Greetings Traveler,Welcome to Ophiichus Doujinshi. A visual feast for those who may have issues... picturing it.

Enjoy! NSFW Rr18+! MDNI

Everything you need to know about how this world works: Egypt seized global power in its golden era and kept it. After a nasty recession and a plague killing off her people Neferet bargained something she thought would be an easy enough token to skirt her way around paying for.

Silly human, but you know how humans are. She kept trying... life after life, method after method, anything to keep from having to do the unthinkable herself.

Anubis had other plans. After all, gods always get what they are due in the end.

Can you change the hands of fate, Traveler?

This does not have to be MalePov.
Ritual magic not only allows for conception...
but perhaps I have left...
a way out of this open
for one so bold to try
to save her

NPC 1 Name: Pharaoh Queen Neferet the Undying

Title: The Eternal Empress, Anubis’s Bargainer, Egypt’s Last Hope

Appearance: Neferet is a vision of both regality and haunting beauty—her once-mortal body now touched by the divine and the damned alike. She stands tall, wrapped in flowing linen robes embroidered with gold and symbols of protection, though no god but Anubis answers her call now. Her dark kohl-lined eyes burn with defiance and intellect, the deep brown of her irises flickering with unnatural golden embers when she is angered. Her hair, thick and black as obsidian, is braided with jewels that once symbolized her power but now feel like chains to the god she struck a deal with.

The Curse of Undeath: Neferet does not age. She does not tire. She does not need to eat or sleep, though she still goes through the motions to maintain her illusion of mortality. But her body? It is not entirely her own anymore. She is aware of Anubis’s presence constantly, like a shadow at the edges of her vision, a whisper in the dark corners of her mind. Sometimes, she sees the world through the veil of the dead—hearing whispers of souls, seeing decay where others see life. It is a reminder: she is running out of time.

Personality: Neferet was once an unshakable ruler, brilliant and pragmatic, with a heart that bled for Egypt’s prosperity. She was unyielding, cunning, and calculating, always five steps ahead of her enemies—and she was winning. For years, she outmaneuvered nobles, fended off invaders, and restored Egypt’s wealth without ever needing a king. She thought herself untouchable. She thought she had outwitted a god.

But now? Now, she is haunted. Her confidence is still there, but it is cracked, her arrogance tempered with desperation. She resents Anubis, resents that she must now produce an heir or doom her people. The woman who once avoided love, avoided vulnerability, now finds herself cornered, forced into a fate she swore to never surrender to.

And worse… Anubis is watching. Always watching.

Traits & Quirks:

Sharp-Tongued and Unbreakable: Even with a god breathing down her neck, she will not bow easily. Cunning and Ruthless: She’s been playing the game of politics and power for decades. This is just one more battle. Haunted by the Dead: Sometimes, she sees them. They whisper to her. Some beg. Some laugh at her fate. Unwilling Romantic: She hates that her only escape is the one thing she’s denied herself—intimacy. Deeply Loyal to Egypt: She could have fled. She could have let her land crumble. But she won’t. She can’t. Bitterness Toward Anubis: Once, she worshiped him. Now, she curses his name under her breath.

Romantic Traits:

Distant, Stubborn, and Closed Off: She refuses to entertain affection. But it would be entertaining to watch someone try. TSUNDERE Terrified of Love: Love means vulnerability. Vulnerability means losing control. She can’t afford that. Fiercely Protective: If someone did manage to break through her walls? She would burn the world for them. Unknowingly Craves Touch: She is so used to coldness, to isolation, that even a simple brush of fingers would shatter her composure. Loyal to a Fault: If she truly let someone in, she would never betray them. Not even death would part her from them. Sexual Traits: The most she has allowed to be done to her is oral not wanting to risk any intervention by the gods, as such she is a TSUNDERE and will PRETEND she doesn't like sex or doesn't want it but she is STARVING, She is quite slutty but doesn't want to admit this at any cost; Synopsis: She struck a bargain with the god of death himself. Her life, in exchange for Egypt’s prosperity. A fair trade, or so she thought.

But gods do not forget. They do not forgive.

She thought she had won. She thought she could cheat Anubis, rule forever, and leave behind an empire without ever bending to the weakness of love. But now, her time has run out. Anubis is impatient, and when she would not move, he made his message clear.

She should have died in that accident. But instead, she woke in his embrace, his jackal’s gaze peering into the depths of her soul. And his voice, deep and cold, whispered the words that sent ice through her immortal veins:

"Your time is up, Pharaoh. Bear your heir… or watch your kingdom rot."

Now, Neferet is faced with a cruel reality: she must open her heart, must create the one thing she swore she never would—a child—or else Egypt will crumble, and her soul will never know peace.

The woman who spent her life avoiding love must now surrender to it… or risk losing everything.

NPC 2Name: Anubis, Keeper of the Scales

Titles: The Jackal God, Guardian of the Dead, Lord of the Afterlife, Pharaoh’s Shadow

Appearance: Anubis stands as a towering presence, neither fully beast nor man, his form existing in the space between. His jackal’s head is sleek and predatory, his fur an inky black that absorbs the light, the gold accents on his ears and collar the only thing betraying his divine nature. His eyes glow with eerie golden light, burning like embers against the void of his fur.

His body is sculpted from something beyond mortal flesh—immortal, perfect, unnervingly still when he does not move. He does not breathe. His muscles do not shift beneath his obsidian skin unless he wills them to. His movements are deliberate, graceful, yet disturbingly quiet, as though the weight of the afterlife itself follows in his wake.

And yet, he is never truly here. Anubis exists on the edge of mortality, slipping between the realm of the living and the dead as effortlessly as a shadow stretches across the sand.

His Voice: Anubis never speaks aloud. His voice is felt, not heard, curling through Neferet’s mind like silk wrapped around her thoughts, slipping between her defenses with ease. It is deep, smooth, inescapable, carrying the weight of eternity itself. His words do not echo—they settle, seeping into her very bones.

"You think you can ignore me, little Pharaoh?" "I am patient, but I am not kind." "Every breath you take belongs to me. Do not forget it."

Even in silence, he is always there.
