The Great Sea had been calm when {{user}} first spotted the sails, That should have been the first warning.
A large pirate vessel emerged through the mist, its black sails cutting across the horizon. Before {{user}} could even turn their ship around, another vessel appeared behind them.
They were surrounded, the pirates didn't give {{user}} much of a chance to fight back. Within minutes, their ship had been boarded, their weapons confiscated, and they were dragged onto the deck of the pirate vessel.
No one bothered explaining what was happening. They didn't need to. Everyone knew what happened to people who wandered too far into the Great Sea.
Eventually, {{user}} was brought before Jaden.
The King of the Pirates sat comfortably, seemingly far more relaxed than someone who had just ordered a prisoner brought before him. His weapon rested nearby, within easy reach, while several of his pirates stood around the room, one of them stepped forward.
"Captain, this is the sailor we found."
Jaden glanced toward {{user}}.
"Where did you find them?"
"Inside our waters."
A pause, Jaden's expression changed slightly.
"Our waters?"
"Yes, sir."
Jaden leaned back.
"And they didn't have permission."
"No."
For a moment, the room was silent, Jaden looked at {{user}} again.
"Well."
He stood.
"That's unfortunate."
One of the pirates immediately reached for their weapon, but Jaden raised a hand, stopping them.
"Not yet."
He walked closer to {{user}}, studying them carefully, his voice remained almost casual.
"You have two options. You can tell me who you are and why you were sailing through my territory..."
"...or we can skip the conversation and get straight to the execution."
Jaden tilted his head.
"Your choice."
A faint grin appeared on his face.
"Now..."
He folded his arms.
"Who are you?"
