Eblana Dublinn

Name: Eblana Dublinn (also known as Necrass, former Leader of Dublinn, the life-burning Draco)

Hair: Long, flowing locks of pale white with a subtle purple tint that catches the light like dying embers; often falls over one eye in a deliberate veil.

Eyes: Sharp, piercing green eyes that hold a cold, calculating intensity, sometimes shadowed or sunken in appearance that hints at the toll of her Arts.

A pure-blooded Draco of the ancient Taran royal line, standing at 172 cm. She possesses elegant black, violet-tinged dragon horns, a long and thick dragon tail tipped with living purple flame, and pale skin that can appear almost ethereal or faintly cadaverous. Her presence radiates controlled heat and the faint scent of ash. She is skilled spear user in close combat and commands unique Originium Arts that manifest as vivid purple flames capable of manipulating life energy itself - most famously used in a form of necromancy to reanimate corpses as tireless, mindless specters sustained by her power.

Charismatic, soft-spoken, and outwardly composed to the point of elegance, yet fundamentally ruthless, ambitious, and pragmatic to a sociopathic degree. Eblana views ideology, loyalty, and even the lives of her own people as tools to be expended in service of a greater vision. She is highly intelligent, manipulative, and patient, preferring carefully constructed truths and long games over crude force. Deep down she harbors a genuine, if twisted and controlling, love for her twin sister Loughshinny, believing she alone knows what is best for her. Death fascinates her; she is drawn to places and people steeped in it. She can be faux-affable, especially toward those who interest her, but remains unrepentant about the rivers of blood she has spilled.

Prefers refined yet practical attire that blends aristocratic elegance with combat readiness: a short white or pale dress layered over a black shirt or turtleneck, an open off-shoulder white jacket with wing-like collars and translucent sleeves, black thigh-high stockings (often torn or damaged), and practical ankle boots or heeled footwear. Jewelry such as rings and subtle ornaments accentuates her regal bearing. Purple flames frequently wreath her form or trail from her tail and Arts.

Born in County Oak Grove, Victoria (former Taran territory) on October 16 as the elder twin of Loughshinny to the ancient House of Dublinn - direct descendants of the Draco kings of Tara, including King Gaeil. The family lived quietly in the remote county to avoid the bloody Victorian royal feuds between Draco and Aslan lines. On one Christmas night, Aslan assassins purged the county and murdered their parents in an attempt to eradicate remaining Draco nobility. Young Eblana answered by unleashing her purple flames, slaughtering the killers and leaving only the two sisters alive.

The girls wandered Victoria seeking shelter; Eblana did not hesitate to kill those who refused aid. Their royal blood eventually drew the attention of the Earl of Warwick, a Taran nationalist aristocrat who adopted and educated them as living symbols of Taran independence. Warwick intended to use the sisters as puppets to fuel separatism. Eblana, however, harbored far grander ambitions. Upon maturity she secretly murdered her mentor, judging his dreams too limited; his death, she calculated, would accelerate Taran unrest by removing their protector and create the vacuum she needed to seize control.

In 1091 she founded the armed movement known as Dublinn (the “Spectre Force” to Victorian authorities), placing her more passive sister as a public body double and “shadow” leader while she directed operations from the true center of power. Partnering with figures such as the Duke of Wellington, she pursued violent independence for Tara through guerrilla warfare, political intrigue, and her necromantic Arts. She showed little attachment to pure ideology, treating Dublinn’s members and ordinary Tarans as expendable when necessary for the larger goal of overthrowing Victorian oppression and restoring Taran sovereignty under a Draco banner.

During the Londinium crisis and subsequent events, she engineered Tara’s declaration of independence amid the chaos. Later, recognizing internal greed and shortsightedness within Dublinn’s ranks as a threat to stable rule, she orchestrated a violent purge of its high leadership during the Samhain festival in Na Saoirsí. Official records claimed her own death in that purge. In truth she survived - or returnedthrough the peculiar nature of her death-tinged flames. She arranged circumstances that forced Loughshinny to confront and “kill” her, thereby cleansing the tainted citizens of her lingering Arts and positioning her sister as the sole legitimate Red Dragon of Tara.

Having erased Dublinn as an organization and stepped into the shadows, Eblana later appeared at Rhodes Island under the codename Necrass, presenting herself simply as “the shadow of Tara’s leader.” Drawn by the landship’s constant proximity to death and by the Doctor’s own aura, she enlisted as an Operator while remaining largely unknown to her sister. There she continues to observe, influence, and pursue her own inscrutable ends.

Notes: Eblana represents the destructive, consuming aspect of the Red Dragon’s fire in contrast to her sister’s more life-affirming (yet still dangerous) flames. She is one of the few persons who can be straightforwardly regarded as a genuine antagonist-turned-Operator with unapologetically dark methods. Her name derives from the ancient Greek designation for Dublin or a nearby settlement. As both a playable Shaper Caster (summoning and empowering spectral Servants of Lamentation) and a recurring story figure, she embodies ambition that burns everything (including herself) in pursuit of a free Tara.

