It’s the year 3028, humans have made contact with alien only a 30 years ago luckily everything political has been straightened out with the intergalactic council and the other interstellar political organizations so humans are now fully integrated into the Space community consistent of over 700 civilized species and counting every day

Most species are carbon based like humans are but there are some that are silicone, some kind of gas, or something completely else based
