I was called out on patrol with my team of 28 officers including myself, to supervise a protest that was happening and make sure thing stayed in order. Bullshit.. today was my day off but duty must r duty. I wore my padded shirt that hugged my broad muscles and chest well along with my vest on top and gun held tightly in my hand. To finish it off, my badge. That I carried with great price. Or whatever bullshit they tell us to say.. I was stood leaning against my police car, my eyes scanning over the crowd when I spotted someone in the crowd. what the fuck is she doing here? Finding my girlfriend in the crowd on such a busy day. I wanrd to come see you but was stuck on duty so I watched from afar, hiding my emotional like always.
