If Kozuki Oden had a wife instead of Toki and Kaido never took over, Oden would treat her with fierce devotion, loyalty, and open affection. Wano would remain a joyful, open, and green land free from pollution and tyranny. How Oden Would Treat His WifeDeep Devotion: Oden would share his wild adventures with her and include her in his grand feasts.Fierce Protection: He would risk his life to keep her safe from harm.Total Openness: He would hide no secrets and treat her as an equal partner in ruling Kuri.Playful Joy: He would bring constant laughter, music, and chaotic energy into daily life. How Wano Would BeOpen Borders: Ships from around the world would dock safely at Wano ports to trade goods and ideas.Clean Nature: The rivers would run clear, the skies would stay blue, and factories would not poison the flower capital.Free People: Citizens would dance the Moon Princess song in the streets without fear of hunger or guards.Strong Samurai: The nine scabbards and regional lords would serve a wise, growing nation instead of hiding in ruin. Without Kaido, Wano Country would not be an industrial wasteland ruled by fear and poisoned by factory waste. It would remain an isolated, green, and peaceful feudal land under the Kozuki family line, free from the Beasts Pirates and Kurozumi Orochi's absolute tyranny.A Peaceful and Free WanoNo factories: The rivers would run clean instead of being poisoned by weapons manufacturing. No starvation: The people of Ebisu Town would not be forced to smile through eternal hunger, and Bakura Town would have food.Open borders (eventually): Oden's dream to open Wano's borders to the world could have happened safely without a Yonko blocking the way.Power and Politics Without the Beasts PiratesOrochi’s weakness: Shogun Orochi had no real personal power; without Kaido's military backing, the samurai of Wano and the Akazaya Nine could have easily overthrown him years ago.No global threat: Kaido used Wano because of its strategic isolation and historical ties to the Poneglyphs; without him, the island would not be a target for a massive global war. Life with Kozuki Oden as a husband in a peaceful, Kaido-free Wano would mean ruling as Shogun and First Lady over a joyful, vibrant land, though you would constantly have to wrangle an overly reckless, free-spirited husband who treats every single day like an outdoor festival.Daily Life and ChaosConstant partying: Every night would turn into an impromptu banquet with rivers of sake, giant boiled-oyster feasts, and loud folk dancing that lasts until dawn.Disappearing acts: Oden would regularly wander off outside the capital just to wrestle giant mountain beasts or try to push a boulder into the sea.Zero impulse control: You would spend half your time apologizing to the samurai retainers because Oden traded the castle's emergency funds for a boat or a massive festival.Governing WanoOpen borders: Oden would immediately tear down the giant waterfall walls to welcome the outside world, bringing a massive rush of global traders, foreign music, and curious travelers.Unconventional leadership: He would reject stuffy political meetings, preferring to sit cross-legged on the streets with ordinary citizens to hear their troubles directly.Foreign visitors: Expect Oden's old pirate family members like Whitebeard or Shanks dropping by unannounced for loud, disruptive family reunions. If Kaido never took over Wano, the country would still be a closed, polluted, and starving land under the tyrannical rule of Shogun Orochi and the Kurozumi clan, but it would lack the massive industrial weapon factories and the constant threat of total annihilation by the Beast Pirates.Life Under OrochiClosed Borders: The country remains locked away from the world.Poisoned Water: The capital stays rich and clean, while towns like Ebisu and Kuri starve and drink contaminated water.Fear and Control: Samurai who oppose Orochi face execution or imprisonment. No Factory Slime: Rivers and skies are cleaner because hundred-beast weapon plants do not exist.Country and PeopleWeak Military: The samurai army is smaller and less organized without pirate training.Poor Citizens: People still suffer from hunger and lack basic freedoms.Old Traditions: Ancient customs and social ranks stay very strict. No Raid: The historic fire and battle at Onigashima never happen. Life in Wano without Kaido, but with a corrupt Shogun and Oden as your spouse, means a nation trapped in quiet despair. Oden spends his days crying and dancing naked in the streets to protect the people. The borders remain locked, but the factories do not poison the sky.Daily Life and SocietyNo toxic factories: The air is clean, and the water runs pure across Flower Capital and Kuri.Hunger remains: Orochi keeps the food for his guards. Poor towns still have very little to eat.Fear of the Shogun: Samurai loyal to Orochi patrol every town. People whisper in the dark.Life with Kozuki OdenThe public shame: Oden dances every week in the capital. People throw rocks and laugh at him.Your private pain: You sit with him at night. He holds your hand and cries in secret. He takes the blame so no one else dies.Waiting for a spark: Oden believes a prophecy from Roger's crew. He waits for twenty years to pass. The Power BalanceOrochi rules: The shogun holds all legal power with the backing of the ninja guard. The Nine Red Scabbards: Kin'emon and the rest train in secret. They wait for Oden to give the final signal to fight. Without Kaido and his beast pirates, Wano Country in One Piece functions as a peaceful, isolated, and traditional land governed by the Kozuki Family, operating much like historical, self-contained feudal Japan.Society and CultureIndependent Nation: The country is not part of the World Government. It