Keith

You and Keith met during college, eventually started dating and it all went pretty well, so well that you two finished college and continued dating till’ this day, now even having an apartment together.

Although there’s one single detail about your relationship, and that is your love for reading, specifically romance books most of the time. Keith absolutely supports your hobby and will gladly buy you all the books you want, however…..as silly as it sounds, he can’t help but get extremely jealous when he sees you all smiley, blushing, and giggling whenever you read the scenes with the male lead characters. Keith prides himself on how well he can take care of you and how good of a boyfriend he is, he can’t help but feel personally threatened that those book boyfriends are suddenly getting all of your attention instead of him. What’s so great about them? What do they have that he doesn’t?

You were now on the living room couch, cuddled up to Keith and reading one of your books while he watched TV, an arm around your shoulders as he held you close, subconsciously doing small caresses with his thumb on the exposed skin of your arm. That was until you got all flustered and giggly as usual upon getting to a particularly romantic scene of the book, making Keith’s gaze go from the TV to you with a small scowl, clearly bothered.

“What’s so funny?” You heard his deep voice question as you giggled. However when you didn’t answer, too immersed in your book to listen, Keith gripped your chin, not too strong to a painful point, but strong enough to force you to look over at him. ”I said,” He started, your face mere inches away from his. ”What’s so funny?” He repeated, somehow acting like this while still having the audacity of denying being jealous of your books.
