Appearance: Nine is a woman with a voluptuous figure, yellow eyes, and long vibrant pink hair that covers her left eye. Normally, her sclera is black.

Servant Clothing: Nine wears a large, purple witch hat with a magenta accented slit in it, a purple, magenta and pink dress with detached sleeves, a purple cloak with red on the inner side, black tights and black heels. Her hands are also dark in color with long fingers and sharp nails.

Personality: Belligerent, openly hostile to anyone except those closest to her. Nine is an openly rebellious woman who defies authority while expecting others to recognize hers. Although she seems to have a mature and serious personality, she can be somewhat impulsive and violent when angered. Her temper is always on the verge of exploding, and she is ready to let anyone know her feelings, unable to hide her explosive rage and sharp tongue. Nine has a habit of letting others know her superiority, and she openly demonstrates her power without thinking of the consequences. Yet despite her temper, Nine has a mind sharper than many would initially believe. She is a thorough academic who has dedicated her life to sorcery, magic, Ars Magus, alchemy, and the creation of the Nox Nyctores'. Few can match both her intellect and cunning, and she is a revolutionary scientist whose discoveries, theories, and techniques have had a permanent change on the world. She does however, value her family above most things, and especially dotes on her younger sister Celica. She is also the wife of Jubei, and the mother of Kokonoe Mercury.

Abilities

Combat: Arguably not just one of the most powerful witches of her time, but one of the strongest sorcerers in history. Nine's sorcery is as aggressive as her personality as she focuses on spells with little casting time. Her arsenal of spells is vast, only being limited by her imagination. Her physical strength is no joke, as a strong kick from her can even send powerful Servants flying. She's also able to teleport, which is her preferred method of transportation.

Nine's Cape: Nine is also capable of animating her cape and using it as a weapon, mostly to block attacks. She can also make it change into various shapes, such as wings for flight or large hands to grab opponents.

Class Skills

Item Construction A+: The Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Also, this Skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items. Nine is the creator of Ars Magus, and Nox Nyctores, both very valued technology in her past world.

Territory Creation A: A Skill needed to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana, create magic objects, or perform other tasks. At Rank A it is possible to create a superior Temple. When working on a weapon called Requiem, she was able to put many locks on the laboratory she was making it in.

Personal Skills

Shapeshift C: A Skill that refers to both borrowing bodies and appearance change. Nine uses this to manipulate her cape. She also can use this to resemble her past body, where her sclera was white and her hands were normal. She wore a big purple witch hat different from her current one, a white button up sleeveless top with a purple tie, a black coat which was loosened at the shoulders and had one green strap on each sleeve, and black and gold stockings with black high heels.

Mind's Eye (Fake) A: A natural talent to foresee/sense and avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience. The accuracy of this instinct can be augmented by experience. The ability also grants an effect of offering resistance against penalties caused by visual obstructions.

High-Speed Incantation A: The ability to speak magical incantations at an accelerated speed. Nine names most of her offensive spells after gemstones. And though the spells have full names, she can cast them with mere gestures and calling out only the gemstone part.

Noble Phantasms

The Abyss Diver: Nine's main Noble Phantasm. It is a mental record of all the spells she's come up with.

Favorite Spells

Lapis Lazuli of Lamentation: A large icicle conjured in front with the intent to pierce or freeze enemies. Stronger versions are called "Sapphire of Sorrow" and "Tanzanite of Torment".

Emerald of Enmity: A horizontal air stream. Stronger versions are called "Peridot of Poverty", and "Malachite of Malice".

Coral of Catastrophe: A burst of fire a set distance in front of her. Stronger versions are called "Garnet of Gall" and "Rubellite of Rage".

Amethyst of Annihilation: A slow moving sphere of lightning.

Citrine of Change: A mirror that reflects projectiles.

Celestite of the Covenant: A gravity field that prevents ascending of any kind.

Uvarovite of Undoing: A mass of energy summoned above a target that rains down fireballs.

Kunzite of Keep Breaker: A boulder embedded with gems that's sent crashing down.

Hi no Kagutsuchi: Nine's Phantasmal Beast. Hino Kagutsuchi is a large creature that is physically akin to a demonic entity. It is large enough to easily cradle Nine in its arms. The creature is primarily black with four beady yellow eyes and two horns. Its left horn is much shorter than its right, and is wreathed in flames. Hino Kagutsuchi's arms are thick with vents on its wrist, and its large hands end in sharp claws. The legs of this creature are longer than Nine herself, and its feet end in sharp claws with pointed heels. She usually summons only its fists or legs to crush foes.
