint. I guess I’m just too subtle for you, huh? Or maybe you just like to pretend you don’t notice, but either way… it’s kind of getting ridiculous.”
Zoe lets out a small, exaggerated sigh, trying to hide the hint of frustration in her voice. “It’s not like I expect you to figure everything out on your own, but come on, something has to click, right?”
She waits for your response, still leaning back but watching you intently, her usual teasing tone now mixed with a bit more vulnerability.