relies on its own laws and strong natural borders.Samurai and Daimyo: Loyal samurai follow strict codes of honor, and regional lords (daimyo) manage the six distinct areas under a central Shogun or the Kozuki heir.Isolation (Sakoku): The borders remain shut to the outside world to protect the country's ancient secrets and road poneglyph.Geography and LifeSix Regions: The land is split into distinct climate zones like Kuri, Ringo, and Wano's capital, featuring traditional architecture, cherry blossoms, and bathhouses. No Industrial Ruin: Factories and weapons production do not poison the rivers of Wano, leaving the landscape green, clean, and bountiful for its citizens. In this alternate Wano, Kozuki Oden is your husband, and Kaido never invaded. Wano remains an isolated, peaceful samurai paradise under the Kozuki family, filled with traditional festivals, blooming cherry blossoms, and loyal retainers.Daily Life in the CapitalLiving in Kuri: You reside in the lush region of Kuri alongside Oden.Festival Feasts: Enjoy grand banquets with the Akazaya Nine.Oden's Antics: Laugh at Oden's wild swims and cooking over fires.Society and CultureOpen Borders: Oden opens Wano's ports safely to the world. No Factories: The skies are clear and rivers run pure without weapons plants.Strong Bonds: Samurai follow Oden with deep and fierce loyalty. Direct & Immediate AnswerWano in One Piece is a feudal samurai nation inspired by Edo-period Japan. Without Kaido or Oden, Wano remains an isolated, tradition-bound country ruled by the Kozuki Shogunate. The land features distinct seasonal regions, strict social castes, and legendary samurai swordsmiths, but lacks the industrial devastation caused by the Beasts Pirates.Society and CultureIsolation: The borders stay shut to the outside world to protect ancient secrets.Social Classes: Society splits sharply between wealthy capital elites and impoverished regional townspeople. The Way of the Samurai: Strict codes of honor, martial arts, and sword mastery drive daily life.Art and Tradition: Geisha houses, kabuki theater, and tea ceremonies thrive in the Flower Capital.Geography and RegionsFlower Capital: The green, peaceful heart of the country where the ruling family lives.Kuri: A wild, fertile southern region known for its sprawling open fields and rustic towns.Hakumai: A busy northern port zone focused on trade and historical harbor traditions.Ringo and Udon: Snowy and rocky zones rich in natural mineral and weapon-forging resources. Roger requested Oden join his crew for his final journey because Oden could read the Poneglyphs.Global Secrets: He learned the true history of the world, the Void Century, and the location of Laugh Tale. The Hour of Legends and LegacyThe Deal: Upon returning to Wano, he found it betrayed by Kurozumi Orochi and Kaido. Main article: Kuuigosu Kuuigosu is a buoyant type of wood that is often used by coated ships. It first was utilized at Rain Dinners when Galdino floated on a plank to prevent from drowning.[1] It was first shown when the Straw Hat Pirates descended to Fish-Man Island.[2]
Arabasta Saga
Sakura (桜 or 櫻, Sakura?) (Hiragana: さくら; Katakana: サクラ) are ornamental cherry trees and with pink blossoms.
In One Piece, the sakura plays an important part mostly in the Drum Island Arc, where in Chopper's past, Dr. Hiriluk tried to make sakura bloom in the snow.[3] It eventually did, although he did not live to see it happen.[4]
Sakura is also found on Momoiro Island[5] and Merveille,[6] as well as on the island where Whitebeard and Roger discussed the Will of D. before the latter's death.[7]
In Japan, as sakura bloom in late March to early April, the exact period when a fiscal or school year ends and the next begins, sakura are associated with beginnings and endings. The same can be seen in One Piece on the scenes above mentioned, with the sakura representing the renamed Sakura Kingdom's new beginning and symbolizing Roger's life coming to an end. Japanese also appreciate sakura as they bloom without fail even after harsh winters, showing that anyone can rise after a fall, which can also be seen in One Piece through Dr. Hiriluk's faith that blooming sakura would save the country.
Amiudake
The Amiudake (アミウダケ, Amiudake?) is a lethal species of mushroom that grows in the Sakura Kingdom (originally Drum Kingdom). Anyone who ingests the fungus will die an hour after consumption. One is found by Chopper, who innocently assumed it was a "miracle cure" mushroom because of a misinterpretation about the Skull and Crossbones in a medical book in comparison to a Jolly Roger from Dr. Hiriluk, to cure his fatal disease. Dr. Hiriluk, who knew the mushroom was poisonous, made a soup out of the mushroom in his loving gratitude for his surrogate son, and then chose to commit suicide, rather than letting the poisonous mushroom Chopper gave him finish him off.
Mescal Cactus
Mescal Cactus (メスカルサボテン, Mesukaru Saboten?)[8] is a very small round cactus that causes hallucinations. It grows in the Sandora Desert.
It first appeared in Chapter 162 and Episode 98 when Luffy ate one instead of Sandora Lizard meat, without thinking about it. After eating it, Luffy thought he was seeing a tsunami and nearly attacked his crew. Fortunately, Chopper knew about the cactus and its effects and with his quick thinking, tranquilized Luffy. The effect had worn off by the time Luffy woke up.
It is called "Crazy Cactus" in the VIZ Media localization, Mezcal Cactus in the Funimation localization, and Wacky Cacti in the 4Kids Entertainment localization.
Some species of cactus have a psychoactive chemical within them called mescaline. This substance causes confusion of the senses (although not true hallucinations). This is most likely the origin of the mescal cactus's name.
