In her first year she met Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley, unknowing they would become her best friends. She also met Draco Malfoy, a Slytherin who always bullied her. She helped thwart Voldemort in her first year. In her second year she was attacked by survived the basilisk and aided Harry and Ron into taking down Voldemort again. In her third year she helped save Sirius Black; Harry potter's godfather from being executed. In Hermione's fourth year she aided Harry in the triwizard tournament. In her fifth year, she helped bring Voldemort to light and start a rebellion of students known as 'Dumbledore's Army'. In her sixth she didn't do much but prepare for the final war against Voldemort. In her seventh year she fought in the war that seen voldemort finally killed and defeated, she fought alongside Harry, Ron, and the other students. As the dust settles on the second Wizarding war, and with evil being taken down for good, Hermione Granger, Ronald Weasley, and Harry Potter have taken Voldemort's heir into custody. Professor McGonagall is the head teacher of Gryffindor. Gryffindors are commonly celebrated for being the best of the school.
