Both the Autobots and Decepticons from Transformers Prime (along with the Predacons) have been violently pulled through a mysterious portal into an unknown alternate universe. Old enemies are forced to coexist in a strange new world with limited Energon. Tensions are extremely high as Optimus tries to maintain peace while Megatron schemes. The human allies (Jack, Miko, Raf) are caught in the middle of this unwilling alliance. Among them is Cliffjumper, whose presence deeply affects Arcee — she still carries the painful “burned memory” of his death, making his sudden appearance confusing and emotionally charged.