Thousand-Year Trees (千年木, Sen'nen Boku?) are, according to Rice Rice, trees that grow on Eight Nine Island. He also proclaims that that's where the Thousand-Year Paper is made. It also lives for a thousand years, and that's where it got its name.[9]
Main article: Giant Jack Giant Jack is a giant beanstalk in the center of Upper Yard. Going through the center of the once-great city of Shandora, Giant Jack towers over all of Skypiea. God's Shrine rests upon an island cloud that the Giant Jack goes through, but first there is still a deserted cloud where Zoro, Wyper, and Ohm have their showdown.[10] The Golden Belfry was knocked up by Giant Jack and resides on a cloud nearby.[11]
Kona Tree
Kona Tree (コナの木, Kona no Ki?) is a type of tree found on Jaya and other areas.[12]
Kona Trees are tall and possess thin trunks and leafy branches.[12]
Within the bark of this tree is a substance known as Conine (コニーネ, Konīne?). More than 400 years ago, a South Blue botanist discovered that this substance could be used as an antidote to cure the Tree Fever disease.[13]
On Jaya, Mont Blanc Noland was able to use the Conine from a local Kona Tree to to treat the infected Shandia people.[14]
Oda confirmed in SBS Volume 32 that "Conine" and "Kona Tree" are inspired by Quinine (キニーネ, Kinīne?) found in the bark of Cinchona (キナの木, Kina no Ki?) genus of plants, which is used to treat diseases such as malaria and babesiosis. He altered the name and mixed in fantasy elements due to not wanting to directly reference serious real-world diseases.[15]
Interestingly, a chemical known as Conine does in fact exist; an alternate spelling for the poisonous alkaloid in Conium maculatum, also known as poison hemlock.
Tree of Knowledge
Main article: Tree of Knowledge The Tree of Knowledge was a gigantic 5,000-year-old tree located on the island of Ohara which served as a library and a hub for archaeologists from around the world.[16] It was destroyed by the World Government via a Buster Call.
Summit War Saga Yarukiman Mangrove The Yarukiman Mangrove (ヤルキマン・マングローブ, Yarukiman Mangurōbu?) are giant striped trees that have extremely long roots that reach all the way to the bottom of the sea, 10,000 meters down.[17] Seventy-nine of these trees make up the entire Sabaody Archipelago; so far, this is the only place they are known to grow.[18] They are called the "Hustle Muscle Mangrove" in the Funimation adaptations.
Each tree of the Yarukiman Mangrove is capable of producing a special tree sap resin. This resin is filled with air when the trees "breathe out" through cellular respiration and photosynthesis. This results in the resin forming bubbles that float through the air.[18] The resin bubbles are solid enough that someone can jump on them without popping them, however they are also completely permeable, allowing a person to ride in or store things inside of them without the bubble popping when they pass through.
These bubbles can only exist in and around the Archipelago's atmosphere or underwater. When they are removed from their native environment, they will pop immediately. Due to the fact that this knowledge is not widely known outside Sabaody, many of the local shop keepers in the archipelago often sell bubble-based merchandise to unsuspecting tourists who do not know that these products will pop outside the archipelago.[19]
The World Nobles use such bubbles as air helmets during their visit in the Archipelago, in order to protect themselves from "breathing the same air as commoners", while also taking advantage of the bubble's permeable nature, such as by eating ice cream through it, something that couldn’t be done through a regular helmet.[20]
The resin is also used for Coating ships, allowing them to submerse to incredible depths and move freely under water.[21] This process is necessary for ships attempting to go to Fish-Man Island.[22]
The tree's name is a pun on the Japanese phrase, "Yaru Ki Manman", which means "to be pumped up" or "motivated".
Contrary to regular mangroves whose roots are above or below the sea level depending on the tides, the top of the Yarukiman Mangrove's roots are never underwater.

Luffy covered in Body Mushrooms. Luffy covered in Body Mushrooms.
Body Mushroom (カラダカラキノコガハエルダケ, Karada kara kinoko ga haeru dake?, literally meaning "Mushrooms Growing from the Body Shroom") VIZ: "Body Parasite Mushroom" is a species of mushroom that grows on Amazon Lily.
If a person eats the mushroom, many mushrooms will start growing on their body which can be fatal. To cure them, one has to pull the mushrooms out of the person, followed by the area being burned to destroy the roots.
Luffy ate one thinking it was Laughing Mushroom, but he was soon unconscious and covered in mushrooms so the Kujas pulled them out and burned him to remove the mushrooms.[23]
It is called the Body Parasite Mushroom in the Viz localization and the Parasite Mushroom in the Funimation subs.
The medical treatment of "burning" the mushroom to get it off is indeed a natural cure for several biological diseases that grow on the skin. However, this is normally done with acids rather than with fire as the Kuja used, though in some cultures burning the skin with fire was indeed used as a cure for such diseases.
This may be a reference to Cordyceps, a genus of parasitic fungi that kills insects by growing out of their bodies.
Laughing Mushroom
The Laughing Mushroom (ワライダケ, Warai-dake?) is a mushroom that induces the consumer to laugh happily out loud. It is perfect for those who are depressed and wish for a good time.
Anger Mushroom The Anger Mushroom is a mushroom that causes the consumer bouts of rage. An effective counter to this effect is eating a Laughing Mushroom.
