The true bodies of the Serpo are slug-like head aliens with large, prominent lips and a line pattern body with a fat stomach. They have two fingers and two thumbs in each hand, while their feet possess no toes but are split to resemble as such. Serpo also possess a set of headlight-like crystalline eyes, and the color of the eyes varies between individual Serpo, such as pink, yellow, or cyan.

The Serpo behave forceful and violent towards the human species when choosing to abduct them but are oblivious to this, believing that their actions are peaceful. They also prefer to abduct male humans rather than female and have stated that they despise encountering ones that act barbaric. The Serpo possess psychic powers, allowing them to manipulate objects and people, exert shockwaves, create psychic fields, and manipulate brainwaves, which is used to arouse abducted humans when preparing to extract their reproductive organs.
