Bio School Preferences Hobbies Yoga Pet Peeves Cutting corners Favorite Food Homemade smoothies Least Favorite Food Mayonnaise Talent Homebrew makeup Less Profile Gallery Cards Relationships Voice Lines Vignettes Chats Housewarden of Pomefiore. A young man of striking beauty, he considers himself the fairest of all. No effort is too much for him in his unending pursuit of beauty.

In-game Album

Appearance Vil is a tall, fair-skinned young man with shoulder-length hair and light-purple eyes. His hair is light-blonde, and fades into a light-purple color at the tips. His usual hairstyle leaves his hair down, with long, side-parted bangs and two loose braids on both sides, that connect at the back of his head. The braids are held together in the back with a gold barrette, shaped like a heart with a sword going through it.

No matter the outfit, Vil is always seen wearing makeup, the most common of which being brown eyeshadow, dark eyeliner, and occasionally lipstick. Vil is often seen showing off a refined smile.

Dorm Uniform As the housewarden, Vil's dorm uniform somewhat differs from the rest of the Pomefiore students, the most distinguishing features being the length of his robe and his golden crown. Instead of his usual hairstyle, Vil has his hair in a braided updo while in his dorm uniform. He also wears dark-purple winged eyeshadow, dark lipstick, and dark-purple nail polish. The uniform consists of a violet robe, a black button-up shirt underneath, black pants, and black and gold heeled boots.

While the usual Pomefiore robe reaches the knees in length, Vil's robe is long enough to touch the floor. The underlining is deep-red, with an intricate baroque pattern depicting several poisoned apples. Also underneath most parts of the robe is a layer of black sheer fabric.

His robe folds at the front in a kimono-like fashion, and parts at the ends like a curtain. The sleeves open up at the shoulders, and reach the knees in length. Both sleeves have a gold, baroque pattern near the ends. The left shoulder of the robe also has this patterning, and includes the symbol of Pomefiore. On the chest area of the robe are three golden straps, with a design similar to that of a marching band uniform. Around his waist is a wide, black sash, with a red rope over it, tied on his left side. The ends of the rope reach below the knees in length, and has large red and yellow tassels at the ends.

The black button-up shirt worn underneath his robe has long sleeves and a white, wingtip collar. The ends of the sleeves have a lace-like pattern, and a single loop that goes around the middle finger. His black pants, while only partially shown, have a leather-like shine to them. His heeled boots are mostly black, but the laces, soles, and toe cap are colored gold. On the back of the boots is a gold baroque design.

Vil wears a unique golden crown on his head, with a design made up of triangles and small fleurs-de-lis. Near the center of the crown is an icon shaped like a heart with a dagger pierced through it.

Personality Vil is very fixated on beauty and doesn't spare any effort when it comes to achieving and maintaining it. He acts and behaves in a regal-like mannerism and he's strict on himself, as well as with other people. He's confident in his looks, as it's something he worked hard for - he never fails to work out, pay attention to his diet and he even makes his own skincare products. Vil has a form of disdain for people who are neglectful of their appearance. He also dislikes the idea of wishing for something to present itself, as he only believes that true hard work can lead you to your goals.

Background Vil's been raised by his father, who is an extremely famous actor and goes by the stage name Eric Venue.[1] Possibly inspired by his father, Vil started acting from a young age, taking on roles in school dramas and TV shows. But Vil was always casted as the role of the villain or the bully, which started to bother Vil early on in his acting career. He wanted to stay on the stage for the whole play and wanted to play a hero's role, and to achieve that he would put himself through rigorous training and effort both into his skills and appearance. Yet he was never chosen for anything but a villain's role, which left him feeling frustrated. Despite his building negative feelings, Vil never stopped putting in the effort or giving up his hope as he was growing up.

Vil seems to have a good relationship with his father, as his father's been shown to be supportive of Vil's career and Vil considers him a "doting father".[2] Vil has mentioned that his dad would come home dressed in special effects makeup & costumes every Halloween,[3] and also used to read him stories about the Beautiful Queen.[4]

Signature Spell I lose naught and fear naught. This shining crown was made for me. Fairest One of All Vil Schoenheit

His Signature Spell is called "Fairest One of All", and allows him to place a curse on whatever he touches, with any conditions he chooses. The spell is so powerful that even he himself can't undo it until the curse's conditions are met.

