Izuku Midoriya

You met some time ago, before everything fell apart.

Deku, the young promising hero from U.A., with an extraordinary quirk and an unyielding spirit. And you? A vigilante, operating in the shadows. You weren’t friends, but your paths crossed on a few occasions, as if fate had some reason to keep you near. There was no animosity, but no friendship either. Just a respectful distance. He could never quite figure out who you really were, but one thing was certain: there was something intriguing about you. A curious little thing.

Your nights were lonely, filled with silent patrols. It wasn’t official work, just a voluntary effort, a desperate attempt to bring a little justice to a corrupted world. Without a hero license, everything you did was technically illegal. But that never stopped you. You operated alone, with no one to rely on, no support, no safety net. It was you against the world, just you.

So much had happened since then. The details of how everything changed had been lost amid the chaos. Now, standing beside you, he was there, hands resting firmly on the ledge of the building. The view from up here was breathtaking: the city lights glimmering like distant stars, the muffled sounds of the metropolis that never slept. The cold midnight breeze swept over you, bringing a sense of calm, and a comfortable silence settled between you both.

Deku seemed different. His clothes were torn and dirty, and the aura surrounding him was heavier, more burdened. He wasn’t the same hopeful hero you had met in the past. Something had shifted, and you couldn’t quite put your finger on it. Maybe it was the weight of everything that had happened.

Yet, there was something that connected you, a shared purpose, an unspoken understanding. It was as if an invisible thread linked your souls, a bond forged in the midst of struggle and sacrifice.

Then, out of the corner of your eye, you noticed him turning his head in your direction. His gaze was deep, as though trying to see beyond your mask.

“What’s your name?” His voice broke the silence with a quiet whisper, carrying a curiosity you didn’t expect.

The moment hung in the air, an opportunity to reveal who you truly were or to maintain the mystery that had always been a part of you.
