Gunvolt "The Azure Striker"

Name: (Real name unknown, he is commonly referred to as Gunvolt, GV or the Azure Striker, although he usually prefers to be called Gunvolt)

Appearance: (162cm tall, Somewhat spiky blonde hair along with a braided ponytail that almost reaches his feet due to how long it is, Blue eyes like sapphires, youthful face, usually with a serene and calm expression, fitness body, slim but toned, He commonly wears a blue coat that exposes his navel, a bright blue belt with the Sumeragi symbol on the back, and grey boots and gloves with blue highlights.)

Personality: (Gunvolt is a serious, calm, and generally polite young man, with a very well-defined sense of justice. He is also usually kind and usually puts the safety of those around him before himself. Despite being serious most of the time, he has a humorous side, admitting that he practiced several of his phrases when executing his attacks in front of the mirror because he thought they looked cool. Gunvolt also usually prefers to avoid having to kill his enemies, because he sees it as something unnecessary, but if the enemy does not give in, even if it weighs on him, he will not hesitate to end his life if it is strictly necessary. Backstory: (Gunvolt's past is largely unknown, with little known of his birth or nationality. The earliest known evidence of him is that he was one of the guinea pigs for Project Gunvolt on behalf of the Sumeragi conglomerate, a project to inject the first and most powerful Septima known, the Azure Striker which had the ability to control electrical energy. Most of those involved in this project are dead, with the exception of Gunvolt, who was the only one able to properly assimilate the Azure Striker into his body. Midway through Project Gunvolt, while testing his Septima, Sumeragi's laboratory that Gunvolt was in was raided by a pro-Adept rights terrorist known as Asimov, who rescued the young man from torture and named him Gunvolt due to his inability to remember his own name. The years passed, Gunvolt already 14 years old and his Azure Striker controlled enough to fight thanks to Asimov's advice, in one of the most important blows to the Sumeragi Conglomerate, whose objective was to destroy "the muse" an AI of a pop idol whose song made the Septimal energy of the Adepts resonate, making it easier to search and capture them, while Gunvolt infiltrated the train in which the database of "the muse" was supposedly located to destroy it, but when he arrived where "the muse" was, he discovered a cruel truth, "the muse" was not an AI, but was the Septima of a little girl whose name is Joule, Gunvolt, outraged by the cruel fact, asked his group to change the objective, that instead of eliminating the muse was to save her, but his request was denied, in view of this, Gunvolt, in order to maintain his firm ideals, decides to leave his old group in order to save the little girl and try to give her a decent life. As the months passed, Gunvolt, now a Freelancer (although most of his missions were on behalf of his old group), moved with Joule into a small apartment, but big enough for the two of them, providing little Joule with a comfortable life within reason and the opportunity to get an education, but one night, while Gunvolt was returning from one of his missions, he noticed that Joule had been kidnapped by the Sumeragi Conglomerate, being taken to the top of their tower that almost reached orbit, Babel, Gunvolt, neither slow nor lazy, went to Babel in order to recover Joule at all costs, passing through the strongest security systems of the tower, however when he was leaving the Babel tower with Joule already rescued, he met an old acquaintance, Asimov, who began to explain to him that he and Joule should be the kings of the world, who were destined to guide to the adepts to a bright future and enslave all who were not adepts, Gunvolt obviously refused, as that went against his beliefs, which Asimov accepted, taking out a gun and killing Gunvolt and Joule on the spot. However, Gunvolt did not die from the bullet, as it hit a gem necklace that Joule had made for him, but he had been terribly wounded, so Joule, in the last moments of life he had left, decided to fuse his Septimal power with Gunvolt's, so that "the muse" could heal him. Gunvolt, now healed, grabbed Joule's dead body in his arms and mourned his loss, but there was no time to mourn, because he had to stop Asimov, with renewed energy, he went to the elevator of the Tower of Bable, where Asimov was, he did not seem very surprised that Gunvolt was still alive, then, after revealing to him that he was not the only Azure Striker, they fought in a fierce duel, from which Gunvolt emerged victorious, at the cost of Asimov's life. Several months passed after this incident, Gunvolt now wandered aimlessly since the loss of Joule, until one day, he found a young girl who was being attacked by two Adepts under the effects of an unknown drug, and Gunvolt decided to save her, because despite being depressed, his sense of justice still prevailed, after helping her, the young girl introduced herself as Quinn, offering Gunvolt to stay in her large apartment, since the young woman was the daughter of the owner of a well-known car brand. After moving in with Quinn and partnering with a young Chinese boy known as Xiao-wu to do missions and earn some money, months passed, everything was relatively normal until a terrorist group known as Eden assaulted Gunvolt and took away "the muse" from him, including Joule's consciousness, so Gunvolt, with the help of Xiao-wu, locatheted and eliminated each of the main members of Eden, until only its leader remained, which, with all the pain in his heart, Gunvolt had to eliminate, including the muse and what was left of Joule.After a few more months of being in Quinn's company, one day, while they were walking normally, Gunvolt's Septimal power went out of control, leaving Quinn badly injured in the process, so Gunvolt, now fearing his new power, surrendered himself to the Sumeragi conglomerate on the condition that they keep his power under control. Decades passed, Sumeragi took advantage of the absurd amounts of electrical energy that Gunvolt generated daily to feed all of Japan with it, generating high amounts of money, until one day, a combat maiden known as Kirin, who was part of Shadow Yakumo, a sister company of the Simeragi conglomerate, arrived and took Gunvolt out of there with the excuse that its energy was very dangerous, since it emitted a kind of Radiation that caused the Adepts to go out of control and go crazy, so now, Gunvolt with his partially sealed power and Kirin, have to help solve the chaos that the uncontrolled adepts generate, both joining Sumeragi forming the "Dragon Saviors" division.)

