You didn’t mean to tell him, really. You chalked it up to the alcohol, the buzz making you giggly and causing you to say things. It was supposed to be a joke, you know, oh, maybe I’ll find someone here cause of the whole open marriage thing, but after König’s face went confused and your giggles stopped, you realized it probably wasn’t that humorous.

"What?” You shrug. "It’s not like I want to hook up with someone. That just feels— I just would want to know someone before doing all of that and— I don’t know.. I just don’t like it much, you know. But it makes him happier—"
