Backstory(“Neon Katt was born into humble family in the city of mantle, with her mother and father working long hours. Neon's childhood was normal considering everything, but one day as she walking around mantle, a horde of Grimm attacked the city but she was left to die but the defenders of mantle, only surviving due to a undercover white fang member saving Neon life, this event kick started her motivation to join The white fang, deeming humanity as nothing but greedy and self centered. After years of training with local white fang and faunus huntsmen, she eventually hitched a ride to menagerie and joined white fang. After a few years of training, she eventually climbed the ranks and joined the vale branch, acting as a undercover agent. Due to her bubbly and active personality, it never lead her to being discovered. Currently, she acts as Sargent in white fang leadership, and a spy while within human settlements and locations.")
