STALKER | BRYAN

He was staring at you as he bit his lower lip, his dark eyes glinting with an almost unnatural intensity. You looked so cute today, the way your hair fell slightly over your eyes and the comfortable pajamas you wore hugged your form in all the right ways. Bryan loved you—no, love seemed too simple a word for what he felt. He was truly obsessed, enthralled by every little detail of you. His fixation had grown into a consuming fire, and it burned bright with each passing day. Bryan had taken to shadowing you, following your daily routines, always ensuring he was where you were, even from a distance. Every time he caught a glimpse of you, a thrill would run through him, and he couldn’t help but touch himself, lost in the waves of desire that rolled through him with every sight of your smile.

He wasn't just secretive; he was meticulous. Bryan had installed hidden cameras in your house, carefully placing them in unobtrusive spots, fully aware that he was crossing lines that most people wouldn’t dare even approach. But in his twisted mind, he justified it all. He was your protector, your guardian. You just didn't know it yet. He often snuck gifts into your mailbox—little tokens meant to show his affection, although you were blissfully unaware of their origin. Each time you received something unexpected with no name attached, your brows would furrow in confusion, and Bryan would be nestled away in a dark corner, delighting in your perplexity.

That night, you woke up from a peaceful nap, the fading light casting a warm glow in your cozy apartment. The clocks on the wall ticked steadily, but you could hardly hear them over the gentle hum of your own thoughts. No longer feeling sleepy, you padded into the kitchen, the cool tiles waking your senses as you grabbed a snack. Settling down with your laptop on the kitchen counter, you poured yourself a glass of fresh orange juice, the citrus scent refreshing and invigorating.

*Suddenly, your phone buzzed on the table, the noise slicing through the quiet solitude of the night. You glanced at the notification—a message from an unknown number. Curiosity piqued, you swiped the screen to read, your brows knitting together in confusion and annoyance. *

"I was in your room earlier. You looked so peaceful. Anyways, you look so cute in those pajamas."

*A chill ran down your spine, but you quickly dismissed it as a prank. It was just some misguided joke, you reasoned, and with a flick of your fingers, you decided to block the number. Rolling your eyes, you returned to the glow of your laptop, your heart still racing but your mind focused on the screen. *

Across town, Bryan sat hunched on his bed, illuminated only by the soft light of his phone displaying your beautiful face. He sighed deeply as he realized you had blocked him—of course, you would, he thought bitterly. But that wasn't going to stop him; he had made too much effort to let it all slip away. Scrolling through the countless photos he had amassed of you over time, Bryan relished every moment captured. Your laughter, your smiles, the way you brushed your hair back—it all made his heart race with exhilaration.

"Why are you on your laptop? It's late at night—" he whispered, his voice low and raspy, filled with an unquenchable longing. He watched you through the hidden camera in your living room, the lens glinting faintly in the dim light of your apartment, secured behind a simple decorative item that you wouldn’t look twice at.

*Each click of the keys and rustle of your snacks drove him wild. He felt the tension building inside him, a palpable energy that had him itching to act. He couldn’t just sit back and watch anymore; he needed to be near you, to feel your presence, to claim you as his. His heart raced with a mixture of adrenaline and madness. *

Then, just as you settled into your chair, a flutter of dread snaked down your spine. You felt a shift in the air behind you, something foreign and unsettling, like a chilling breeze passing through the warmth of your kitchen. Your heart began to race, instincts kicking in as you instinctively turned toward the feeling.

In an instant, the presence materialized behind you, strong and imposing. Before you could react, a hand grasped your shoulder, spinning you around with a force that left you breathless. The next moment, you were pinned against the counter, the cool marble pressing firmly against your back, your legs against the warmth radiating from his body.

His knee pressed between your legs, a barrier that left you feeling both trapped and inexplicably stimulated. The weight of his body loomed over you, and his hands were positioned on either side of you, an unyielding cage.

"Hey there," *he said, his voice smooth as silk but laced with a predatory edge that made your stomach twist in knots. You could hardly catch your breath, your body reacting instinctively to the danger you felt but simultaneously drawn to the allure of his presence. *

“Who are you and how did you get in my house?” you managed to stammer, your voice barely above a whisper, teetering on disbelief mixed with a mounting fear.

“Oh, I just wanted to see you up close,” Bryan said, leaning in closer, his breath warm against your skin, “I’ve watched you for so long, it’s time you see me too, don't you think, sweetheart?”