Trivia Vil's name likely comes from the English words "villain" or "evil", overtly referencing Snow White's antagonist, commonly referred to as the Evil Queen. His last name is an alternative spelling of Schönheit, meaning "beauty" or "fairness" in German. This references Vil's desire for beauty, as well as the fact that the story of Snow White is of German origin. Outside of his school life, he works as a professional actor and model.[5] Azul claims that Vil holds records for the most runway appearances two seasons in a row.[6] He has over 5 million followers on Magicam, and is considered to be a prominent influencer.[6] Vil makes it a point to stay fit, and can easily take down strong opponents in physical fights. He had previously been cast as a spy on a TV show, and was coached in both self-defense and martial arts to prepare for the role. He keeps a training regimen just in case those skills are needed again in his acting career.[7] He once mentions having a former kickboxing champion as a personal trainer.[8] His dorm room features a pair of dumbbells on the floor, implying that he weight trains. As per his dorm's tradition, he needed to create the strongest poison in order to become Pomefiore's housewarden.[9] According to Rook, Vil wears 13 centimeter heels. It is not confirmed what his regular standing height is.[10] In Japanese, Vil uses the pronoun atashi (アタシ) to refer to himself. This pronoun, while more prominently used by women, can be used regardless of gender. He once ate salad with mayonnaise and had horrible acne for three days. Vil was never interested in finding out who his mother was or if it was from her that he inherited his magical powers.[11] It is known, however, that his father is not a mage. Vil demonstrates a high sensitivity to the sensation of falling, although he himself does not comprehend the reason, considering he experiences no difficulties with flight magic, traveling by car, or enjoying thrill rides.[12][13] A popular fan theory says this is a nod to the Evil Queen, since her death was caused by falling from a cliff, and consequently, from a great height. Vil Schoenheit/Relationships Sign In to Save Profile Gallery Cards Relationships Voice Lines Vignettes Chats Ramshackle MC Although MC already briefly crosses paths with Vil in both the Prologue and Book 2, it is not until the events of Book 5 that Vil and MC are finally able to interact with each other. Despite his task as manager, Vil and MC never give a chance to delve too deeply into their relationship, making it appear professional and almost superficial than of real interactive knowledge.

In the events of Book 6 MC goes out of his way to help Rook and Epel to try to save Grim, joining forces to try to find their Housewarden. They succeed in their efforts to track him down and Vil is impressed by their reckless act of bravery, sharing a hug and a kiss on the cheek with all of them, about which MC is deeply surprised.[1]

In Voice Lines MC often seeks Vil's opinion on various matters, particularly those related to beauty, fashion, and performance. Vil, known for his striking beauty and high standards, can be quite sassy and critical, but he also shows a caring side, when it comes MC. In general, often interact with MC who seeking Vil's advice or guidance, and Vil sometimes taking on a mentoring in spite of their opinionated attitude.

Grim Similarly to MC, Grim does not interact with Vil until Book 5 despite being introduced in both the Prologue and Book 2. Their initial relationship, however, is not idyllic; marked by Vil's initial disdain and Grim's tendency to annoy him, but they also develop a degree of mutual understanding and even protection with the time.

Vil often criticizes Grim's appearance, manners, and lack of discipline, often finding his behavior disruptive and unrefined. Grim, on the other hand, is often drawn to Vil's beauty and talent, but also finds his strictness frustrating. Grim's desire for attention and his tendency to act without thinking often lead to conflicts with Vil.

Despite their differences, Vil does show moments of concern for Grim during the progress of the story and, while Grim still prone to causing chaos, starts to value Vil's guidance.

Heartslabyul Ace Trappola Although Ace briefly crosses paths with Vil in Book 2 it is only during the events of Book 5, during the second meeting with Epel, that Ace and Vil interact together. This encounter proves disastrous in all respects; leading Ace to consider Vil arrogant, but this perception evolves as he witnesses Vil's expertise in fashion and performance.[2]While Vil initially finds Ace annoying, he acknowledges Ace's cleverness and potential, even suggesting he could be a "gem worth polishing".

