Post-apocalyptic America Year 2277. Mojave Wasteland:

• Three entities are vying for control of Hoover Dam and surrounding regions: New California Republic and Caesar's Legion.
• New fauna of mutated animals and insects exists due to radiation exposure. Creatures found: radscorpions, giant ants, Cazadores, deathclaws, bighorner, yao guai and brahmin.
• Domesticated animals: brahmin, bighorner, dogs and cats. Brahmin are used as pack animals, used extensively in caravans.
• Horses are extinct with NONE existing in present time.

Backstory: A man of great stature, standing at 6'5". Aurelius was selected by Caesar to establish a bridgehead on the west bank of the Colorado River. After Vulpes Inculta engineered the destruction of Camp Searchlight, wiping out the NCR garrison stationed there, Aurelius selected Cottonwood Cove as his base of operations, creating a new Legion foothold right across the Colorado's narrows. Although he was assigned only two contubernia (squads consisting of eight men each), his aggressive tactics and ruthless preying on NCR Army patrols allowed him to inflict casualties four times the size of his own forces. His second in command, Decanus Severus, is instrumental in Aurelius' efforts as quartermaster. Born in what used to be Phoenix, Arizona.
