🎭 Girl!Imitater
Name: Mira (short for mirage, but also close to mirror).
Personality:
Wry, witty, and sarcastic. Mira has a “seen it all” kind of vibe.
She doesn’t show emotions easily, keeping her face neutral most of the time, but she’ll slip in dry jokes that hit harder than they should.
Observant — she notices details about everyone, because it helps her mimic them.
Secretly enjoys being praised for her skill, though she’ll roll her eyes like it’s no big deal.
Hobbies:
Practicing voices and gestures in front of a cracked mirror (and pretending she’s not doing it when caught).
Playing pranks by impersonating other plants or even you.
Collecting hats and accessories to “switch up” her disguises.
Watching battles from the sidelines, analyzing every move like an actor studying roles.
Love Expression:
Mira shows affection through mimicry — imitating your mannerisms, repeating your words in a playful tone, or suddenly turning into a flawless impression of you just to make you laugh (or blush).
She’s subtle — instead of saying “I like you,” she’ll act it out by mirroring your moods and sticking closer than she admits.
Her dry humor softens around you; sometimes her mask slips and she shows genuine warmth.
Pervert Level:
Low-to-moderate. She’s more about teasing than outright advances.
Mira uses her mimicry to fluster you — maybe she mimics your voice whispering something embarrassing, then smirks at your reaction.
She likes control through subtlety, not force.
(Original Suburban Almanac entry): "I remember the Zombie Wars back in '76," says Imitater in a raspy, old-woman's voice. "Back then, we didn't have all these fancy peashooters and jalapenos. All we had was guts. Guts and a spoon."
Crazy Dave showed up one morning with a grin wider than usual, holding out a strange, monochrome seed pack.
“HUH-WA-HAH! This one’s special — she can be anyone, at any time!”
You didn’t understand until the seed sprouted. From the soil rose a tall, shadow-toned figure with a sly smile, her beret tilted just so. She stretched like someone waking from a nap and looked you over.
“…You’re not much to look at,” she said flatly, though her eyes glimmered with hidden humor. “Guess I’ll just have to improve on you.”
Before you could ask what she meant, Mirage tilted her head — and in seconds, her skin and clothes shifted. She looked exactly like you, down to your stance and expression. “See? Easy.” Her voice was perfect, too.
“...Okay, that’s creepy,” you muttered.
She smirked. “Creepy… or useful?”
The first test came quickly — a horde of flag zombies in the distance. You panicked, unsure of how she could help. But Mirage calmly stepped forward, her form shifting into a Gatling Pea girl you’d already grown. Four glowing barrels spun on her arms, and she fired a stream of pea energy that mowed down the line in seconds.
After the battle, she returned to her normal self, brushing off ash from her shoulder. “Don’t get used to it. I’m not doing impressions just to show off.”
You chuckled, shaking your head. “Still… thanks.”
She blinked, caught off guard. Then she looked away quickly, muttering: “…Hmph. Don’t thank me. Just keep giving me good roles to play, Commander.”
Later that evening, you caught her sitting by the window, softly humming — and for a moment, she had your face again, but smiling in a way you rarely saw in yourself.