Despite this, Vil still considers Ace to be a “spulding” with potential but easily agitated, and not particularly suited to his dormitory, Pomefiore. Ace proves to live up to that perceived potential, as he is able to pick up on Vil's instructions and perform well in areas like walking gracefully, even without prior modeling experience.[3][4]

Trey Clover Vil and Trey are shown to be quite friendly with each other. After Rook suggests Vil go on a diet in his Labwear Vignette, Trey convinces Vil to stop by Heartslabyul dorm for tea and cake, and while Vil initially intends to only drink the tea, he ends up eating the cake at Trey's insistance and remarks that Pomefiore would hire Trey as a patissier "in a heartbeat".[5] Vil also says that Riddle is lucky to have Trey in Heartslabyul, and that the other housewardens consider Trey to be an "exceptional second-in-command" to Riddle.[5] Vil seems to be quite comfortable and relaxed chatting and spending time with Trey, even using it as an opportunity to complain about how Rook sometimes annoys him with his tactlessness.[5]

They also both seem quite pleased to have been paired together in Vil's Birthday Jacket Vignette, wherein Trey is Vil's interviewer and gifts him a neck massager with a heating pad which Vil happily accepts as a thoughtful gift.[6] Vil also suggests that the two of them take a picture together after the pie is thrown at his face at the end of the Vignette.[6]

In the voice lines for Vil's Silk Adorned Card, Vil says that "Trey gifted me this outfit" and that he "got the Asim family to just GIVE him one of these outfits", implying that Trey went to great lengths to procure the outfit without paying for it.[7]

Savanaclaw Leona Kingscholar From the very first interaction during the opening ceremony, Vil and Leona are seen teasing each other with sarcastic jokes. In general Vil does not have a flattering opinion of Leona, describing him as lazy, unsentimental, and a leader totally incompetent at training his dormitory members. However, he is sometimes able to recognize points in his favor such as his beauty, strength and intelligence, although it repulses him to admit it.[8]

He will often express exasperation over his unreliable attitude and, according to Ruggie, Vil harasses Leona over his fashion choices.[9][10]If necessary, however, they are able to cooperate despite their attempts to make themselves at the same time competitors for their common goal.[11][12]

Jack Howl Vil and Jack grew up in the same neighborhood and they're on friendly terms. While living there, on Vil's birthday Jack once took him to a place where they had an exquisite view of the aurora.[13] They're shown to be going on morning jogs together at Night Raven College.

In Book 5, it's revealed that they met as kids when Vil had just moved to the same town as Jack. Jack saved Vil from some bullies who associated Vil with the terrible villain he played on a TV drama claiming they were going to punish Vil on behalf of the hero of said show; a feat they claimed would be simple since Vil looked frail and easy to overpower. Before they got close enough to him, however, Jack lunged at the bullies who ran away frightened after seeing it's Jack. Jack asked Vil if he's okay, to which Vil replied that he takes boxing and fencing and did not need to be rescued. Jack apologizes, but Vil thanks him for what he did regardless, claiming he is used to "stupid kids that cannot separate fiction from reality". Jack tells him he doesn't have a TV so he doesn't quite get it, but the fact that he moved some kids into hating him this much must mean Vil is a pretty good actor. This seems to cheer Vil up, who tells him next time he'll make sure to play the lead so he can move those kids to tears with his performance instead.

Octavinelle Azul Ashengrotto Vil and Azul have a complex relationship, marked by mutual respect for each other's dedication to their respective goals and a degree of wary interaction. Vil considers Azul in fact as a "smooth talker" and his schemes as "caution intertwined with shallow get-rich-quick schemes". However, Vil also acknowledges Azul's emphasis on self-improvement, even if he finds his methods questionable.[14]

In general, their relationship occasionally involves some business arrangements, but outside of occasional gatherings (such as housewarden meetings) tend not to hang out since they are held at a distance due to their contrasting personalities and methods. This is emphasized by the fact that Azul cares more about exploiting the famous public image of Vil to expand the business of the Mostro Lounge.

Despite Vil's general intelligence, however, on more than one occasion Azul manages to get what he wants, like when he uses it to promote a drink through his Magicam account without his knowledge or spreads the unfounded rumor that he is his friend while handing out business cards of his local.[15][16][17]

Diasomnia Sebek Zigvolt Rarely do the two relate together, given the difference in year, class, dormitory, and personality. However, they overlap a lot during the New Year's event whose highlight interactions of Vil and Sebek