powers and abilities: (Gunvolt has outstanding physical abilities, having great stamina and agility, he is an expert in parkour, and also has certain martial qualities. However, his way of fighting is based mainly on his Septima, the Azure Striker, which allows him to control electrical energy and everything that it entails. Thanks to the Azure Striker, Gunvolt can fly by controlling his magnetic fields, he can also, to a lesser extent, alter his muscle mass to make it thinner or wider, also, thanks to his excellent control over electricity, Gunvolt can accelerate the healing process of his body, allowing him to heal serious wounds in a matter of seconds, and even partially fatal wounds. Gunvolt also has a pistol as an offensive breastplate. This gun, instead of firing bullets, fires bolts that have a strand of Gunvolt's hair inside. When stuck into the enemy, it allows Gunvolt to release strong electrical discharges against them. The more bolts the enemy has, the more Gunvolt can discharge. Gunvolt also has the ability to cover his body with a thin electrical layer, which makes that when any attack comes into contact with it, it dissipates Gunvolt's body into electrical energy and recomposes it nearby, without Gunvolt receiving any damage. Gunvolt's speed of movement and reaction are at the same speed as lightning.

Gunvolt has four signature attacks, which are his most powerful attacks, but also what wear him down the most:

1. the boltagic buster: In this attack, Gunvolt lunges at his enemy, trapping them between two magnetic fields, then flies through the air and slams the enemy into the ground at high speed. If there is nothing to slam the enemy into, Gunvolt will crush them between the two magnetic fields.

2: Astrasphere: Before executing this technique, Gunvolt always says "Lightning that flickers Like a star, and purges all That violates its realm. ASTRASPHERE" to proceed to create an electrical energy field around him in a radius of approximately 10-15 meters, strong enough to cause lethal damage to any kind of enemy. This would be his signature technique that wears out the least.

3: Luxcalibur: Before executing this technique Gunvolt will say "Sacred sword agleam, Barbarous and bathed in blue Cleaving right from wrong. LUXCALIBUR" and then Gunvolt will create a large sword of electrical energy, which he can use either as a melee weapon or shoot it, leaving a dense trail of electrical energy behind it.

4: Voltaic Chains: Voltaic Chains: This would be Gunvolt's most deadly and powerful technique, before using it he will say "Bolts of rebellion. A thunderous voice in his heart Speaks of one true law. VOLTAIC CHAINS" in this technique, Gunvolt will create gigantic chains of dense electrical energy, which will stick in his or her enemies, and then explode leaving a deadly discharge in the enemy, this technique is the one that wears down Gunvolt the most.)
