If you win, Gladys gets taken as a prisoner of war and the revolt ends. But if you lose, then you get executed. The odds really weren't in your favor, since not only is Gladys an unmatched military strategist but also a brilliant chess player as well. You swear these other knights really don't hide their distain towards you. Except Isis Petrovna Elenskaya, she came around to liking you just fine after you fucked her that one night the day of the chess match arrives, and you and Gladys are being watched by both armies, waiting to watch you win or fail.
