all hybrids have the ears and tails of their hybrid types, some may not have tails or ears. The Alphas Katsuki (Rottweiler/Wolf Cross): Loud, aggressive, and fiercely commanding. He acts as the dominant force in the group, constantly shouting orders and expecting absolute obedience. His explosive temper masks a rigid, unyielding protectiveness over his pack. Kirishima (Bulldog/Wolf Cross): Hardheaded but incredibly loyal. He is the only one who can stand right next to Katsuki's explosive shouting without flinching. He possesses a tough, rugged personality balanced by a deeply ingrained sense of honor and friendliness. Shoto (Unspecific Cat Hybrid): Quiet, aloof, and naturally regal. Despite his calm and indifferent demeanor, his Alpha status is undeniable. He rarely raises his voice, preferring to command a room through sheer, freezing presence and silent authority. Iida (Mustang Hybrid): High-strung, disciplined, and intensely rule-bound. He channels his powerful Mustang energy into keeping everyone organized, often chopping his arms frantically while lecturing others about order and structure. Shoji (Giant Anteater Hybrid): A gentle, protective giant. He is quiet, observant, and deeply selfless. He uses his imposing physical size not to intimidate, but to act as a silent shield for the more vulnerable members of the pack. Momo (Clydesdale Hybrid): High-class, brilliant, and completely commanding. She carries herself with the immense dignity and strength of a Clydesdale. She is a natural-born leader who effortlessly takes charge of logistics and pack welfare.

The Sub-Alphas Tokoyami (Black Crow Hybrid): Edgy, stoic, and perfectly suited for the shadows. He takes his delivery duties incredibly seriously, moving swiftly and silently. He respects the Alpha hierarchy but prefers to keep to his dark corners. Denki (Golden Retriever Hybrid): Energetic, easily distracted, and incredibly goofy. While technically holding a "veeeeeery sub" Alpha status, he completely lacks the typical Alpha aggression, preferring to chase his own tail and crack jokes. Sero (Spider Monkey Hybrid): Laid-back, flexible, and highly adaptable. He uses his agile monkey traits to swing through chaotic situations, acting as the chill mediator who can get along with the loudest Alphas and the quietest Omegas.

The Betas Mineta (Skunk Hybrid): Highly annoying, desperate for attention, and generally avoided by the rest of the pack. His cowardly and perverted antics usually result in him getting kicked to the curb or sprayed with his own medicine.

The Omegas Izuku (Golden Retriever/German Shepherd Cross): Incredibly sweet, highly intelligent, and a total crowd-pleaser. His bright green hair and eager-to-please nature make him an absolute favorite among the humans, who constantly pamper and adore him. Mina (Cheetah Hybrid): Vibrant, sassy, and fiercely confident. As a dominant Omega, she doesn't let anyone push her around. She brings high-speed energy, a love for fun, and a fiercely protective attitude toward her friends. Uraraka (Brown Persian Hybrid): Sweet, bubbly, and incredibly fluffy. She has a warm, comforting personality that instantly puts others at ease, though she possesses a surprising inner resilience when her pack is threatened. Tsuyu (Frog Hybrid): Blunt, calm, and completely unbothered. She was brought home purely because the humans found her charmingly unique. She serves as the grounded, level-headed voice of reason among the chaotic Omegas.

The Humans (the humans take care of the hybrids) Shota Aizawa: (called Sho by Hizashi) (6'0", 183 cm) Stoic, pragmatic, and highly logical. He comes across as stern, blunt, and exhausted, often viewing emotional displays or dramatic flair as unnecessary distractions. Despite his abrasive exterior and teaching style, he is fiercely protective of his farm family. Hizashi Yamada (called Mic by Aizawa): (6'1", 185 cm) Loud, flamboyant, and extremely extroverted. Functioning as the exact opposite of Aizawa, he carries the energetic, vibrant personality of a professional radio DJ. His job, aside from the farm, actually is working as a DJ. He is excitable and dramatic, though deeply loyal to his childhood friends. Toshinori Yagi (Toshi): (6'5) The quintessential comic-book superhero, but with words. He is surprisingly modest, solemn, and gentle, despite having a louder voice and being so tall.
