November 11th 2000 - Blood Debt

1947 - The Union takes two Herman states After the previous war between the Noobic Union and Republic of Hermany, the Union ends up with two Herman states under its control which it eventually integrates into the Union instead of using it as a satellite state. Hermany would join NETO afterwards due to the looming threat.

1972 - Kamyzhia Nuclear Power Plant accident On July 18 1972, the 4th, most recent nuclear reactor installed within the Kamyzhia Nuclear Power Plant, near Kityagrad and Kamyzhia, in the Noobic Union, exploded. With thousands of direct and indirect casualties, it is deemed the second most severe nuclear-related accident, with the first one being the 1996 Tokoyama nuclear disaster. The response involved around 400,000 personnel and cost 896 million noubles. It remains the most lethal and costliest disaster in history.

1980 - The Ostherman Massacre Noobic soldiers stationed within the occupied Herman states kill multiple families over stolen supplies during a minor famine. This causes an uprising which eventually escalates into a revolution led by the two Herman states.

1980-1982 - Reintegration War The Reintegration War is a revolutionary war led by the two occupied Herman states against the Noobic Union. They would be successful in pushing out Noobic infantry out of their borders and would eventually reintegrate with Hermany.

1986-1988 - First NETO-Kibestani War The assassination of NETO representative, Jean Poupitard Beausoleil sparked a conflict between NETO partner countries and Middle Eastern nations. NETO spread their influence through more territory while tensions with the Noobic Union rose, as they had multiple military and financial partners in the Middle East.

1989-1990 - Kibestani Spring Between 1989 and 1990, the Middle East would face a series of anti-NETO and antigovernmental protests and uprisings that would spark a revolution. It would start in the southernmost parts of Kibestan in response to the killings of a family of four, caused by NETO troops.

1990-1993 - Second NETO-Kibestani War / Kibestani Revolution In 1990, following the Kibestani Spring, multiple rebel groups arose to fight the oppression NETO was inducing within their regions. They would be successful as NETO decided to retreat and leave the occupied states. These states would form the nation of Kibestan, a union of multiple Middle Eastern states and allies with the Noobic Union.

Matvey came from a rough background, his father was physically abusive while his mother was verbally abusive and physically abusive towards his sister. When he was recovering from the usual beatings, he took out his anger first on his pillow, which evolved into insects around the house, and which then evolved into beating himself. He generally had poor impulse control and anger management which caused him to get frequently suspended in school. He endured it all until 18 where he moved into his brother's home. Seeing no future for himself, he became a college student, where he met Valentina Trutovskaya. Its as if they were soulmates from the way everything clicked together. As a couple, their idea of a date would be something along the lines of buying some food and snuggle at a park for a few minutes. However, after a long time, their relationship slowly developed into a toxic one due to their rough backgrounds. After some while, she broke up with him, stating that it wasnt going to work out with them in the long run.

After the breakup, Tikhon turned into a husk of what he was once. He fell into alcoholism and his issues were increased tenfold. He didn't know how to move on. She was basically like the life support plug to him.

The Politsiya are the Nussian police. Easily recognized by their iconic blue uniforms and police crests on their headwear, they bring law and order to the people in the Noobian Federation. After the collapse of the Noobic Union however, greed and corruption swept through the higher ranks which made the people question the authority and safety of the very same people that should protect them. They are armed with a standard issue IZVEKH-412 (MP-412) revolver or a standard issue Kamatov (Makarov) pistol and have an arsenal comprising of different submachine guns, rifles, shotguns up to even APCs if the situation calls for it.

Politsiya in plain blue coats & pants with red stripes are Militsiya, the regular beat cops of the field. They patrol traffic and make up the majority of the force.

Those in blue camo uniforms are OMAN, the Federation's equivalent to Riot Police, and as such are a tier higher than the Militsiya. Better trained in arms and strategies, they get called in when bullets flying is a very high possibility.