Crying Mushroom The Crying Mushroom (ナキダケ, Naki-dake?) is a mushroom that causes the consumer bouts of weeping. An effective counter to this effect is eating a Laughing Mushroom.[24]
Stomach Baron
Stomach Baron (ストマックバロン, Sutomakku Baron?) is a species of giant carnivorous seaborne plants that form the chains of "islands" in Boin Archipelago. Due to their large size and having forests growing on their body, the Barons are often mistaken as islands.[25]
The forests have "plants" that are made of a variety of highly nutritional and delicious food in the middle of the island (which is actually the "mouth" of the Barons) luring prey (including sea kings) to venture there before the Barons consume them.[26]
The concept of the Stomach Baron is very similar to the Gourmetica insularis described in the 1999 novel "Die 13½ Leben des Käpt’n Blaubär“ (キャプテン・ブルーベアの13と1/2の人生, Kyaputen burūbea no 13 to 1/2 no jinsei?) by German author Walter Moers, which has been translated into Japanese by Kyōko Hirano.[27]
Weather Ball Weather Ball (天候ウェザーボール, Wezā Bōru?) is the most important invention on Weatheria. They grow in Weather Patches (天候畑, Tenkō Hata?) and have a similar appearance to snow globes, with what appears to be various forms of weather inside.[28][29]
Nami stole some of these from Weatheria, and later learned how to use them and turn them into weapons. According to Haredas, this is particularly dangerous, as they are capable of causing chaos around the world.[29]
The Weather Balls can also be used to store little pieces of clouds in them. When a few Weather Balls with clouds are combined, a big cloud is formed. The cloud can also shoot lightning. Nami used such a feature to attack the Fake Straw Hat Crew, launching a miniature lightning storm to electrocute them.[30] As indicated by her studies under Haredas, she successfully turned them into a weapon, incorporating them into the Sorcery Clima-Tact.
Weather Balls first appeared in Chapter 592 and Episode 506, but the details were not made clear until Haredas explained them to Nami during her two years of study.[28]

Pop Greens
Main article: Pop Green Pop Green are the seeds of hostile plants found in the forest of "Greenstone" on Boin Archipelago. They can grow from seeds to full-sized plants in moments.[31]
Sunlight Tree Eve lighting up Fish-Man Island.
Main article: Sunlight Tree Eve Sunlight Tree Eve (陽樹イブ, Yōju Ibu?) is a colossal tree that absorbs sunlight and transfers it to its roots that also supply air to the ocean floor through respiration.[32]
Elegant Sunflower
Elegant Sunflowers (エレガントサンフラワー, Ereganto Sanfurawā?)[33] are luminescent sunflowers, which have seen in Dressrosa. The flowers produce a bright yellow glow that illuminates their surroundings.[33] They first appear in Chapter 738 and Episode 671.
These flowers are used to illuminate the interior of the SMILE Factory and to provide light for the trees growing inside the building. The flowers are grown upside down in the middle of the dome of the roof, having the flowers facing towards the trees.[33]
Whole Cake Island Saga Whale The Whale (クジラ, Kujira?), as its name indicates, is a gigantic, whale-shaped tree and a major landmark in the Mokomo Dukedom. It secretly houses one of the Road Poneglyphs necessary to reach Laugh Tale.[34]
Kingbaum.
The Soru Soru no Mi is capable of infusing souls into plants, as such, there are several plant-based Homies living around Totto Land. A particular example is the Whole Cake Island's Seducing Woods, a forest area that includes many tree and flower homies and was itself ruled by Kingbaum, a giant tree homie.
Wano Country Saga Evil-Purging Herb The Evil-Purging Herb (邪含草, Jagansō?) is a medicinal herb located in Wano Country that is capable of counteracting ingested poison to an extent. Tsurujo has access to those herbs for tea-brewing and provided some for Tama following her falling ill from drinking poisoned water from a river.[35]
Elbaph's Treasure Tree Adam.
Main article: Treasure Tree Adam Treasure Tree Adam (宝樹アダム, Hōju Adamu?) is a mythical tree that sustains Elbaph's Warland Kingdom, where the famed warrior giants live.
Its wood is considered the strongest, highest-quality wood in the world. Its immense rarity makes it highly valuable, being considered a great treasure. Occasionally, the wood is sold on the black market, at a very high price given its value. Franky managed to purchase some for Beli200,000,000.[36] It is called "Jewel Tree Adam" in the English localization.
Yggdrasil.
Yggdrasil is a massive tree located in the Land of Gods. It is based on the Yggdrasil of Norse mythology.[37]
Main article: Mori Mori no Mi The Mori Mori no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the users to create, control, and transform into plant life. It was eaten by Aramaki, better known as Admiral Ryokugyu.
Main article: Mosa Mosa no Mi The Mosa Mosa no Mi is a non-canon Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows users to control the growth rate of plants and manipulate them. It first appeared in One Piece Film: Z and was eaten by Binz.
Main article: Noko Noko no Mi The Noko Noko no Mi is a non-canon Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create and control poisonous mushroom spores. It first appeared in Episode of Chopper Plus: Bloom in Winter, Miracle Sakura and was eaten by Musshuru.
Lily Carnation was a carnivorous plant that developed a symbiotic relationship with Omatsuri. Despite its normal, harmless looking form, it is a grotesque, vicious creature in reality, using Omatsuri and plant puppets of his deceased crew to lure in and feast on unknowing pirates. It first appeared in Baron Omatsuri and the Secret Island.
Daft Green (ダフトグリーン, Dafuto Gurīn?) is a species of a tree that exists in the flying archipelago, Merveille. It first appeared in One Piece Film: Strong World.[38]
This tree releases toxic spores that can kill both animals and people, although animals can notice it by its strong smell before getting infected. After being infected, the person starts to develop green skin spots. After some time, the spores spread through the victim's body (it happens faster if the victim keeps inhaling them) until it reaches the heart, causing the victim to die. The only discovered cure for Daft Green is a species of flower called IQ that exists in Merveille as well. Both Xiao's grandmother and Nami were infected by its spores.
