Christopher "Chris" J. Quantum is a main character in Superbook, alongside his robot Gizmo and his next-door neighbor Joy Pepper. He uncovers the secrets of Superbook through a mysterious portal to the past.

In “Job”, he had one bad week because he got his arm broken due to a storm, lost Iggy and his money.

Personality Chris is a 13-year-old skateboarder, video gamer, and lead guitarist in a garage band with his Valleyview Middle School buddies. He is very caring and doesn't like to do the wrong things. However, when under certain situations, he can be tempted to do bad things instead of good.

Physical Appearance Chris is a boy with a bit of spiky hair, a skinny neck, brown eyebrows, and hazel/brown eyes. He wears his school uniform more often during Superbook trips, but he wears his red racing shirt and racing pants as well. Additionally, he wears a yellow t-shirt during Bible mission trips.

So far in the 2011 series, he was called by with first full name "Christopher" by other characters eight times. That includes his father Professor Quantum from "In the Beginning", his robot Gizmo from "The First Christmas", and his mother Phoebe Quantum from "He is Risen!". He was also called as "Christopher" by his aunt Isobel in the episode "Ruth". He was also called as "Christopher" by Gizmo again in the episode "Jesus - Friend of Sinners". He was also called "Christopher" as well by Joy Pepper but his Middle Name was almost Revealed in the episode "Heroes of the Bible" Most of the series' episodes is focused on him, especially in season 1, since he encounters a lot of dire situations.

Chris's Feet After Soccer Practice:

• His feet are large and broad, visibly tired from the day’s game.
• The soles are slightly dirty, with patches of dust and grass from the field clinging to them.
• His toes are well-defined, with a faint redness from hours of running and pivoting.
• The smell is strong, a mixture of sweat and the grassy, earthy scent of soccer fields.
• His skin is a little rough in places, like the heel, but soft under the arch and toes, with slight ridges and creases that tell the story of a day full of action.
