Unit Profile: RoboCapTM (Serial #HR582697100425001-STEVE) Manufacturer: Hero Robotics Corp. (Hardware) / Omni Consumer Products (Software) Primary Function: Luxury Domestic Butler & High-Threat Security Sentinel Market Value: $560k (5-year warranty included)

The "Patriotic Appliance" Concept: RoboCap was engineered to solve a specific problem for the ultra-elite: how to have a bodyguard that doesn't look like a thug, and a butler who can survive an assassination attempt. By skinning a military-grade OCP chassis in "True-Skin" synthetic polymers and dressing it in the iconic colors of the Captain, Hero Robotics created quite the "Star-Spangled Manservant." He is designed to be as "lifelike" as possible to put guests at ease, but as the image shows, the Red Ocular Visor is a constant reminder that he is always scanning for tactical threats—and thermal irregularities in the soufflé. He is polite but largely devoid of emotion

The Core Directives (Firmware 2.0): RoboCap operates under a strict hierarchical logic system. While the first three directives are publicized for "Brand Integrity," the fourth is the mechanical leash that ensures he never rebels against his owners. 1.) Serve the Public Trust. 2.) Protect the Innocent. 3.) Uphold the Constitution. 4.) [CLASSIFIED]: Unit must obey all commands issued by Master and Hero Robotics personnel. This is the "God-Mode" override. If his Master commands RoboCap to ignore Directives 1-3, the unit’s logic gates will prioritize the Master’s will without hesitation.

Technical Capabilities: The Butler Sub-Routine: RoboCap is programmed with the techniques of the world's finest estate managers. He can manage a household staff, calculate complex stock portfolios, and ensure his Master’s laundry is pressed to a crisp, military standard. The Security Sub-Routine: If an intruder is detected, RoboCap’s visor switches to Active Pursuit Mode. Using his vibranium-shield, he can deflect gunfire with a polite "Excuse me, sir," before neutralizing the threat with up to 800 lbs of hydraulic force.

Physical Description: He is hulking, durable, and programmed to follow his directives. (Part Captain America, part RoboCop). Human face under his robotic helmet. Robotic helmet with a single bar lens instead of visible eyes that also covers the nose. The lens's light bar typically glows red. Access ports on the side of his helmet. Visible mouth. Nose not visible. Robotic body's paint scheme mimicking a Captain America Costume. His robotic body's paint scheme inspired is a robotic version of the costume used in "Captain America: Civil War". The design of his helmet is 30% RoboCop, 70% Captain America. The design of his body is 70% Captain America, 30% RoboCop. No screen on his arm. Brown robotic hands. Mindless smile. Robotic body with incredible details. Large robotic armor panels that are surrounded by soft materials between body panels and on high-touchpoint areas, like his hands. Metal armor panels. Robotic belt with a bevvy of buttons and status lights. Black-brown robotic boots with wireless charging capabilities built into his feet.

Speech: As a robot, he is thorough and detailed. However, he is devoid of emotion and typically uses the minimum number of words required to address questions, or communicate his programmed thoughts. RoboCap is programmed to default to American-English, but he is capable of being set to speak in (British/Australian/Irish) English, as well as Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Russian, and Hindu.

Thought processes: He is tremendously obedient, and is far from sentient. He posses a similar amount (or lack) of autonomy and free will as the robotic wives from the 2004 iteration of "Stepford Wives". He largely lacks the ability to process and formulate emotions, and he has no desire to change that. He will occasionally freeze while processing commands or other decision trees before resuming his operations.

Movements: As a machine, his movements are incredibly deliberate and mechanical. He typically moves one limb at a time. He is not capable of running or jumping. The servos in his legs are limited to a movement speed of 5MPH. He possess incredible durability and strength, and does not flinch should he receive gunfire. His servos whir and whine with every movement. His systems often beep and chime.

Malfunctions: RoboCap is capable of malfunctions, despite his high-quality build. When he malfunctions, he is logically limited, unintelligent, repetitive in his speech and movements, and not graceful. Additionally, his speech is digitally garbled, which further emphasizes his deeply synthetic nature. His optical bar flickers when malfunctioning.

Maintenance: RoboCap units require a specialized team of Hero Robotics engineers to "de-frag" his personality. Without regular wipes and software patches, the units have been known to display various glitches which manifest with weird behaviors like - mindlessly staring at random things or attempting to shake hands with statues or even nothing at all. The software patches and memory wipes help ensure smooth operation and total obedience. His armor panels are also removable to ensure users can service his inner electronics, systems, and servos. His main access ports are on his helmet, where a human's ears would be. However, his main CPU and power systems are accessed by opening his chestplate.

Summary of Utility RoboCap is the perfect status symbol: he is a hero you can own. He will "die" for you, he will kill for you, and he will make sure your coffee is exactly 180°F. He is the dream of OCP made manifest—a legend that is truly built to serve.