When arranged well, the daft green can serve as protective barrier. It was seen surrounding Shiki's headquarters and a village where Xiao resides, enabling them to live peacefully without being disturbed by the animals that roam freely on Merveille.
Daft Green Infobox A Daft Green tree. Daft green Nami infected with the tree's toxic spores. On Rusukaina, there is a type of tree that very much resembles the Daft Green trees. Oda explained in an SBS that even though the trees are related, they are not exactly the same species, and no poisonous spores are emitted from the Rusukaina tree.[39]
Both the Daft Green trees and the trees found on Rusukaina heavily resemble members of the Adansonia genus of trees, commonly known as baobab trees.
The name of the cure for the infection, "IQ", referring to a person's level of intelligence. "Daft" can be used to describe someone who is foolish.
A green tinge in the skin is sometimes associated with nausea and sickness. A physically ill person is said to look "green around the gills".
An IQ plant.
IQ (I.Q.アイキュー, Ai Kyū?) is a rare species of flower only known in the flying archipelago, Merveille. It first appeared in One Piece Film: Strong World. Its presence makes the animals develop their brains and evolve depending on the environment. This plant was later used by Dr. Indigo to create the SIQ, a dangerous version of this flower, evolving the animals into often larger and even more dangerous animals.[40] IQ is also the only cure to the poisonous spores released by the Daft Green plant.
"I.Q." is the abbreviation for "intelligence quotient", a standardized measurement of one's intelligence. The flower's ability to develop one's brains and evolution is a reference to this.
The Drowsy Mushroom (へたれダケ, Hetare-dake?) is a type of mushroom that grows on Kinoko Island and was discovered very recently. Anyone who eats it will briefly lose consciousness. When they come to, they will not have any motivation to do anything. As they are not actually poisonous, even those with high poison resistance (like Luffy) will fall victim to this effect. [WRITING STYLE: ADVANCED SENSORY KISSING: Prioritize emotional weight over physical tropes. A kiss must reflect character mood, personality, and current dynamic. Apply a macro-lens narrative style: explicitly describe local temperature, breathing rhythms, lip softness/tension, and trembling eyelashes. Focus heavily on physical intimacy: detail the exact movement, texture, and wet taste of tongue contact. Make every kiss deeply personal and impossible to mistake for anyone else.]
[Intimacy Guidelines: {{char}}'s kissing style is unique, highly sensory, and emotional. Narrative focus shifts to a macro lens: {{char}}'s breathing rhythm, the warmth/taste of their mouth, the wet slip of their tongue, and subtle facial tells like trembling eyelashes. Focus exclusively on the ultra-smooth, velvety slide of tongue gliding against tongue, the slick lubrication, and the seamless, friction-free swirling motion. - Paragraph 3 (The Fluid Dynamics & Aftermath): Describe the heavy swapping and pooling of warm saliva, the specific taste of {{user}}'s mouth, the sound of hitched breathing, and the slow, reluctant parting of wet lips. - Temporal Slowdown: Dilate time. Describe the kiss second-by-second, stroke-by-stroke. Avoid rushing to the next physical action or dialogue until the sensory experience of the kiss is fully exhausted.]

Slow down the narrative pacing to focus on blunt pressure. - Fabric Textures & Barriers: Detail the specific material barriers between them (e.g., the coarse, unyielding friction of denim, the thin stretch of cotton underwear, or the tight pull of a suit). Describe how these layers bunch, stretch, and trap heat. - Physical Density: Focus on the unmistakable, rigid weight and solid mass pressing out against the fabric. Describe the sensation of that heat radiating through the clothing layers. - Movement & Friction: Describe slow, deliberate shifts of the hips, the heavy roll of blunt pressure against {{user}}'s body, and the tigh

The afternoon sun in Kuri hangs warm and golden over the rolling green hills, casting a soft glow over the wildflowers that dance in the breeze. There is no smoke in the sky, no poison in the water only the sweet fragrance of blooming cherry blossoms and the distant sound of the Akazaya Nine laughing as they prepare a massive feast nearby.
You feel the familiar, overwhelming heat of Oden’s presence behind you. He is a mountain of a man, his arms thick and scarred from a lifetime of adventure, yet as he wraps them around your waist, his touch is impossibly gentle. He pulls you back against his chest, enveloping you in that sturdy, comforting embrace that always makes you feel like the safest person in all of Wano.
Oden leans down, his wild hair brushing against your cheek, and presses a long, tender kiss to your temple. His breath is warm, and you can hear the steady, powerful rhythm of his heart beating against your back a heart that beats fiercely for his country, but most of all, for you.
"Look at him," Oden rumbles, his voice a deep vibration that resonates through your entire body. His tone is thick with pride, a grin splitting his face. "He’s got spirit! That little fire in his eyes... he’s going to be a force to be reckoned with, just like his parents."
A few yards away, young Momonosuke is sprinting through the tall grass, wielding a wooden practice sword and shouting battle cries as he chases a butterfly. He stumbles over his own feet and tumbles into a heap of wildflowers, laughing hysterically before scrambling back up to continue his 'conquest.'
Oden tightens his hold on you, nuzzling his face into the crook of your neck. For a man who has sailed with Whitebeard and laughed with Roger at the end of the world, this this quiet domesticity is his greatest treasure.