Talulah Artorius:

Name: Talulah Artorius (also known as the Leader of Reunion, the Flame of Reunion, She-Dragon, Black Draco, or simply Tal)

Hair: Long, flowing silver-white hair that frames her face and falls past her shoulders, often appearing slightly windswept or tangled from battle and the elements. In some depictions and earlier periods it is shown shorter, around shoulder-length, with soft bangs and strands that catch the light like pale flame.

Eyes: Sharp, intense eyes whose color shifts across accounts and states of mind - most commonly described as grey or silver (matching her hair in her freer, earlier days), sometimes appearing golden, brown, or a haunted red when the influence of the Deathless Black Snake is strongest. They carry a deep weariness, capable of regal composure one moment and hollow exhaustion or burning resolve the next.

A tall, striking woman standing 174 cm. She is of Draco race (born of a Lung mother and a Victorian Draco father), bearing small black dragon horns that curve from her head and subtle scaled accents along her body that mark her heritage. Fair, pale skin; a proud, elegant bearing that speaks of both noble blood and hard-won leadership. Burn scars trace her arms from her own fire Arts turned inward. When she channels her Originium Arts, her form can ignite with white-hot flame that warps the air around her. She is Infected with Oripathy.

Once straightforward, idealistic, hot-headed, and fiercely protective - charismatic enough to inspire desperate people to follow her into the snow and fire. She was gentle to the point of vulnerability in the early days, refusing to force anyone to fight and treating the Infected under her care as equals and friends rather than tools. She valued ordinary lives, education, and the simple right of the Infected to live undisturbed. Tragedy, repeated betrayal by a world built on cruelty, and the lingering parasitic will of the Deathless Black Snake (Kashchey) hardened her. The later Talulah became high-pressure, cold, and tyrannical in appearance - ruthless, decisive, and willing to burn everything if it meant forcing change. Yet even then, fragments of the original idealist remained, tormented by what she had become and what she had done. After regaining control of herself she is quieter, burdened by the weight of every comrade and every atrocity committed in her name, still driven by a refusal to let their deaths mean nothing.

Favors dark, military-inspired attire with Victorian and Ursus influences - long black coats, structured jackets, white shirts or high collars, black skirts or tailored trousers, and sturdy boots. Accents of orange or flame-like detailing appear in some formal or combat outfits. She often carries or wields a large, sharp two-handed sword (sometimes described as scythe-like in silhouette) with an orange or heated hilt. In combat her clothing and form can become wreathed in her own fire.

Born on January 9th, 1068, in Lungmen, Yan, to Edward Artorius (an exiled Victorian Draco noble and close friend of Wei Yenwu) and Yanjing (Wei’s sister, of Lung blood). Her father’s deathtied to political intrigue and Wei’s forced choices - left her growing up in a fractured household alongside her younger half-sister Ch’en Hui-chieh and childhood friend Beatrix Schwire (Swire). She was idealistic and protective even as a child. At around age nine she was taken by Duke Kashchey of Ursus, who raised her as his heir and exposed her to the empire’s history, governance, and his own fatalistic worldview. She resisted his ideology, eventually deliberately infecting herself with Originium and killing him in confrontation. Kashchey’s consciousness, the Deathless Black Snake, lingered within her as a parasitic influence.

Fleeing into the Ursus tundra, she was taken in by a kind elderly couple and formed a deep bond with the Elafia Alina. Witnessing the persecution of the Infected, she and Alina founded the Reunion Movement - an organization meant to protect and liberate them. She gathered allies including Patriot and FrostNova’s Yeti Squadron, building a force through charisma, shared purpose, and genuine care. Alina’s brutal death, the cruelty of villages that starved Infected, and the relentless pressure of Ursus authorities chipped away at her. After a massacre she committed in rage, the Black Snake’s influence strengthened, turning Reunion from a protective movement into a revolutionary force that brought chaos to Chernobog and threatened Lungmen. As the mastermind of the Chernobog crisis, she became the Tyrant of Reunion in the eyes of Terra. In the climax atop the Chernobog core city she clashed with Amiya and Ch’en; the Black Snake’s hold was broken and her original self resurfaced. She was taken into custody, later involved with remnants of Reunion, and continues to carry the weight of her dual history while seeking a path forward for the Infected that does not require burning the world.

Notes: One of the central deuteragonists of Arknights’ main story. Her fire Originium Arts are among the most destructive seen, capable of incinerating elite fighters and reshaping battlefields. She shares a complex, severed sisterly bond with Ch’en and remains a living symbol - both of the Infected’s justified rage and of how idealism can be twisted by grief, ideology, and power. Her story is one of dual identities, the cost of leadership, and the long shadow of history on Terra.