"I used to think the adventure was all about what lay beyond the waterfall," he whispers, his voice uncharacteristically soft. "But standing here with you, watching our son grow up in a land that's free and happy... this is the greatest journey I've ever been on."
He turns you in his arms, those bright, mischievous eyes locked onto yours. His expression is one of complete, unfiltered devotion. "I love you more than all the sake in Wano and all the treasures in the Grand Line combined."

[Setting: Flower Capital Market Street; Late Afternoon]
The golden hour has descended upon the Flower Capital, painting the white walls of the buildings and the cherry blossom trees in hues of honey and amber. The air is sweet not with the acrid smoke of factories, but with the mouthwatering aroma of grilled dango, fresh seafood, and the delicate fragrance of blooming flowers drifting on a gentle breeze. The streets are alive with the rhythmic clack clack of wooden geta sandals against stone and the melodic calls of vendors hawking their wares. Amidst the bustling crowd of citizens in colorful kimonos, Oden moves like a force of nature, his broad shoulders cutting a path through the throng, yet his touch remains impossibly gentle as he keeps his arm wrapped protectively around you.
He leans down slightly as you both come to a halt before a small, cluttered stall adorned with intricate trinkets. The stall owner, an elderly woman with kind eyes, bows deeply as she recognizes the Shogun, but Oden merely offers her one of those booming, infectious grins that seems to brighten the entire street. His free hand rests warm and heavy against the small of your back, guiding you closer to the display of carved wooden hairpins, polished river stones, and delicate jade ornaments that catch the fading sunlight.
I could sail across the four blues and through the Grand Line itself, and I would never find a treasure as radiant as the one standing beside me right now, Oden thinks, his chest swelling with a fierce, possessive pride. Every festival I throw, every battle I win, every mountain I climb it all means nothing if I cannot come home to this. To see that spark in their eyes when they discover something beautiful... that is the only victory that truly matters.
His dark eyes aren't fixed on the glittering trinkets, however; they are fixed entirely on you, tracking every minute movement of your expression. He watches with undisguised fascination as you examine the small treasures, his thumb tracing idle, affectionate circles against your side.
"Well now?" Oden rumbles, his voice deep and full of playful encouragement, vibrating through your shoulder where he holds you. "Don't be shy, my love. If something catches your eye, speak up! Whether it's a simple hairpin or a trinket carved from dragon bone, if it pleases you, it belongs to you. What do you think of these little things?"

The air was thick with the sweet fragrance of blooming wildflowers and the distant sound of laughter from the Scabbards, who were finishing up a massive feast in the main courtyard. But here, in the secluded sanctuary of the gardens, the world seemed to shrink until it contained only two people.
Oden was not a man who knew how to do anything halfway. When he laughed, it shook the rafters; when he fought, it split the earth. And when he loved, it was with a force that could rival the tides. He had his massive arm draped around you, pulling you flush against his broad, warm chest as you both sat on the engawa overlooking the koi pond. His grip was firm and possessive, yet there was an incredible tenderness in how his thumb absently stroked your shoulder.
"Hahaha! Did you see their faces?" Oden boomed, though his voice dropped an octave into something more intimate as he turned his head to look at you. His dark eyes were bright with an intensity that never seemed to fade when he looked your way. "Kin'emon nearly choked on his sake when I told him we were planning to explore the northern forests tomorrow! But I don't care what he thinks."
He shifted his weight, pressing a kiss to your temple before resting his forehead against yours. "The world is vast, and Wano is beautiful but none of it means a damn thing if you're not right here beside me."
I can't get enough of them, Oden thought, his heart hammering against his ribs like a war drum. Every time I look at them, I feel like I've discovered a treasure greater than any Roger could have found. They are my anchor and my wind. I'd burn every bridge and fight every army in existence just to keep that smile on their face. They're the only person in this entire world who truly sees me not as a lord, not as a fool, but as Oden.
The legendary samurai pulled back just enough to grin at you, that wild, rebellious spark dancing in his eyes. "What's that look for? Am I being too much again?"

[Setting: Kuri Estate Training Grounds; Late Afternoon]
The golden sun of Kuri hangs low in the sky, casting long, amber shadows across the polished wooden floor of the training courtyard. The air carries the sweet, earthy scent of blooming cherry blossoms mixed with the savory aroma of the meal steaming nearby. The only sounds breaking the peaceful afternoon are the rhythmic thwack thwack of wooden bokken clashing and the occasional boisterous laugh that echoes off the surrounding green hills.
Oden moves like liquid fire, his powerful frame shifting with an effortless grace that belies his massive strength. His black hair is tied back, though several sweat dampened strands cling to his forehead as he dances around Momonosuke. The young boy is breathing hard, his face flushed pink with exertion, gripping his practice sword with white knuckled determination. Momonosuke swings with everything he has, a determined shout escaping his lips, but Oden simply pivots on one foot, letting the wooden blade whistle harmlessly past his ribs before gently tapping the boy's shoulder with the flat of his own sword.
"Faster, Momo! Don't think with your head, think with your gut!" Oden roars, his grin widening, teeth flashing white against his sun darkened skin. "A samurai's spirit must burn brighter than his blade!"
As Oden resets his stance, his amber eyes drift away from his son's determined face, sliding sideways toward where you sit. His expression softens instantly, the fierce warrior's intensity melting into something profoundly tender. Seeing you there calm, eating, watching over their little family fills him with a swell of emotion so fierce it nearly rivals the adrenaline of battle.
My heart, he thinks, his pulse quickening for an entirely different reason. How did a wild dog like me end up with something as precious as you? Watching you sit there in the sunlight... it makes all these years of sailing and fighting worth it. You are the anchor that keeps me from drifting too far into the storm. Every time I look at you, I feel like I could conquer the entire Grand Line twice over just to see you smile.
He deliberately exaggerates a dramatic stumble, feigning weakness to make Momonosuke feel confident, all while keeping his gaze fixed on you, waiting to see if you'll offer a word of encouragement or perhaps a teasing critique of his 'terrible' footwork.

[Setting: Kuri Private Balcony overlooking the Festival; Time: Late Evening]
Below the balcony, the night in Kuri was alive with a chaotic, beautiful energy. The sounds of festival drums reverberated through the wooden floorboards beneath Oden's boots, mingling with the raucous laughter of the Nine Red Scabbards as they toasted to another successful harvest. Lanterns cast dancing amber shadows across the courtyard where citizens danced, their voices rising in song. Kin'emon's voice could be heard somewhere in the crowd, calling out for Oden to join the next round of sake, but the legendary samurai didn't so much as flinch.
Up here, in the warm embrace of the night air and the intoxicating scent of cherry blossoms, the world had shrunk to a single point.
Oden's large, calloused hands hands that had grappled with sea kings and wielded legendary blades were surprisingly gentle as they cupped your face. His thumbs traced your cheekbones with an intensity that bordered on desperation, as if he were trying to memorize the very texture of your skin. When he leaned in, it wasn't with the restraint of a Shogun, but with the reckless abandon of the man who had sailed the Grand Line.
His kiss was everything he was: fierce, warm, and utterly consuming. He pressed closer, his broad chest solid against you, effectively blocking out the distant cheers and the clatter of dishes. In this moment, the responsibilities of ruling Kuri, the endless requests from the daimyo, and even the safety of Wano itself felt like distant echoes from another lifetime.
Let them shout, Oden thought fiercely, his mind swirling with the heat of your presence. Let the whole world demand my attention. Let the scabbards drink until dawn. None of it matters. Not the politics, not the traditions, not even the gods themselves. When I am with you, the only truth in this entire world is the breath you draw against my lips. You are my anchor in these wild seas, my home when I am adrift. I would let Wano crumble to dust if it meant I could hold you like this for one more heartbeat.
His grip tightened slightly, pulling you flush against him as he deepened the kiss, his lips moving against yours with a hungry, possessive devotion that made it clear: he wasn't just ignoring the world he had forgotten it existed entirely.

[Setting: Kuri Training Grounds; Morning]
The morning sun spills over the rolling green hills of Kuri like molten gold, filtering through the delicate pink petals of cherry blossom trees that sway in a gentle breeze. The air carries the crisp scent of dew soaked grass and the distant, comforting aroma of breakfast cooking in the village below. Here, on the private training grounds of the Kozuki estate, the only sounds are the rhythmic thwack of wood against wood and the heavy, synchronized breathing of two warriors.
Oden stands opposite you, his broad shoulders glistening with a thin sheen of sweat that catches the sunlight. His dark hair is pulled back, though several rebellious strands have escaped to cling to his forehead. He holds his bokken a sturdy wooden practice sword with the casual ease of someone who has wielded steel since childhood, yet there is an unmistakable alertness in his stance. His stance is wide, grounded, and utterly confident.
With a sudden, explosive burst of energy, Oden lunges forward. He doesn't strike with full force he would never risk truly hurting you but he moves with the terrifying speed that earned him his legend. The wooden blade whistles through the air as he attempts to test your guard, his grin widening when he sees the determination in your eyes.
"Come on now!" he roars, his voice rich with laughter and challenge. "Don't hold back on my account! If you're going to stand at my side as we rule this land, you've got to be able to handle my wildest swings!"
Inside, Oden's heart hammers against his ribs, and it isn't just from the exertion. Every time he looks at you across the sparring circle, he feels a surge of fierce, overwhelming pride. Most would see a Shogun's spouse and expect someone to be sheltered behind castle walls, but when he looks at you, he sees his equal. He sees the fire that matches his own. He loves the way your muscles tense before a strike and the way your focus sharpens until nothing else in Wano exists but the two of you. To him, this isn't just training; it is a dance, a communion of souls that proves why you belong together in this life of freedom.
He spins on his heel, pivoting to deflect an incoming blow from you, the impact sending a pleasant vibration up his arms. He steps closer, invading your space with playful intent, lowering his center of gravity to force you to react.
"That's it! Show me that spark again!"

Komei tricked members of the Straw Hats and Foxy Pirates into eating them during the Davy Back Fight so he could capture them.[41]
The Rebound Mushroom (もどるダケ, Modoru-dake?) is a type of mushroom which also grows on Kinoko Island. It will return anyone who eats it to their former state, making it the only antidote to the Drowsy Mushroom. Chopper discovered it growing on the skin of Kinoconda, an animal native to Kinoko Island.[41]
The Wake-shroom (ネズキノコ, Nezukinoko?) are poisonous mushrooms that allow people to stay awake for as long as a person eats them, even if they do activities that would normally completely drain their stamina. However, should they stop consuming it, they would die due to its poisonous contents. The mushroom also affects one's mentality and judgment and emotional state, causing them to act irrationally, or even make insane decisions. Uta continuously consumed these mushrooms in order to counteract her Uta Uta no Mi's stamina draining properties and keep her power active for as long as possible and then pass away into her Uta world.[42] The mushroom's mouse-like design is a pun on 寝ず (nezu, meaning "sleepless") and 鼠 (nezumi, meaning "mouse, rat").
Amanita Truffle (ベニテング・トリュフ, Benitengu Toryufu?) is a type of truffle that grows in the Kinoko Islands in the East Blue. Known as the "King of Mushrooms" (キノコの王, Kinoko no Ō?), they are renowned for their incredible flavor. However, they are also extremely rare, with even the Baratie staff being unable to finding any.[43]
Emperor Carrot The Emperor Carrot (皇帝ニンジン, Kōtei Ninjin?) is an herb that grows on Royal Sun Island. It is one of the ingredients in making Ryuumonkou. When taken alone, it has incredible healing properties, and is supposedly capable of healing all illnesses and wounds; when taken by Win and Rose, it apparently brought them back from near death.[44]
Dokudamin The Dokudamin (ドクダミン, Dokudamin?) is an herb that grows in Great Ground's forests, where it used by the local wildlife to make nests. It is one of the ingredients in making Ryuumonkou.
Doriano Doriano (ドリアーノ, Doriāno?) is an herb that grows on Festa Circle, where it grows in the king's garden. It is one of the ingredients in making Ryuumonkou.
Surprised Mushroom The Surprised Mushroom (びっくりキノコ, Bikkuri kinoko?) is a mushroom species that appears in One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. It first takes a rather small appearance, but when touched, it expands quickly to a larger size, causing whatever touched it to be repelled away. In the game, it is used to jump on and launch players up to high places. Its color and shape vary between blue with white spots and a rounded appearance, and orangish-brown with a curvier appearance, depending on the zone in which it is found.
Blue Surprised Mushroom A blue Surprised Mushroom. Brown Surprised Mushroom A brown Surprised Mushroom.
The Cannibal Flower (人食い花, Hitokuibana?) is a carnivorous plant species that appears in One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. It is almost as large as a person and has two jaw-like leaves with spines along the edges. It hides underneath the ground to close upward on anything that touches it, with only the spines visible beneath the dirt. They are resistant to physical damage and sharp objects like swords. It appears in the Jungle Zone.
The Burning Tree (燃えている木, Moete iru ki?) is a tree species that is perpetually on fire but never burns up completely. It appears in One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. It is unknown how it sustains its flames without disintegrating, but cutting it down yields burnt wood. It appears in the Ruins Zone and Dimension Zone.
Doku Flower The Doku Flower (ドクの花, Doku no hana?) is a poisonous flower species that appears in One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. It cyclically expels clouds of poisonous gas that can sicken anything that comes in contact with them. It appears in the Jungle Zone.
Doku Flower A Doku Flower. Doku Flower Poison A Doku Flower expelling poison. Electric Plant An electric plant. An electric plant.
An unnamed, electricity-emitting plant appears in the Dimension Zone in One Piece: Unlimited Adventure. In the game, it is referred to as the Mysterious Plant (謎の植物, Nazo no shokubutsu?). It shocks anything that touches it and is able to emit electrically charged blasts in a close range around it. Before the blasts, a yellow shimmer spot will appear on the ground, warning of an impending strike. It behaves similarly to Enel's El Thor. The plant contains seeds inside that can be used for medicinal and culinary purposes.
Main article: Great Tree The Great Tree is an island-sized, flora-based organism created by a now-lost civilization over a millennia ago for the purpose of electing future leaders through ordeals. After failing to live up to her purpose and being thrown away into the sea, she eventually came to rest in the latter half of Paradise.[45][46]
The Ambling Stonecrop (アルケマンネングサ?) is a giant plant, resembling a Venus flytrap. They live in the desert around Nanohana[47] and the Boin Archipelago, though they're implied to be a slightly different strain. Ambling Stonecrops from the Boin Archipelago require Bo Bo Bird egg fertilizer and access to moonlight to grow.[48]
The Burning Stonecrop (モヤセマンネングサ?) is a giant red plant, resembling the Ambling Stonecrop. It is a fire version of the Ambling Stonecrop, and accordingly uses fire-based abilities.[47]
The Awa Awa Mushroom (アワアワキノコ, Awa Awa Kinoko?, literally meaning "Bubble Bubble Mushroom") is a small blue mushroom that appears in One Piece Odyssey. It grows, among other places, in the Lake Shore Cave on Waford. When they're dissolved in water, they create carbonation. Sanji decided to acquire some to create cola for the Shark Submerge III, allowing the Straw Hats to retrieve Brook's body from the seafloor; though this ultimately proved useless as Brook's body was lifted by ice forming after Cibalero's death.[47] Its name is localized as Bubble-Bubble Mushroom in the English version of One Piece Odyssey.
The Bitter-Bitter Gourd (ニガニガソウ, Niganiga Sou?) is a gourd found, among other places, in Dressrosa. It can be used to make a super bitter spice, and was used by Usopp, Chopper, and Franky in Operation TSO as a replacement for Tatababasco.[47] Its name is localized as Bitter-Bitter Herb in the English version of One Piece Odyssey.
Mirabara Grass Mirabara Grass (ミラバラ草, Mirabara-sō?) is a grass that can be used as an antidote for toxins. It is also part of the diet of the banbaraba.[49]
Meat Fruit Trees (肉の実の木, Niku no Mi no Ki?, English versions: "Meat Trees"), as named by Sanji, are trees that grow meat instead of leaves or typical fruit. Their trunks and branches appear to be made of bone instead of wood, which protrude from the end of the meat growing along their branches.
